It is stated that the Russian Federation allegedly "allowed" Syria to use C-300 on Israeli aircraft

Middle Eastern resources come out with publications stating that in Syria the C-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, previously delivered from Russia, are fully deployed. Recall that the decision on such deliveries was made by the top leadership of the Russian Federation after a tragic incident with an electronic intelligence aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Then the Russian command accused the Israeli Air Force of provocation, as a result of which the Russian plane was shot down by the Syrian calculation of the S-200 air defense system.
Some resources, including Al-Masdar News, claim that Russia allegedly “lit a green light” for the Syrians to use the C-300 in case of violation of the airborne borders of the ATS by the Israeli air forces.
At the same time, the Lebanese media publish data with reference to the Avia.Pro site. In its turn Avia.Pro claims that the Syrian military received "permission from the Russian side to use C-300 in the event of the slightest threat from Israel."
It is alleged that the Syrian side will in fact not be liable for such actions.
C-300 anti-aircraft missile systems are located in the area of the village of Masyaf in the province of Hama. So far they have not been used by the ATS.
It should be noted that the resource Avia.Pro in its material refers to a certain unnamed source. The same resource has repeatedly published materials from the series "Russian Su-35 drove Israeli aircraft from the Syrian borders." Such statements were usually not supported by any facts. In this case (in the case of the "green light" for C-300), the information is also not confirmed by any official source.
Meanwhile, the same resource claims that the BAVAR-373 Iranian air defense systems may appear in the SAA air defense units. The publication looks extremely doubtful: high-profile statements without indicating specific sources.
