In Ukraine, they said that Cyril Vyshinsky is not on the exchange list
The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova arrived in Kiev today. She on the Russian side will coordinate the lists for the exchange.
Initially it was reported that the parties agreed on an exchange according to the formula “33 to 33”. This number, presumably, could include Ukrainian sailors. At the same time, the parties are trying to agree on legal aspects related to the theoretical possibility of exchanging persons under investigation before a court decision.
At the same time, information is received that the Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinsky did not get on the exchange list. This was reported by the Ukrainian side with reference to the lawyer Cyril. Andrei Domansky (journalist’s lawyer) said that his client was not on the exchange list for the reason that Cyril himself did not write the corresponding statement.
From the material of Ukrainian Truth:
According to the lawyer, Kirill Vyshinsky refuses to write an application for an exchange, since the Ukrainian side agrees to an exchange in his case only when he pleads guilty.
Lawyer:
Earlier it was reported that the list for the exchange does not include the Ukrainian Oleg Sentsov, who is accused of terrorist activities.
