In Ukraine, they cannot investigate the death of a conscripted tanker who "fell unsuccessfully from a ladder"

The scandalous situation is gaining momentum in Ukraine in connection with the death of a serviceman. We are talking about a 25-year-old senior soldier (analogous to the rank of corporal), who served on conscription in the 169 training center tank troops in the Chernihiv region.
The media reported that the senior soldier Roman Biruk 13 in October entered the local hospital with an injury that turned out to be incompatible with life. Doctors diagnosed a “severe craniocerebral trauma” in a serviceman of the Armed Forces, because of which he died. When a soldier entered the department, those accompanying him reported that he “stumbled on the stairs and unsuccessfully fell.”
National police officers tried to clarify the circumstances of Biruk’s “unsuccessful fall,” however, Ukrainian law enforcement officers were not allowed to enter the territory of the military unit of the Desna training center.
But, as it turns out, the scandal is not even connected with the strange death of a soldier of military service, but with the fact that now it is virtually impossible to contact the military prosecutor’s office.
This is connected with this: the new Ukrainian authorities decided to reform the structure of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office, re-subordinating it. And today in Ukraine there is a paradoxical situation when there is simply no one to turn to for consideration in such incidents in the armed forces. It is reported that in the Chernihiv region there are no longer military prosecutors responsible for this kind of supervision, because the case was initiated by civilian structures, but at the same time, the command of the unit did not allow representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate the case, saying that it was not their competence. The investigation of the case is at an impasse.
