Andrei Domansky (journalist’s lawyer) said that his client was not on the exchange list for the reason that Cyril himself did not write the corresponding statement.

According to the lawyer, Kirill Vyshinsky refuses to write an application for an exchange, since the Ukrainian side agrees to an exchange in his case only when he pleads guilty.
