Chinese Russia

123
The other day, Vladimir Putin was on an official visit to China. Chinese students sang Russian President songs in Russian, including the “Beautiful Far.”

“The beautiful is far away” for the Chinese is not at all as far as for the boy Kolya, the hero of the film “Guest from the Future” (and the book “One Hundred Years Ahead”), was far away in the XXI century - with his mylophones, intergalactic travel, cosmos and time machine .

The Chinese have reached a beautiful far, as they say, on their own.

Chinese construction in Russia. It is no secret to anyone that stagnation in Russian construction has begun with 2007, and in 2008, the construction industry has overcome the crisis. Today, in the 2012 year, they build many times less than a few years ago, and of course, they build much more expensively: you pay for yourself and for that guy. Approximately half a square meter of housing is introduced for each Russian per year. In general, there is nothing to talk about.

“In January and February,” writes A. Bashkatova ("Independent newspaper"), - about 6 mln. Sq. M. m housing. This roughly corresponds to the input of housing at the level of 60-65 million square meters. m per year. At the same time, Russia's closest neighbors are showing unprecedented performance. China in 2011 year built almost 4 billion square meters. m housing. In the developed regions of the Middle Kingdom, 10 is being built times more housing per capita than in all of Russia. Such data released by the Association of Russian Builders (ASR).

Russian builders are looking for a way out of this situation. ACP wants to draw the attention of the population and authorities to the Chinese experience in housing construction. As said Vice-President of ASR Igor Derunov, the Chinese can build houses, the cost of which is 250 dollars for 1 square. m - already finished. This is almost four times lower than the cost per square meter, which is officially established as an indicative Ministry of Regional Development. ”

Barriers to the Chinese invasion of the construction market will be removed after Russia's entry into the WTO. And the authorities really want to go there - about as much as you want to be friends with China, listening to songs about “the beautiful is far away.”

“In the case of free entry of Chinese manufacturers into the Russian market, we will quickly get tough competitors to Russian manufacturers,” - says CEO of Penny Lane Realty Georgy Dzagurov. The expansion of Chinese companies can turn into social upheavals: bankruptcies of Russian companies, unemployment, migration of Chinese, and as a result - a decline in the popularity of the Russian authorities.

So, the Chinese brothers will be able to make strong competition to Russian builders. After joining the WTO from the latter, most likely, only the memory will remain. And we will all move to the Chinese prefabricated houses, which are being built for 3-4 of the week. What guarantee is there on them, speak? 12 months?

Just do not say that our bureaucratic barriers, coordination, and so on and so forth will be difficult for the Chinese. It is difficult for us and easy for them. Moreover, in their homeland, the Chinese face much greater government regulation. In the Middle Kingdom at one time the number of sparrows was regulated, not like children. And now the rules have been established even for flies in public toilets (no more than two in one latrine). And you say - bureaucratic obstacles in Russia ... The experience of the Chinese in this regard is large, it remains only to apply.

By the way, ASR has already started activities to attract Chinese builders to Russia. Here is the latest information (from June 12) from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk from RIA "SakhalinMedia" with reference to odnako.org.

Fraternal Chinese builders will rush to Russia through Sakhalin. ASR called on federal authorities to bring Chinese construction companies to the country. The statement of the ASR was published following the visit of the representatives of this organization to China. The members of the association seem to be impressed by the cheap Chinese prefab house-cottage, built from ready-made kits. The area of the cottage - to 300 square. m

In addition, the Russian-Chinese company "New Century", organized with the money of Chinese investors, will soon start producing brick on Sakhalin. The Chinese are already consolidating in the Sakhalin building materials market, although the production will be small: 20 million bricks per year. For comparison: only in 2011 in Russia were the capacities for producing 230 million bricks per year were created. But the first step of all misfortune ... And last year, the Chinese invested in cement production. The plant near Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk began work in the fall.

There are plans and more ambitious than making bricks and cement production at the regional level. Major construction businessmen from China intend in the near future to invest in the construction of hotels in Moscow, the Irkutsk region and in the North Caucasus (Sochi) two, then three billion dollars. Dalian Wanda Group and China Oceanwide Holdings Group, corporations specializing in the construction of shopping and entertainment complexes, five- and six-star hotels, are planning to invest billions in Russia.

Chinese car industry in Russia. Car expansion originates from 2004 yearwhen the first Admiral from the Tianye company was sold in Russia. The release of Chery in Novosibirsk began in 2005, and in Kaliningrad in 2006. In the same 2006-m in Gzhel began to collect the Chinese "Great Wall". The following year, the assembly of the Geely car at the Amur plant was arranged. Two years later, in 2009, in Cherkessk, they started to produce both Geely and Lifan. A year later, the assembly of the Chery typewriter, popular in Russia, started at the TAGAZ plant. And since 2012, the BAW is released in Ulyanovsk. In addition, the Chinese, knowing about the duty-free regime of the Russian Federation with Belarus, are also setting up their productions at the birthplace of Comrade Lukashenko. Geely has already signed a contract with the Belarusian authorities on the assembly of several types of Chinese cars in the BELAZ.

Now, about 240.000 of Chinese cars travels along Russian roads.

No, no one says that Chinese cars have the highest quality. But no one will say that these cars are extremely expensive. In addition, the quality of the Chinese car industry has improved over the years. And autoexpansion of the Chinese in the near future will only grow. By evidence is the expected entry into the Russian car market of a major Chinese manufacturer, FAW. In about a month or two he will start selling his cars in Russia. FAW has concluded an exclusive agreement with Qingrup, which gives the Russian retailer the right to sell and service all models of FAW cars in Russia and Kazakhstan. Over the next three years, Qingrup is going to sell 33.000 machines in Russia. Both our cars and economy and business class SUVs will be sold in our country. Until now, FAW has sold only trucks in Russia that were not very popular.

It should also be noted that the company "FAW" is currently negotiating with the "GAZ Group". The Chinese plan to start assembling their trucks at the facilities of the Ural plant in the Chelyabinsk region.

Chinese students and Chinese diplomas. June 5 in the Russian-Chinese negotiations was signed about two dozen bilateral documents. Among the priorities of the two countries was indicated expanding student contacts. Now about 18 of thousands of Chinese are studying in the Russian Federation, and about 8 of thousands of Russians are studying in the PRC.

Now we are talking about the certification of diplomas of Russian universities in China and Chinese - in Russia. Minister for the Development of the Far East - Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Viktor Ishayev says: “It is necessary to ensure that Chinese diplomas recognize us, and ours in China. This suits us, because today migration flows offer only low-skilled labor. If we take such industries as healthcare, they have quite good specialists who could work with us, and our engineers could help China. On this basis of complementarity, you can actively work and help the two economies. ”

In the meantime, to Russia are going work mainly those who graduated from high school of the first stage (25%) and high school of the second stage (37%).

Chinese tourists. Tourists from China increasingly come to Russia. Even the cold Russian winter is not a hindrance to them.

