Russian shipbuilding enterprises continue to fulfill existing orders and provide for the re-equipment of the naval fleetincluding his underwater forces. In the eighties and nineties, the pace of construction fell sharply, and their recovery continues to this day.

Over the next decades, no more than a few submarines surrendered annually, and in some years such events did not occur at all. However, the situation is gradually changing for the better.
