The first project of the joint Ukrainian-Turkish enterprise will be the development of a shock drone new generation AkIncI. This is reported on Online "Ukroboronprom".

In Kiev, they told which drone will be developed together with the Turks

The joint venture created by the state company Ukrspetsexport and the Turkish company Baykar Defense will begin the development of a new generation shock drone called Akıncı (tur. - type of light cavalry). According to the director general of Ukroboronprom Pavel Bukin, the new UAV is being developed taking into account the experience of armed conflicts of the 21 century and is intended mainly for the Ukrainian and Turkish armed forces.

As Bukin explained, the main advantage of the new drone is that it can deliver high-precision strikes with the same weapons that conventional planes use.

We are talking about heavy-duty ammunition weighing hundreds of kilograms. This was made possible thanks to the use of Ukrainian engines, which provide greater carrying capacity, speed and altitude, efficiency and ease of operation.

- stressed the general director of Ukroboronprom.

The Ukrainian state-owned company reported that the Akıncı UAV belongs to a new class of “heavy” drones. The wingspan of the UAV is 20 meters, two Ukrainian-made engines are installed on them, which are not disclosed. The flight altitude is declared in 12 thousand meters, the time spent in flight is a day. The drone is capable of lifting more than 1000 kg of various weapons into the air, including guided missiles, a variety of conventional and high-precision bombs.

Such powerful weapons allow the new drone to destroy enemy manpower and equipment, as well as to strike at important enemy targets - fortifications, command and communications centers, bridges, warehouses and the like.

- said on the website of Ukroboronprom.

Akıncı UAVs are equipped with the most advanced surveillance systems: from thermal imagers and powerful cameras to radars with an active phased array and numerous sensors, which allows you to detect targets at a considerable distance

- added to the Ukrainian state-owned company.

I am more worried about how things are going with police and anti-rebel drones in Russia? Heavy Hunter is good. But soon the Ukrainians will also be playing at the gods that punish from heaven! Is the Russian Guard really going to climb the mountains after the militants, instead of or in parallel to their destruction with the joystick? And our air controllers in Syria? Honestly, it's a shame, 2020 is coming soon. Buy shock drones up to 5 tons at least for Rosgvardia, or what? Turkey will sell or China, I have no doubt. Serdyukov would take)) Iveko-Lynx is praised. And the UAV "For-post", Israel helped. And all at the time of Serdyukov.

Those. did Altius’s flight pass you by today? By the way, he takes a ton of load, and in the zashashnik another 7-ton version with a payload of 2 kg

Now, that's great. They just wrote at one time that this project was closed. One can only hear that tenders and research are being carried out, and we have nothing but Orlan-10 and Fore-post. "HUNTER", this is a heavy + class and are being tested so far.

It was he who, in the final configuration, took off, and so he flew before that.
I am much more intrigued by another UAV - Yak-133. the first flight took place on "Irkut" back in September 16th and after that silence! And the device (or rather the family) is very interesting, I would say - necessary.

The Turks will do that. With or without Ukrainians. They Aksugur already flies at 750kg payload. The next stage is this strike UAV.

About NOT ENOUGH - already now over the DNI and LC the Turkish shock UAVs purchased are flying. Enough money.

        Enough money

Compare how much this money needs to purchase a pair of ready-made UAVs and to design and build your own from scratch.

Why from scratch? Why a building? On the contrary, cheaper.
The Turks have the TV-2 program and Anka on it is already in the army.
          Aksugur - on trials.
Following Akıncı - to which Ukrainians now want to stick. UAVs are created by the Turks, Ukrainians want to supply engines, participate in other stages of development and acquisition. Then get a ready strike UAV with 1 load + profit from the sale of components for a large series (for Turkey and export, Qatar will order exactly, he orders everything, in gratitude to Turkey for saving him from the Saudis).

everything is more cunning in my opinion, it seems more like that Qatar is buying equipment not for its own needs, but for Turkish askers, who are sitting at 2 bases there. they under them if that and f35 seems to me to buy.

The Ukrainian genius works real miracles: with the help of a camera from the intercom and three or four fancifully bent sheets of rough metal, it is possible to accurately convey the dynamics of the paranoia of the nation (A. Zubchenko)

The paradox is that the Turks made their attack drone themselves and much faster than us! And, they can make a new drone themselves — they are only engines from ukroin and they are needed — it will come out anyway much cheaper than buying an engine with a license inside the European Union.