Number of tourists from China, rested in Russia in the first quarter of 2012, increased by 25% compared to the same period last year. Chinese tourists took the 2-place according to the number of visits to Russia - after tourists from Germany.

Chinese love for Russia. As the Chinese love Russia, we, even Russians, do not know how to love our Motherland. Guests from China not only love our country, they see it in their own way. Probably, because we, Russians, are able to notice only the bad, and the Chinese optimists remember only the good. With such optimism, the “beautiful far” becomes even closer ...

In the Internet You can find (translated into Russian) reviews about Russia of one Chinese, who visited us many times. Moreover, having spent the last time (2009) in Russia 7 days and visiting St. Petersburg, Moscow, Smolensk and Voronezh, this Chinese, speaking of Russia and China, compares the two countries not in favor of their homeland.

For a week in Russia, the Chinese wrote, he never cleaned his leather shoes; in which he left - in these and returned. Very clean in Russia, like this. No specks of dust or mote.

He was at the same institute (“Gekhalov”), on whose territory free buses run: “you wave your hand - they brake, they don’t ask for documents”.

The student hostel, which was shown to the Chinese, turned out to be at the level of “hotels of the class“ 3 stars ”(as one of our fellow travelers said, even better than at the 3 stars we have). As you enter - a rug on the floor, in the corridor of the chair. Two students live in a large room with two beds, a total area of 50 square meters, there is a toilet, there are mats everywhere, everything is there ... "The delighted Chinese reports that students in Russia live for free, even the lights never turn off:" There is no such a thing as "accommodation". Water, electricity, heating are free, for many students the lights are on for 5-6 years - they are not turned off for a minute, because they are free. Water, that hot, that cold - 24 hours a day. "

True, eating in Russia is a little expensive, a bottle of mineral water or ordinary vegetables is too expensive, in his opinion. Well, this can be understood, because Russians have so much free: “... but Russians live richly: water is free, electricity is very cheap (kilowatt-hour costs about a few fans), gas in many places is also free, in winter there is almost no charge for heating ". Well, and the benefits: “To all elderly Russians who have worked in a real job, the government issues a summer cottage for rest ...”

Finally, medicine. She, as the Chinese writes, is also free: “Treatment in Russia is free, at 100% free, the only condition is Russian citizenship. We very carefully asked, is it really free, you don’t pay a single ruble? all diseases? for all? without exception? Education is free, with the exception of private schools, absolutely free, for everyone, without exception, in any educational institution. They asked, but what about school fees "from the bald," for example? Well, they (Russians) were stupid for half a day, they say - we don’t know, there were no such cases. ”

The police are great guys, polite and friendly, and you can't say that they don't like Chinese people. However, they have one drawback: they do not speak English.

Well, and how after this Chinese propaganda not to strive for Russia? Here are the Chinese and strive.

Why do the Chinese want to go to Russia? Many Chinese go to Russia because they cannot find work in their homeland (40%, according to survey VTsIOM) or looking for a better job (45%). Chinese earn a little in Russia (mostly 5-20 thousand rubles per month), 61% of respondents consider their position “acceptable”. 58% of Chinese help earn money in Russia to their loved ones in China. Most Chinese do not know or know Russian poorly: 43% speaks poorly and understands% of respondents, can be explained - 33%. At the same time, many Chinese complain that they are being scolded and insulted in Russia: 44% on average in the country; 35% in Moscow; 53% in the Far East. However, the Chinese have a good impression of Russia as a country that accepts migrants (there are more positive responses from respondents than negative ones in 3). And the longer a migrant lives in Russia, the better his opinion about Russia is made. 69% of migrants believe that their trip to Russia was fully or partially successful.

The Chinese mainly travel to Russia in order to: a) improve their own lives here (24%); b) open a business in Russia (17%); c) purchase or rent a room (15%); d) expand your business in Russia (14%).

Finally, more than half (59%) of the respondents would like to bring to Russia one of their family members who remained in China.

Chinese criminals in Russia. Yes, there are such. And organized - and even associated with the Chinese intelligence services.

Director of the Law Institute of the Far Eastern University and the Vladivostok Center for the Study of Organized Crime Vitaly Namoknov believesthat Chinese criminal organizations operating in Russia interact with Chinese intelligence agencies:

“This can be confirmed by the fact that at the head of criminal companies operating in our country, there are often former employees of the Chinese special services who illegally transport large sums of money into Siberian and Far Eastern regions, trying to invest in the supply of prohibited goods and services.

It is characteristic that the heads of special services and leaders of various countries, although they do not accuse the Chinese government of supporting the triads, but at the same time have indirect evidence that the intelligence agencies of the PRC use the triads for their own purposes. You should also be aware that many commercial enterprises with Chinese capital that are legally established in Russia are headed by former employees of the PRC intelligence services. ”

Lieutenant-General of Militia, Doctor of Law, Professor Alexander Gurov in this regard notices:

“The Chinese are engaged in the uncontrolled exploitation of the natural resources of Siberia and the Far East and the smuggling of raw materials. They export gold, non-ferrous scrap metal, timber, fish and agricultural products. In the Far East, the harvesting and export of wood.

Strategic industrial resources, agricultural raw materials, valuable and rare wood are leaving for nothing. According to Vitaly Namoknov, only in Primorye, about 1 million 500 thousand cubic meters of wood are illegally cut down every year, largely due to the fact that China introduced moratorium on cutting down their forests. - "Free press"). The Khabarovsk Territory, the Chinese clean up completely, even export chernozem. Much of this business is controlled by triads. They kill and rob only their own, so the local law enforcement agencies are not particularly worried. ”

Ural - Russian-Chinese border in the "beautiful far"?

"From 1991 onwards, - пишет - Vitaly Slovetsky, - China is slowly picking up the territory of the former USSR, - says a number of Russian and foreign Sinologists. As evidence, they cite many arguments. First advised to look at the "demographic map" of border areas.

The Far Eastern Federal District is inhabited by thousands of people 6263, and the territory of China adjacent to it - more than 100 millions. The population density of this territory in 62 is higher than in the Far East of Russia. Finding with such a number of 500-600 thousands of people of working age who can feed the region is very difficult, they say. ”

How many Chinese live in Russia now, it seems to count pretty hard: “According to official data, 40 thousands of Chinese live on a permanent basis in the Russian Federation and 130 thousands come as workers. Some political scientists strongly doubt the objectivity of this statistic. They believe that in reality, we already have at least 3 millions of Celestial people, and their number is steadily increasing. ”

Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Applied Economics of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Igor Nikolaev convinced: Russia is becoming a raw materials appendage of China: “To understand this, it’s enough to look at the share of raw materials and engineering in the Russian-Chinese trade. Moscow is actively promoting the seizure by China of the Far East and Siberia. ”

Head of Analytical Department of the Institute for Political and Military Analysis Alexander Khramchikhin claims: “It is likely that in the foreseeable future there will come a time when there are more Chinese in the Far East than the Russian-speaking population, and they will demand the accession of these territories to the Middle Kingdom. China can and by military means seize this region, as well as Siberia and even the Urals. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China is a good base for throwing to Kazakhstan. After the capture of this country, the Chinese will take possession of Siberia, the Urals and the Far East. ”

Answering the question "Free Press" Khramchikhin replied: “I think that the country's leadership understands this and believes that the occupation of Russia by China is a guarantee of its preservation.” The government is ready to give the country the Urals, Siberia and the Far East on the condition that they will formally be considered the territory of the Russian Federation. ”

Khramchikhin is echoed by a Sinologist from the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Auezov, only he считаетthat the Chinese will begin an active invasion from Kazakhstan:

“... A huge number of inhabitants of the Middle Kingdom require living space. By capturing a weak defense of Kazakhstan - with vast steppes abound in oil, gas and uranium - China will get all what they want.

