Common thoughts about money and souls. New Russia is preparing for an audit
Dead Souls
Both republics are preparing for the census, which is due to take place in October this year. The process of preparing and conducting the event will take four months, the authorities are already engaged in the selection of personnel. Preparations for the census are accompanied by the adoption of interesting laws, such as the suspension of pensions and subsequent restoration in the event of the physical absence of the recipient in the territory of New Russia, as well as various related activities, such as verification of persons receiving benefits in order to identify " dead souls. "
All these activities, especially the census, are really important and the need for them is long overdue. Given how many people travel between Ukraine and LDNR or Russia and Novorossia, it has long been necessary to understand how many people actually live in the republics, as well as whether recipients of pensions and various benefits really physically exist in this world, and in LDNR in particular.
Verification of "effective owners"
In parallel with the verification of recipients of pensions and benefits in LNR, a large-scale audit of state-owned enterprises, as well as industrial enterprises transferred to external management, began. The results were not long in coming - in the DPR there has already been a change in the management and ownership of the Gorlovka meat processing plant and the Khartsyzsk steel rolling plant Silur.
Commenting on the situation, the head of the DPR Ministry of Revenue and Duties Yevgeny Lavrenov made several interesting statements regarding the situation with industry in the republic. In particular, according to Lavrenov, when trying to restore production at the ex-leader of the Ukrainian chemical industry - the Stirol plant, which was started under Zakharchenko (now deceased), funds and materials worth about 500 million rubles were stolen.
Also, according to the head of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Yuzovsky Metallurgical Plant and the Silur steel wire factory were inspected, which revealed violations amounting to 152 million rubles. A similar situation was revealed at the Gorlovsky meat processing plant.
Based on the sudden “insight” of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties, as well as even more sudden “frankness” of Lavrenov, we can make a logical conclusion that the republican government received an unequivocal directive - to finally restore order in the industry in order to come to a clear understanding of how much it can earn republic, and ensure the receipt of these funds in the budget.
Remember people?
This year alone, at least ten citizens of Novorossia died in the process of crossing checkpoints on the demarcation line. We have repeatedly described the horrors of crossing the CPVV, so it’s enough to say one thing: civilians are tortured not only on the Ukrainian side, but also in their native republics. At the checkpoints there are no minimum amenities, people are dismissed; carriers are clearly conspiring with the siloviki and ruthlessly cash in on people.
And now, 4 years after the organization of the CPVV, they suddenly begin to not just repair or improve - a full-scale construction of full-fledged checkpoints is taking place, apparently, designed for a long period of time. Moreover, construction is going ahead of schedule, money is allocated without delay, etc.
Should this be understood as a sudden attack of concern for citizens? Hardly. Rather, we are talking about the command issued from above to restore order with smuggling and counterfeit products; take control of the intersection of the demarcation line, etc.
Counting money
From all the aforementioned and a number of other, less noticeable signs and phenomena, we can conclude that the LDNR government was instructed to reduce the credit rate and prepare for a large-scale audit, in which higher authorities will decide how much the republic should actually spend and how much they can earn.
It seems that, having become disillusioned with Zelensky’s peacefulness and contractability (judging by the intensification of hostilities almost to the level of 2014 of the year, the Ukrainian president is no better than his predecessor), someone up there has come to terms with the fact that Novorossia is for a long time. So, it's time to count the money, try to bring the project to self-sufficiency, execute and pardon. The only question is why all these common thoughts began to come to the minds of curators just now?
