I haven’t met with information anywhere so that the BTR data are tested in Thailand, for subsequent adoption. This armored personnel carrier is criticized for low passability, weak armament (heavy machine gun or automatic grenade launcher) is the 60th year, but not modern weaponry. ATGM is required, at least two missiles. Is the car even amphibious? Thailand is not Iraq or Saudi Arabia, there is no desert, and there is access to the ocean.

The machine is good for anti-terrorist operations, but not for SERIOUS military operations.

The U.S. Army began selling its famous Stryker armored personnel carriers.

Sell old, dead equipment to your best friends, and then for many more years to sell spare parts for it ..
Nothing personal, just an "affiliate" business ... wink

Do we have a very sensible commercial offer by the Americans to use used equipment?