Russia is also a weak country, but it has a nuclear weapon. They will begin to penetrate there gradually, to build different plants. However, they are already doing it successfully. ”

The Chinese will take Russia in the winter. Article "How China Crush Russia" Alexander Khramchikhin writes:

“We must take into account the very high role of the Armed Forces in the political life of China (the main leading post in the Chinese power hierarchy is not the post of general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, and especially not the post of PRC chairman, but the post of chairman of the Central Military Council), as well as practical limitlessness of human resources.

Very high unemployment among young people and the “shortage of brides” make their own high losses during the fighting not only permissible, but perhaps even desirable for the country's military-political leadership. ”

The Chinese, according to a possible scenario designed by Khramchikhin, will launch an invasion of Russia in the winter, "most likely on New Year's holidays, when the multinational people of the Russian Federation, including its military-political leadership, almost completely lose their capacity." In addition, Amur, Baikal and the Northern Sea Route freeze in winter.

The PLA infantry divisions, consisting of poor peasants and urban unemployed, will be captured, according to Khramchikhin, Irkutsk, and will reach the line of the Yenisei. The PLA intervention will be successful because the Chinese “will quickly crush any resistance with the masses”.

And Russia will have to ask for help from Japan and the United States, which in such a situation will turn out to be much more preferable friends than the Chinese brothers.

By capturing the south of the Far East and Eastern Siberia, the Chinese will gain vast territory. They settle on it, forgetting about birth restrictions.

External expansion, according to A. Hramchikhin, is a way of survival for the Chinese. The question here is only in forms and rates. In this case, the military form of expansion is not predetermined, but not excluded. "Her, - notices Khramchikhin - contribute to the worsening collapse of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the peculiarities of the psychological structure of the country's top leadership. It will not defend Russia if it can itself suffer. ”

Beautiful far away, do not be cruel to me ...

Free meditsina, gas, polite cops, communal apartment - damn does anyone know where this Chinese was? The attack on the new year, January frosts will do their job, minus 45 and in a week -minus 45 of Chinese divisions.

Chinese citizens think that they will be welcomed here with open arms, what do they think that we do not have the same unemployment problem?
serious conflicts can erupt on this basis, and accession to the WTO will also bring a lot of problems, and at the expense of their invasion, although we have frosts 45 and the head of the country is not always adequate, but they have a ballistic missile on the drum, and they probably are understand

Friends, good afternoon everyone. I decided to leave my penny here too.

The peculiarity of historical approaches leads to the fact that China has territorial claims to all states without exception that it borders on.

Under the Nerchinsk treaty of 1689, which the Tsins forced upon us, she lost the Amur region (and by that time the Russians lived not only on the left, but also on the right bank of the Amur), which China did not try to master either before or after this treaty.

Under the Aigun Treaty of 1858 and the Beijing Treaty of 1860, Russia regained some of the lost land, having established the current border along the Amur and Ussuri.

However, in China, even the Nerchinsk Treaty is seen as a concession from the Chinese side, and the Aigun and Beijing treaties are explicitly called "unfair" and "unequal."

Already in 1926, China proposed that the USSR restore the border under the Nerchinsk Treaty (along the peaks of the Stanovoi Range). At consultations in Beijing regarding the clarification of the border line in 1964, China officially stated that 1.540 thousand square meters. km was torn away by Russia under unequal treaties, incl. in Aigunsky more than 600 thousand, in Beijing - more than 400 thousand

And this interpretation of history has not changed in China to this day, although officially the leaders of the PRC now declare that they have no territorial claims against Russia.

The signing of border treaties only reduced the intensity of the corresponding rhetoric in China, but the very essence of the concept has not changed in the slightest way: there are no alternative views in principle. In the view of the Chinese, we remain a country that has seized at least one million square meters from China. km its territory.

Here it is impossible not to say about the factor of Chinese migration to Russia.

The number of Chinese migrants in Russia is unknown even in the sense of an order of magnitude: any figures given are personal estimates of the authors. The point, however, is not in today's numbers, but in the fact that Chinese migrants have already created their own sustainable communities in Russia that allow them to accept and adapt almost any number of their compatriots.

In China itself, the number of internal migrants is almost exactly equal to the population of Russia (140-150 million people).

Chinese peasants who do not have land and work do not go to Russia in droves in droves for two reasons: due to lack of funds and due to the fact that they have little idea where this Russia is. If the Chinese authorities want to eliminate both of these “shortcomings”, they will achieve this quite easily and quickly.

In this regard, one cannot fail to pay attention to Article 50 of the PRC Constitution: “The PRC protects the proper rights and interests of Chinese people living abroad, the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese people who have returned to their homeland, and family members of both those and others living in China.”

This article does not speak about “Chinese citizens”, but about “Chinese”, it was she who became the pretext for Chinese aggression against Vietnam in 1979. Moreover, the Chinese leadership specifically announced the protection of the interests of all Chinese, regardless of country of residence.

The concept of a unified Chinese nation and the cultivation of the perception of one’s country as being “offended by everyone” has quite pragmatic goals in China - ideological unity of the population, counteraction to ethnic and socio-economic separatism.

The export of labor also has an obvious utilitarian significance - the dumping of social tension and the receipt of foreign exchange earnings.

By the combination of these measures, China is gaining time, delaying the onset of the crisis, trying to prevent it altogether, without going beyond the framework of current gradualist politics. And he prefers to conduct external expansion in a "calm", "peaceful" economic and demographic way. However, one cannot ignore the possibility of implementing another scenario, the military.

It is, of course, undesirable for Beijing. But it is by no means excluded.

Apparently, it can be applied if the Chinese leadership sees that a serious internal crisis becomes inevitable. And he will decide that the only way to avoid it is through active, accelerated external expansion, which ensures the seizure of territories and resources and distracts the population from internal problems.
In this case, the historiography described above (as an ideological justification) and migrants on the territory of Russia (as the “fifth column” providing “effective control over the strategic region beyond geographical borders”) will be very useful. And actually military concepts are also useful, since they have long been developed.

