The patrol ship "Dmitry Rogachev" project 22160 accepted into the Black Sea Fleet

The patrol ship "Dmitry Rogachev" is the second in a series of ships under construction and the first serial ship of the 22160 project. The developer of the project 22160 is JSC "Northern Design Bureau" (St. Petersburg).
The ship was laid in Zelenodolsk 25 July 2014 of the year, launched in Zelenodolsk at the end of 2017 of the year, and in August 2018 was towed to Novorossiysk, where in September 2018 of the year began factory running trials. State ship trials were launched in December 2018. After the ceremony of raising the flag of St. Andrew’s, the ship entered the 184 Brigade of the ships guarding the water area of the Novorossiysk Naval Base, where the head ship of the Vasily Bykov project is already serving.
The lead patrol ship of this project "Vasily Bykov" was introduced into the Black Sea Fleet 20 in December 2018. The third ship of the series and the second serial "Pavel Derzhavin" launched the 21.02 2019 of the year in Kerch, where it is completed afloat. The third serial ship "Sergey Kotov" is under construction on the Kerch SSZ, and the fourth and fifth patrol ships "Victor the Great" and "Nikolay Sipyagin" are being built in Zelenodolsk. All ships are designed for the Black Sea Fleet.
The construction of the entire series of these ships was delayed due to the import substitution of the power plant. All ships of the series, except the head "Vasily Bykov", on which the German diesel-gear units MAN are installed, will receive diesel-gear units produced by the Kolomna plant.
