The Marker robotic platform completes the sea trials phase

The newest Russian robotic autonomous platform "Marker" in the version on a tracked platform has completed the first stage, which includes sea trials, and is preparing for the beginning of the second. It is reported by the press service of the Foundation for Advanced Studies (FPI).

According to the report, the tests took place at the Magnitogorsk test site of robotic systems and complexes. At the first stage of testing, a cycle of running tests was carried out, which were successfully completed. The second stage of the test, which will affect the platform’s weapons, will begin at the end of this month.

It clarifies that the platform was created in two versions: on a tracked chassis and on a wheeled one. Sea trials ended for tracked chassis.

About the beginning of testing of the Marker robotic platform, created jointly by the Advanced Research Foundation and the Android Technology NPO (developer of the anthropomorphic Robot "Fedor"), was reported in early March of this year. It is assumed that on the basis of this platform, the interaction of ground robots, unmanned aviation and special forces.

"Marker" is an experimental robotic platform, a designer, on which it is possible to work out models of the future combat operations