The Chinese armed forces are being built in accordance with the concept of “strategic borders and living space,” which was developed to justify and the legitimacy of the Chinese armed forces offensive military operations.

The concept is based on the view that population growth and limited resources cause natural needs to expand the space to ensure further economic activity of the state and increase its “natural sphere of existence.” It is assumed that territorial and spatial boundaries indicate only the limits within which the state real power can "effectively protect their interests." The "strategic boundaries of living space" must move as the "integrated power of the state" grows.

The concept implies the transfer of hostilities from border areas to zones of "strategic borders" or even beyond them, despite the fact that the causes of military conflicts may be difficulties in the way of "ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of China in the Asia-Pacific region."
We must take into account the very high role of the Armed Forces in the political life of China (not the post of Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee and, moreover, not the post of Chairman of the PRC, but the post of Chairman of the Central Military Council), as well as the practical limitlessness of human resources.

Very high unemployment among young people and the "shortage of brides" make their own high losses during the war not only acceptable, but, perhaps, even desirable for the military-political leadership of the country.

Having a nuclear arsenal in Russia cannot be considered a panacea, since China also has a nuclear arsenal. Russia's superiority in means of delivery of intercontinental range (which in this case is excessive) is largely offset by the presence in China of a significant number of medium-range missiles, which, if there are common borders between the countries, play strategic roles. Russia does not have such missiles, since it is bound by the provisions of the Soviet-American INF Treaty.

The scenario of military aggression may be as follows.

It will begin in the winter, most likely on New Year's holidays, when the multinational people of the Russian Federation, including its military-political leadership, almost completely lose their legal capacity. In addition, Amur and Baikal freeze in winter, so overcoming them ceases to be a serious problem. Finally, the Northern Sea Route also freezes in winter, which deprives Russia of the opportunity to supply territories east of the Yenisei through the north.

For their supply, only the Trans-Siberian Railway remains, which will be cut in the very first hours of the war, and for reliability it has been undermined by Chinese sabotage groups (from among migrants) in many places and to the west of the Yenisei.

The pretext for aggression will be a violation of the "proper rights and interests of the Chinese living abroad." For example, during the New Year festivities, the Russian (Yakut, Buryat, Tatar) will fill the Chinese face. Is this not a violation of proper rights and interests?

The most powerful tank and mechanized formations of the PLA will strike from the Hailar region to the west in the direction of Chita - Ulan-Ude - Irkutsk.

It is hard to say whether the Chinese will go through the territory of Mongolia directly to Irkutsk. It is clear that they will not preserve the sovereignty of Mongolia (they completely consider this country an integral part of China), and there is no one to protect it, but here the problem of long distances, a very poor road network and inconvenient terrain will arise. However, this issue is not fundamental.

After the capture of Irkutsk, the next goal of the PLA will be access to the Yenisei border. There are too few Russian troops between Chita and Krasnoyarsk to withstand massive aggression, the readiness of the current Russian leadership to use nuclear weapons against a nuclear power is in doubt.

The entire territory of Russia north and east of Chita after the outbreak of aggression will be completely isolated from the rest of the country. The command of the PLA will abandon infantry divisions consisting of mobilized peasants and urban unemployed to capture the Amur Region, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories. They quickly crush the mass of any resistance.

Moreover, as mentioned above, high personal losses for the Chinese leadership will even be desirable.

Russia will have no opportunity to protect Yakutia, Sakhalin and Kamchatka. Kamchatka and Sakhalin due to geography can hold out for some time, but by no means endlessly, because there will be no one to supply them. In addition, the power of the Chinese Navy is growing even faster than the Pacific Fleet, which has long forgotten what a new combat unit is degrading.

For this reason, geography may not be a salvation for Kamchatka and Sakhalin, not to mention Yakutia. Therefore, the United States and Japan will offer them protection. In exchange for independence from Moscow. Most likely, such a proposal will be accepted, because the US-Japanese protectorate is still better than the Chinese occupation.

Whether the Chinese move west further than the Yenisei will depend on many factors. But by capturing the south of the Far East and Eastern Siberia, they will gain a huge territory on which people can be settled (removing the birth restrictions from them), deposits of many minerals, including oil, as well as the main and unique treasure, for the sake of which you can without hesitation put a couple of million soldiers - Baikal water.

Russia will not have any opportunity to return the lost territory in an ordinary war.

The use of nuclear weapons, as already mentioned, is extremely unlikely. If we are talking about tactical nuclear weapons, then it turns out that it will have to be used on its own territory (and get an answer also on it). If we talk about strategic means, then China will respond with a blow to the Russian cities, moreover, the European part, which it does not need in any case.

There is virtually no doubt that, choosing between their own deaths and the loss of territories east of the Yenisei, the inhabitants of the Kremlin will choose the latter.

Ataturk, an intercontinental missile launched from the North Sea fits perfectly into the Beijing area, plus there is an overloaded load, and if instead of a ton, toss a couple of tons, then the range decreases accordingly. Take a look at the physical map of that region and understand that to get to Lake Baikal you need to pass 3-4 thousand meters, I hope you understand that no tank will pass them, and walk 1000 km by pawn, and with nuclear weapons well, laugh. What Yakutia, what government is there to enter into negotiations? The Russian Federation is a centralized state, Dudaev tried to prove the opposite and ended badly. The Russian Federation has a huge stock of tactical nuclear weapons, which, with a crowd of Chinese, are very, very effective. But most importantly, why should China climb into undeveloped Siberia and get nuclear weapons - a blow to the cities where their elite live, when it is safe to capture Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, where there are women for Chinese men and a lot of minerals that, unlike Siberia, have been developed , and then the Chinese go to Baku oil and Iran, the troops will go along the Great Silk Road, because this is the only way where it’s difficult, but the technique will pass. Moreover, this scenario was prophesied by the Athos elders. So, Ataturk, soon wait for the Chinese guests in Baku because there is no nuclear umbrella and China is closer than you think, Russia is separated from the PRC by huge buffers of Kazakhstan and Mongolia, the Amur border and Primorye are one weak point, but the Pacific Fleet is old there, but the continents washable yet capable.

cc-20, beautifully you say ... a couple of kilotons here, a dozen there ... that's just Brezhnev and the Politburo were complete fools and arranged the construction of URs in Siberia. under the flag of BAM.
                they didn’t know ...
but the subsequent rulers decided "Russian and Chinese are brothers forever" and scattered these URs ...
it’s also interesting how you plan to sow the Far East with vigorous warheads. also probably do not care. You can switch to megatons.
only there, in the Far East, there are still Russian people. Will you "sow" them too?

                you know this photo

for me personally is not an empty phrase. I remember the time when my father appeared in field uniform at home very rarely: one company on combat duty by profile, and the other two in the taiga ... maybe somehow they will suspend the hunkhuz ...
this dad, starting to serve in Kwantung, could laugh at the "smaller brothers". he had seen enough of them in the 50s. only after looking at the photo from Damansky, he swore and said: "They have stepped far forward!"
in short dear cc-20, from the European part it is easy to look at "the problem" ... from the Far East it is not at all fun.
and God forbid, the Hunghuz remember the tactics developed by Mao when an infantry regiment of 1800 active bayonets should advance on a 100 m section, and a Soviet / Russian infantry platoon should keep a front of 200-250 m.

