Explosions thundered in military depots in Vinnitsa region of Ukraine

According to the report, six explosions sounded at the warehouses of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the Vinnitsa region, there is smoke in the area. According to the representative of the military department, Alexander Motuzyanik, the burning of dry grass in the territory of the technical arsenal, where ammunition is brought for further disposal, led to smoke and explosion of ammunition. According to preliminary information, there were no victims of the explosions; emergency services are working.

Smoke occurred on the territory of the technical arsenal, there were no injuries, now all services are working there

- said Motuzyanik.

It is reported that an operational group headed by the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine departed for the scene of the incident, work is underway to localize the place of ignition.

At the same time, local residents say that not only grass, but also forest is burning in the arsenal. According to local authorities, the situation is under control, however, children began to be evacuated from Kalinovka.

Note that this is not the first burning of military depots in the Vinnitsa region. This arsenal was already burning in September 2017, then two people were injured. The cause of the bombings in the Ministry of Defense was called "external impact", but later the military prosecutor's office said that no sabotage groups were there, and "non-compliance with safety precautions" led to the fire.

Why is this not surprising? From the moment Yushchenko came to power, military departments explode there with enviable regularity.

Unfortunately, our warehouses are also exploding, and our president is not Yushchenko.

Not as often as there ... In Ukraine, it was real as an epidemic - from 2004 to 2008, warehouses were torn at least twice a month

For a long time already 2019 ... You are not too late? The warehouses themselves are constantly tearing, but no, you just need to nod at the neighbors ...

Well, it’s enough to write that all this is disposed of at a landfill without clowning with explosions in warehouses: go check how many boxes are actually blown up - 10 or 1000. It makes sense to arrange explosions / fires only when you need to cover the theft of ammunition intended for storage, and not destruction.

Here, not everything is as smooth as it seems. To dispose of one shell, you need to spend a considerable amount, and where they will take it, if everything has been stolen for a long time. So much easier and received days and sold ammunition.

Now for the contentious issues. There are questions, no doubt. That is, there is a dispute, there is no question. So you have to decide. And not so, with a touch, but on a sober head.

The main reason for the fires in military depots is another inventory ...

      January 1966 years
helicopter "Serpent", onboard 808, flew out on a foggy morning to "Lima" with a load of rations and supplies, but it never flew.

supply sergeants throughout the battalion held their fists. They had a rare opportunity to balance their books - once and for all.
In the army, certain quantities of military equipment are distributed among the company supply departments. Once or twice a year, general inspectors, agents of the headquarters, come and make sure that the property lies in the warehouse or is used properly. If this is not the case, you must write down a mountain of paper, including the explanations of the commander and supply officer.

All suppliers dreamed of balancing the balance - once and for all - without these exchanges and machinations. Board 808 looked like the answer to the question.

The question that the suppliers simply love to hear is:
      - Did you have any property on board the missing helicopter?
“Well, since you're talking about it, I had six entrenching tools there. Plus some straps - seven straps to be exact. Plus three airtight food containers, four first aid kits, twenty-four flashlights, and so on.
When all the reports were put together, Captain Gillett told me that the army equipment on board had accumulated five tons. Five times more than we usually raised.
      - Crappy helicopter, huh? Gillett said.
      - Maybe that's why he fell? - said Gary. - Slightly overwhelmed. Thousand so for eight pounds, I would say.
      - Exactly. You can only see this once in a lifetime

I know. I have been in that Kalinovka ....
This is about, like Fedotovo, from Vologda. A large area with a rusty fence, collapsed sheds and a bunch of blanks, in the open.
Guarded by several civilian goners from collective farms and always drunk ...
3 years ago, it was just that ..
