From Kiev, there are reports that the lists of exchanges of so-called “held persons”.

In Ukraine, they said that Cyril Vyshinsky is not on the exchange list

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova arrived in Kiev today. She on the Russian side will coordinate the lists for the exchange.

Initially it was reported that the parties agreed on an exchange according to the formula “33 to 33”. This number, presumably, could include Ukrainian sailors. At the same time, the parties are trying to agree on legal aspects related to the theoretical possibility of exchanging persons under investigation before a court decision.

At the same time, information is received that the Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinsky did not get on the exchange list. This was reported by the Ukrainian side with reference to the lawyer Cyril. Andrei Domansky (journalist’s lawyer) said that his client was not on the exchange list for the reason that Cyril himself did not write the corresponding statement.

From the material of Ukrainian Truth:

He did not write statements about any exchange there. I did not express any desire for an exchange. He was approached by Ukrainian politicians, in particular the Ombudsman Denisova, with a request to write such statements. It was denied.

According to the lawyer, Kirill Vyshinsky refuses to write an application for an exchange, since the Ukrainian side agrees to an exchange in his case only when he pleads guilty.

Lawyer:
Vyshinsky pleads not guilty.

Earlier it was reported that the list for the exchange does not include the Ukrainian Oleg Sentsov, who is accused of terrorist activities.

They want to disrupt the exchange, they do not need it. Then one agreed that it would be better if the sailors blew themselves up with a grenade. Sacred sacrifices are needed.

It should be noted: well done!
Thus, he retains his name, reputation and face. Not everyone could. At the same time, he spits in the face to those who hold him without giving them trump cards.

And instead, a criminal will be released who killed the people of Donbass. Do you think this is a good thing? It’s easy to be kind at the expense of the blood of the Donetsk people. Prisoners do not get that easily. And here comes the journalist (why?) And change it ...

Firstly, he is Ukrainian and hasn’t come anywhere (after the arrest, he renounced Ukrainian citizenship). Secondly, not a journalist, but a RIA journalist - News. Thirdly, it certainly deserves respect, since in today's Ukraine I tried to be objective and write the truth, which requires considerable courage.

To judge for espionage by a journalist of a foreign news agency is either idiocy or an attempt to intimidate. And not his, but the whole writing fraternity. To put it mildly, it is not consistent with the stated course on the development of democracy.
It turns out that all this was originally noodles for burdocks? And there really was no "revolution of hydration"?

No, when the state of Ukraine decided to exponentially punish its citizen for dissent. So that it would be disgraceful to others.

This is democracy .... freedom of the RIGHT word. However, why be surprised after "Stop Censorship" issued lists of journalists "with the wrong opinion" immediately after the coup d'etat. Those who came to power have shown that they will stop at nothing in the fight against dissent. And the noodles about the "European choice", "democracy" and "the hydrological revolution" can already be removed from the ears. And after 3 months, the victors burned alive their political opponents in Odessa. This is not Europe, this is Rwanda.

I beg you, they did it, they do it and will do it. Since such citizens do not NEED them, just look at the lists for such exchanges. And there is confusion in them due to the fact that in Russia, if you are not a government official, it is NOT FORBIDDEN to have dual citizenship, but Ukraine does not recognize such a right for its citizens, whether they are Ukrainians or not. But in order to renounce Ukrainian citizenship it is not enough to write a statement about this, it is also necessary for the President of Ukraine to give permission for this, by his decree. So, something like that.

Of the 33 people that Ukraine is preparing for the exchange, 12 are Russians, one is a citizen of Moldova, the remaining 20 are citizens of Ukraine. Just think it over. Ukraine uses its own citizens for exchange.

It's funny to comment on lists of people (fate) without knowing anything about the lists and laugh that Ukraine is changing Ukrainians for Ukrainians ....
And let's look at the lists!
    May laughter then decrease?

The Russian newspaper Kommersant reported that by the end of the summer, sailors captured in the Kerch Strait could be transferred to Ukraine.
Lawyer Valentin Rybin said that Maxim Odintsov and Alexander Baranov, convicted of treason, and the person involved in the case of the events of May 2, 2014 in Odessa, Yevgeny Mefedov, are being prepared for an exchange.
The ex-Berkutian Alexander Sattarov, accused of participating in the "self-defense" of Crimea, is planned to be exchanged for one of the prisoners of war captured in the area of the Kerch Strait.

Odintsov and Baranov are both Russians and Ukrainians. So who is Ukraine changing (for us they are unambiguously Ukrainians, because they are not deprived of citizenship, and Crimean is not valid in the world) Ukrainians or Russians?
    Or having dual citizenship?
Let me remind you of those two who were detained at the transition for diplomas. Already employees of the Russian Federation. Citizens of the Russian Federation.
Alexander Sattarov filed a petition to Putin (detained for helping Krymnashim) - it is only logical that he was included in the exchange. Despite his citizenship, it’s clear who he is.
12 - citizens of Russia, 1 - citizen of Moldova, the rest - citizens of Ukraine.
Three people from the list have already been released during the exchange in 2017. One girl, for example, has been working as a taxi driver in Bakhmut (formerly Artyomovsk) for a year and a half.
14 people have already been taken to a sanatorium near Kiev.
12 people will be pardoned, of which - six Russians. The rest changes the measure of restraint. That is, six citizens of Russia, 1 citizen of Moldova and Ukrainians actually remain under investigation, are not on the courts and put on the wanted list. This means that there is no legal clearance for them and they will not be able to come to Ukraine.
Another political prisoner, Russian Igor Kimakovsky, refused in court to exchange without a sentence and legal clearance
a month ago, the list of the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova contained 35 names - Russian citizens.
the Ukrainian list "lacks" 23 names. Perhaps there are two lists: one is for an exchange with the LPNR, the other is directly with Russia.
Vyshinsky refused himself. And Ukraine will not receive Sentsov.
Both uninvolved but well-known political prisoners still remain in prisons of partner countries.
Both ombudsmen visited the capitals of partners. Agreed lists.
Why is it funny that 20 people are citizens of Ukraine? I advise you to look at either who the Ukraine is at war with (this is a proxy of the Russian Federation in Ukraine with volunteers from the Russian Federation in a smaller part, therefore Ukrainian citizenship prevails), or that the list of Russians in Ukrainian prisons is quite big. And their fate doesn’t really worry the Russian Federation,
I am generally surprised by laughter !!! We are talking about the fate of people who have broken politics!
Both Ukrainians and Russians are in prison and exchange is the only salvation from an eternal prison that is Russian and Ukrainian .. and you ha ha ...

      1) Vyshinsky - a citizen of the Russian Federation. 2) He is a journalist who is arrested for being a journalist. The fact that he is being held in custody without a court order for so long is bestiality, which is proof of his innocence. In my opinion, Vyshinsky must abandon attempts to prove his innocence in a court that was obviously dependent on the Nazis and agree to exchange. The solution to the problem is only the replacement of the anti-Russian regime by Russian in Kiev.