Smprofi, if anything, we will beat the buffer zones of Kazakhstan and Mongolia, but this is an extreme case, this is done by the accumulation of units on their territory and no one has canceled the army intelligence, strategic forces will attack Chinese megacities - this is their job. What kind of blow to your citizens are you talking about, if our traders in Beijing are hit, then this is their choice. And as for Mao's tactics, even the Chinese abandoned it long ago because the days of kare and bayonet attacks have passed. Alarmists tries. no one needs it, near Moscow at 41 they were shot and did the right thing, follow the order, die for the Motherland, like a hero, or die like a dog. Well, with the infantry regiment, you, that are completely crazy, remember about the carts. Our problems in Damanskoye arose from nothing more than cowardly collective farmers in the Politburo, which Mao was counting on, but at 17:00 in a critical situation, in violation of the instructions of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU, not to bring Soviet troops into the conflict, on the orders of the commander troops of the Far Eastern Military District of Colonel-General O.A. Moosie opened fire from the then secret multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) "Grad". Events in Georgia and not only have shown that we always have at least one Moosie. Well, please tell me why the Chinese will suddenly trample on a nuclear power, and even to the north, when there are so many ridiculous states around, and even with resources. Before any big war, they start with small neighbors, remember Hitler. And NATO also keeps 100 thousand contingent of the most modern, in contrast to the PRC, in Afghanistan. On the side of the South and East China Seas, the PRC is surrounded by unsinkable aircraft carriers, then nuclear, "friendly" India. So, in your opinion, and in the Russian Federation, we need to get pissed off, thank God that the Chinese Politburo is not completely idiotic ...

They will agree and China will do the dirty work. The furniture maker did it for us .... Putin also transfers the land. Now China the channel changes on the Amur River in order to change the border, but we don’t want to remember about it ... By the way, builders can also do their bit, maybe not at military facilities (see the case of Mr. Matveev), but at the houses of military personnel. no, although the author writes a couple of millions to write them off easily, while our rulers are still holding meetings (one of the first Putin’s laws), and Magnitsky’s list (they’re afraid when they will not let everyone go.) In our country, the former governor Ishaev was forbidden to give citizenship to a Chinese who had married a Chinese, and in Primorye the villages were Chinese ... The only hope for vigor.

Ataturk, they can't go further than the Yenisei, for sure! From Krasnoyarsk and upstream, yes, but there they won't be allowed to crawl through the troops, but now, it's unrealistic. Have you at least identified this river? , it's not for nothing that we call him "Father Yenisei". More than once I heard how the boats were overturning, and there were a lot of underwater stones. They can't go through, build a bridge? They won't be able to, it will take a lot of time, ours will put them down faster than they build this bridge, and if it is a fast-built (folding) bridge, then pulling it for 2 km is ridiculous: D And again, the current is terrible, the boats are turning ... And this despite the fact that we live above Krasnoyarsk only 300 km, imagine what awaits them even higher? : D It's a river five hundred meters away from me, so I know what I'm talking about. By the way, on the other side is the world's nuclear waste storage, so their army won't stand there for a long time, they will die faster from radiation. Then, take only my grandfather , he has a TOZ-34 with him, and many in my city have a service weapon, so if we fight back, I’ll add, I’m only 15 years old, and I and my peers know the taiga by 5+, and these are only boys , can you imagine then how cool our adults are? : D If the Uziks come to us, we will bend them as we want and when we want, and the frosts here are 45, and there can be no talk of any offensive in winter, they would rather not become fertile than conquer these lands, more will freeze. Our strength, this is our nature, here, the river, the taiga, everything plays on us ... Yes, and they hardly take the Far East, the people there are not a rag, as far as I know them. And by the way, I can't imagine how the Chinese will cross Siberian swamps and swamps, endure frosts, they are more likely to suffocate from our ecology and climate. That's just, they will return to the country with defeat and the ban on fertility will be lifted. They have a good tactical move, they will lose people, "very good", and if they will not lose all the same people will lose, also "very good" population density will fall. : D And I will add, it's bad of course, but we have a dime a dozen chock here, and I communicate closely with them, there are even friends, so if the yellow threat looms, we will arrange for them here and Afghanistan, and Chechnya, and Kulikovo field, And Kursk arc: D We will show the whole history of the Russian Federation in paints: D By the way, not a single Chinese in the city, so they do not know this territory for sure, at least not like us ... And yes, if they go higher to Norilsk, then there I'll tell you a story, I had a friend, so here he is on the very edge of Lesosibirsk (My city) and very close to the river (Yenisei) one morning got up, looked at the thermometer, and there it was -54, so he told me then he showed how his glasses cracked from such a frost ...)) Well, the Chinese will not last here. Our youth is by no means shit, all who are judoists who are karate fighters who are fighters who are boxers, but I am generally PKK (Hand-to-Hand Fight Kadochnikov) .. And these are flowers, there are such guys here. Siberians cannot be broken! We, as Germans, are our peers in XNUMX! And these are not empty show-offs, I will answer for every word ...

On Monday, December 01, on the Bolshoi Ussuriysky island, located on the Amur River near Khabarovsk, an official ceremony was held to transfer Russia to China 174 square meters. km of disputed territories. In a festive atmosphere on the land of the border, border posts were opened, and the parties exchanged notes confirming the completion of the definition of the Russian-Chinese border along its entire length. The Russian Foreign Ministry, having reduced the presence of the media, has limited the publicity of the ceremony, the Kommersant newspaper writes.

According to eyewitnesses of the transfer of the islands, who wished to remain anonymous, the event was attended by about a hundred representatives of the PRC and 30 Russian officials and security officials. The Chinese delegation arrived at the scene (the shore of the Great Ussuri Island closest to the PRC) on boats, deploying a temporary tent camp nearby.

Near the pillars covered with fabric (Chinese and wooden Russian stone), the ceremony participants were met by four girls in national costumes of both countries. After the ceremonial raising of state flags, the bedspreads from the border posts were removed, representatives of the parties exchanged notes confirming the entry into force of an additional protocol-description of the border line (signed by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Yang Jiechi in Beijing in July 2008), and short speeches in which the method of resolving a border dispute was set as an example to the world community as “conflict-free”. After that, members of the Russian delegation left the scene of the ceremony.

Recall that the nationality of the Amur Islands has been uncertain for over forty years. Under the Beijing Treaty of 1860, the Russian-Chinese border in the Khabarovsk region passed along the southern coast of the Amur and Ussuri, and, accordingly, the islands of Tarabarov and Bolshoi Ussuriysky were Russian. In 1991, an intergovernmental agreement was concluded, according to which the Soviet-Chinese border was drawn mainly along the main fairway of the Amur. Thus, part of the islands that formerly belonged to the USSR went to China (for example, Damansky Island, which caused a border conflict in 1969). The islands of Tarabarov and Bolshoi Ussuriysky, as well as Bolshoi Island on the Argun River, were moved beyond the framework of the agreement. China continued to consider these islands controversial.

In October 2004, during a visit to China by Vladimir Putin, an additional agreement was signed on the Russian-Chinese border, providing for the transfer to China of the Bolshoi and Tarabar islands, as well as the division of the Bolshoi Ussuriysky island into Russian and Chinese parts. The federal law approving the additional agreement was ratified by both chambers of the Russian parliament and signed by the president in 2005. On July 21, 2008, in the development of the provisions of the agreement, the Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation and China signed the “Additional Protocol-Description of the Russian-Chinese State Border Line in its Eastern Part”, which determined the border line in the vicinity of the Bolshoi, Tarabarov and Bolshoi Ussuriysky islands. The entire territory of the Tarabarov island (in the Chinese version - Yinlundao, the island of the Silver Dragon) and half of the Big Ussuri island (Heisyatszydao, the island of the Black Bear) passed to the Chinese side. The total area transferred under control of Beijing amounted to 174 square meters. km

The decision to transfer the islands on the Amur to China was negatively met by a number of public organizations and opposition parties of the Khabarovsk Territory. In particular, the deputies of the Khabarovsk Duma insisted on the extreme importance of the fortified area located on the Big Ussuri Island, designed to contain the onslaught in the event of aggression from China. In addition, the takeoff path of the combat aircraft of the Air Force and Air Defense lies over the island of Tarabarov. Residents of Khabarovsk were extremely unhappy in 2004 with the prospect of transferring the islands. Sharp statements were made by representatives of public and political associations.

In 2005, “tens of thousands of signatures against the transfer of the islands” were collected and sent to Moscow, but this did not change Moscow’s decision in any way.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Khabarovsk Territory, Yuri Berezutsky, believes that the final transfer of the islands of the PRC opens up great prospects for residents of the region. “We have a unique opportunity, which is nowhere else in the country, to intensify not only trade, but also cultural interaction,” Mr. Berezutsky said.

Recall that the government of the Khabarovsk Territory, having come to terms with the transfer of the islands of the PRC, has been developing a project over the past years to create a joint Russian-Chinese trade zone on the Bolshoi Ussuri Island, which provides for the construction of a customs-border crossing on the island and a permanent bridge instead of the existing pontoon. In the future, it is planned to create a new cross-border corridor between China and Russia in this territory.

The Chinese will take Russia in the winter. In the article “How China Crush Russia,” Alexander Khramchikhin writes
Mr. Khramchinin, to put it mildly, by his writing showed his own stupidity!
In order to carry out an invasion in such territories, it is necessary to carry out mobilization events of enormous proportions, I will not be allowed to lie to the military which is enough on the site. Preparation by a serious military operation involving at least half of all PLA forces will require such a strain on the logistic component that it is even hard to imagine. It’s not only tanks and people to be thrown to the border, it’s after all that people should be provided with everything from rice and needles to fuel housing. And the one who thinks that the preparation of such an operation will remain invisible, the one among the Chinese leadership does not seem to particularly like idiots. And what do you think will be the response of the Russian Federation to military training at the border? Correctly, it can be only one, as soon as the movement of troops begins to crash through the areas of concentration of nuclear weapons forces. China will not go on further escalation, its territory is too vulnerable to nuclear weapons, all industry and the bulk of the titular population are concentrated in a very narrow zone of the coast, so even a large number of missiles will not be required to destroy these territories.
So with an open intrusion, the author is excited.
And the fact that there is economic expansion is a fact. By the way, as a resident of one of the districts of the Far East, I can state that the main problem here is not Chinese migrants, which by the way are few and not particularly visible or heard, but the settlement of Far East immigrants from Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan from which there will soon be no passage.

And if you look closely at Africa, history repeats itself, and it is not for nothing that the United States began to be perplexed and sound the alarm about China’s presence in Africa. And the goods? French textile manufacturers at one time sounded the alarm and demanded that the government impose restrictions on the import of textiles from China, since the French prefer to buy Chinese rather than their own, because against the background of not poor quality, the price is several times lower. I just live in Primorye, fortunately relatively far from China (by Primorsky standards), they were engaged in agriculture on the lands of the former military state farm, they refused the next year. The whole village reared up, although the state farm died long ago and there is no work. The fact is that they poured "fertilizers" from which all the grass in the area dried up. It is clear that these are herbicides, but nevertheless the harvest was simply phenomenal. Is it really possible to eat these products? However, I'm not talking about that. Primorye for the Chinese is practically "their own" territory. The example given above is indicative. After all, they did not give land to their own, village people! Just look at what we have on a new get-to-be, Muscovites get into cars for one, two or three times and burst from Moscow in all directions to the nearest traffic light, and then traffic jams, traffic jams, traffic jams. And the Chinese have a plan, to celebrate Christmas in Moscow, I can upset, they will not enter Moscow, there are some other roadside traps, but there are no tanks, our roads are not the same, not designed for such "traffic", especially from the Chinese side .. ...

In any situation, no one has ever seen Chinese children in Russia, but the fact that a dozen years ago the Chinese were blown away from the city of Vladivostok by the fact that they are organized people, it’s not ours, like cockroaches that scatter and can’t gather anyone. In addition, it should be recalled that bordering China is VERY sparsely populated, and the Gobi sands fall asleep in Beijing.

The article is of course PROVOCATIVE, and there’s nothing to say. But there is a potential threat from the PRC, which is also a fact. Their diasporas in our cities and towns are completely structured. If it begins, then we need to be prepared that sabotage actions will begin almost throughout Russia.

Actually, the PLA consistently from year to year works out deep offensive operations precisely in EXTREME NATURAL_CLIMATIC CONDITIONS. March at least 500 km. Another horror story from the west. I don’t know if conflicts with China are waiting for us in the future, but I think it’s rather not - we are wise people and we will find a way to help China when the problem with resources and land there reaches its zenith. We really have a lot of things that they don’t have, and they are good at doing what we do poorly. How will it be further only God knows.
Now we need to hold on to each other. China and Russia together can confront anyone on any field - military, economic. And the West is very afraid of this. And he does the right thing, that he is afraid, it is time to pay the bills for all the blood, lies and hypocrisy that they have lately brought to the rest of the world.

I live in Siberia. There is a problem with Chinese migrants in the field of agriculture, namely: they breed like cockroaches on land rented from a collective farm by a local "farmer", and they breed. During the season (and it is short - June, July, mid-August) they manage to install or restore greenhouses (a lot of greenhouses) to take 2-3 harvests, part of them dumps home for the winter, part remains and hello, already a citizen of Russia was born. In the place where there was a greenhouse, nichrome does not grow, except for weeds, and even if they put "local" greenhouses, then in April, May there is nothing to breathe from their stoves (they heat with coal) - 2-3 in each greenhouse (they live there) ... They live like slaves in wooden huts, they don't speak Russian.

In addition, Amur, Baikal and the Northern Sea Route freeze in winter.

An interesting article and almost unanimous comments - China is not a gift for us. Against the background of anti-American and anti-Western hysteria, reflections on the "yellow threat" are, of course, a drop in the bucket, but their very appearance already shows that shifts are taking place in public consciousness: from primitive, "emotional" anti-Americanism and anti-Westernism to a more sober view on our geopolitical position. Still, the West does not have such a surplus population as in China (or rather the opposite), such financial resources under the centralized control of the CPC, such mass production of cheap consumer goods and household appliances, such a common border and old grievances for the territories that were once taken away. such a ruthless attitude towards their own children (girls are killed in the womb) and towards nature (ours and others'). And suddenly the apologists of the "yellow threat" will be right. And the Chinese will begin to clean up Russia and wash and roll? Resources, territory, trade, construction. Who will support us, with whom will we block, who will we complain to? The earth is round: we spit on the West, but spit can come back from the East.

Well, now let’s assume that at the end of February 2013, China will begin large-scale military operations to occupy Siberia, the Far East and Transbaikalia. The main direction of the attack will be Central and Western Siberia, and the secondary ones, in terms of the size of the strike group of troops, will be Primorye, the Far East and Transbaikalia.
In the first 24 hours of hostilities, all regions of Transbaikalia, the Far East and Primorye will be under the occupation of China. For a longer time, battles will continue in Central and Western Siberia, but by the end-mid-April, Chinese troops will enter the Urals line. Airborne operations of the beginning of the war will be occupied by Yakutsk and the BAM, Magadan, Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk highways will be cut. Upon completion of access to the Urals and the capture of oil and gas fields, China is practically blocking NATO’s actions to support Russia. The only ally in this war will be the United States, which dramatically and long-term strengthening of China threatens national security.
At the end of April, Kamchatka and Chukotka will be captured by airborne operations. The pace of offensive operations will be quite high, from 200 to 500 km per day, which is explained by the absence of Russian troops in the directions of the main attacks of the Chinese army, ready to provide any serious resistance. Since, unlike the tactics of previous wars, China will not concentrate troops near the Russian border. Having received combat missions and movement schedules, the troops in marching order, at nightfall, from their places of permanent quartering will quickly march directly to the place where the combat mission is to be carried out. Units and units that are bogged down in battle with Russian troops will independently carry out their task. The main forces will march to the places of their combat missions. Thus, there will be no overall delay in the offensive. The pace of development of the operation will be planned. The use of nuclear weapons, both strategic and tactical, will become impossible in the first day of the war, since the strike group will be entirely on Russian territory.

Actions of the Chinese Special Forces

On the territory of Russia there are already more than a thousand reconnaissance and sabotage groups of special forces of China, which are conducting reconnaissance of their designated targets for destruction. With the outbreak of war, these groups will destroy strategic missile launchers, long-range, tactical, military transport aircraft. Launchers of anti-aircraft and operational-tactical systems, ammunition depots. Insecure command posts.
Immediately after the occupation of the territory, China will exchange rubles for the yuan at a preferential rate for the local population, import food and goods of its own production two to three times cheaper than the Russians are now forced to buy. Housing construction and production deployment in the occupied territories will be launched in a short time. From the moment of occupation by China, the indigenous Russian population will not only raise its standard of living by two to three times, but will also get a stable job, due to the rapid development of the territories.
For a successful war that excludes any resistance from the local population, China will conduct massive propaganda such as:
      - “We will help our Russian brothers free themselves from thieving officials and robber oligarchs!”
      - “Siberia - we give it to the Siberians,” etc.
And they really shoot the bribe takers and embezzlers of the most famous both to the population and to Chinese intelligence. Which will eloquently testify to their intentions. Those of the heads of administrations who do not have time to escape will instantly go to cooperate with the invaders, by virtue of their psychology. And two weeks after the arrival of Chinese troops in the occupied territories, a new order will reign. Chinese!

A fairy tale is a lie, but there is a hint in it ...

And how fun it will be for tank units, reinforcements and other tracked (and wheeled) vehicles to advance across the taiga. In fact, the amount of equipment and manpower suitable for transporting such an array of equipment and manpower is too expensive. How old is this "Chinese scarecrow"? And most importantly, what did China forget in Siberia? This isn't small, cramped Japan on the islands, is it? Territory? So China has a lot of its own undeveloped territory. Also, the process of urbanization is very active there - cities with a large population are growing, peasants prefer to leave that very territory and move to live in cities. So that from there they could settle in the Siberian taiga with its mosquitoes, ticks, and not much land for farming. Minerals? Well, well, what does Siberia have that China doesn’t? Oil? If anything, China ranks 4th (fourth!) in oil production on the planet! Gas? And he has enough gas of his own. So enough of this newfangled Chinese threat. The tenth time already - it gets boring. Let science fiction writers consider the option of, for example, an Indian attack on Russia. Why not? A slightly less fantastic scenario than stories about evil China.

And if you compare them in price and in terms of service with European or American ones, as they say, feel the difference.

China versus Russia: Victory will not be ours

The question is not whether China will attack Russia, but when.
The colossal overpopulation of this country, coupled with its rapid economic growth, creates a complex set of problems, a very brief description of which would require a large separate article. Moreover, the interconnection of these problems is such that solving some aggravates others. China is objectively unviable within its current borders. He must become much larger if he does not want to become much smaller. He cannot do without external expansion to seize resources and territories, this is the reality. You can close your eyes to her, but she won’t get away from it. In addition, there is no need to imagine that the main direction of China’s expansion will be Southeast Asia. There is quite a small territory and resources there, but there is a lot of local population. The opposite situation - a lot of territory, gigantic resources, very little population - exists in Kazakhstan and the Asian part of Russia. And this is where China's expansion will go. Moreover, the trans-Ural territories of the Russian Federation are considered to be theirs in China. Another long article could be devoted to a brief description of the relevant Chinese historical concepts. Only a person who has absolutely no idea what China and the Chinese are can consider that the border problem between the Russian Federation and the PRC has been resolved.

Of course, for China, the peaceful form of expansion (economic and demographic) is preferable. But the military is not excluded. It is extremely significant that in recent years the Chinese army has been conducting exercises that it is simply impossible to interpret as preparations for aggression against Russia, and the scale of the exercises (spatial scale and number of troops involved) is constantly growing.

At the same time, apparently, we still do not realize that we have long lost not only quantitative but also qualitative superiority over China in military equipment. In Soviet times, we had both, and this, as the “microwaves” behind Damanski showed, compensated for China’s tremendous superiority in manpower.

      Carl from Clara stole corals

China lived for a very long time on what the USSR gave it in the 1950s and early 1960s. However, after the warming of relations with the West, he gained access to some samples of American and European equipment, and from the late 1980s he began to acquire the latest equipment in the USSR and then in Russia, thanks to this he “jumped” a generation in many classes. Moreover, China has always had an exceptional ability to steal technology. In the 1980s, Chinese intelligence even managed to obtain drawings from the United States of the latest W-88 warhead from the Trident-2 ballistic missile for submarines. And China steals conventional equipment in huge quantities.

For example, nothing is known about the fact that Russia sold the Smerch multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) to the PRC, or even more so a license for their production. Nevertheless, first the Chinese army acquired the A-100 MLRS, very similar to the Smerch, and then the PHL-03, its complete copy. The Toure 88 (PLZ-05) self-propelled artillery mount is very reminiscent of our Msta, which we again did not sell in China. We never sold China a license to produce the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, which did not stop the Chinese from copying it under the name HQ-9. However, from the French, for example, the Crotal anti-aircraft missile system, the Exocet anti-ship missile, the M68 naval artillery mount, etc. were successfully stolen.

Synthesizing foreign technologies and adding something of their own, the Chinese military-industrial complex begins to create fairly original samples: the Tourn 95 anti-aircraft missile system (PGZ-04), the PLL-05 and PTL-02 self-propelled guns, and the BMP ZBD-05, etc.

      Made in China

In general, as already mentioned, in almost all classes of conventional weapons, Russia’s qualitative superiority is a thing of the past. In some areas, China has even surpassed us - for example, in drones and small arms. The Chinese are gradually replacing Kalashnikovs with the latest automatic rifles, created according to the “bullpup” design based on both the same AK and Western rifles (FA MAS, L85).
Moreover, although some experts believe that China is technologically dependent on the Russian Federation as its main supplier of weapons (therefore, it cannot attack us), this is a pure myth.

China acquired in Russia only such weapons, which were intended for operations against Taiwan and the United States (while Beijing was seriously planning an operation to seize the island). It is obvious that a sea war between the PRC and the Russian Federation is almost impossible, there is no need for either side or the other. The war will be ground character.

In this regard, it should be noted that China did not acquire any equipment in Russia for its ground forces, since it will be used against Russia in the event of war.

Even in the area of the Air Force, China has gotten rid of its dependence on the Russian Federation. He bought a limited number of Su-27 fighters from Russia - 76 in total, of which 40 were Su-27UB. From such a unique ratio of combat and combat training vehicles, it is quite obvious that Russian-made Su-27s were purchased for training flight personnel. Then, as is known, China abandoned licensed production of the Su-27 from Russian components, building only 105 of the planned 200 aircraft. At the same time, it copied this fighter and began its unlicensed production under the name J-11B with its own engines, weapons and avionics. Moreover, if in the 1960s China’s copying of Soviet designs was their deliberate primitivization, then the J-11B, judging by the available data, is practically no worse than the Su-27.

It may be noted that in recent times, China’s military-technical cooperation with Russia is being curtailed. In part, this can be explained by the fact that the rapidly degrading Russian military industrial complex is no longer able to offer China the weapons and equipment that it needs. Another explanation is that Beijing is seriously considering the possibility of conducting combat operations against the RF Armed Forces in the foreseeable future.

Since the J-11B in its tactical and technical characteristics is approximately equal to the Su-27, and the J-10, created on the basis of the Israeli Lavi, but using Russian and its own technologies, is quite comparable to the MiG-29, we do not have any qualitative superiority in the air . And quantitative superiority will obviously be on China’s side, especially considering the almost complete collapse of the Russian air defense system (primarily in the Far East). Regarding the Su-30, it will be generally overwhelming: China has more than 120 of them, we have 4. The main disadvantage of Chinese aviation is the lack of normal attack aircraft and attack helicopters, but this will not be a big problem for them, because on land the situation for Russia is even worse .

      Mass effect

The best Chinese tanks - Tour 96 and Tour 99 (aka Tour 98G) - are practically no worse than our best tanks - T-72B, T-80U, T-90. Actually, they are all “close relatives”, so their performance characteristics are very close. At the same time, the leadership of the Russian Defense Ministry has already announced the actual liquidation of our tank forces. There should be 2000 tanks left for the whole of Russia. China already has about the same number of modern tanks. There are also much more numerous (at least 6000) old tanks (from Tour 59 to Tour 80), created on the basis of the T-54. They are quite effective in the fight against infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, as well as for creating a “mass effect.” It is likely that these are the vehicles that the PLA command will use for the first strike. They will still inflict some losses on us, and most importantly, they will distract our anti-tank weapons, after which the depleted and weakened defense will be attacked using modern equipment. By the way, in the air a similar “mass effect” can be created by old fighters of the J-7 and J-8 types.

That is, according to modern models of armaments, the Armed Forces of Russia and the Chinese Army now have approximate equality (qualitative and quantitative), which confidently (and not very slowly) turns into the advantage of the Chinese army. At the same time, the latter has a huge “overhang” of old, but still quite “good” samples, which are perfect as an “expendable” material to wear out the defense of the Russian troops. Due to the presence of such a unique problem in China as the “shortage of brides”, the loss of several hundred thousand young males for the Chinese leadership seems to be not only a problem, but a blessing. And certainly not the problem of "recycling" in the battle of several thousand units of outdated armored vehicles.

      Tanks are not our fast

At the same time, and in combat training, especially in units and formations equipped with the most modern equipment, the Chinese army has long bypassed us. Thus, in the 38 Army of the Beijing Military District, the artillery is fully automated, it is still inferior in accuracy to the American, but already surpassed the Russian. The rate of advance of the 38 Army reaches 1000 km per week (150 km per day).

Accordingly, we have no chance in a conventional war. Unfortunately, nuclear weapons do not guarantee salvation, because China also has them. Yes, we still have superiority in strategic nuclear forces, but they are rapidly declining. At the same time, we do not have medium-range ballistic missiles, while China does have them, which almost eliminates their gap in intercontinental ballistic missiles (which is also shrinking). The ratio of tactical nuclear weapons is unknown, but we must understand that we will have to use them on our own territory. As for the exchange of strikes of strategic nuclear forces, the Chinese potential is more than enough to destroy the main cities of European Russia, which they do not need (there are many people and few resources). There are very strong suspicions that, understanding this, the Kremlin will not agree to use nuclear weapons. Therefore, nuclear deterrence against China is as much a myth as its technological dependence on us.

I completely agree...I will add that in our country, fire, water and copper pipes have already gone through fire a thousand times, we are already immune to defeat, and at the moment I will say quite a few soldiers are receiving a baptism of fire in Chechnya..My friend was sent to serve in Marines, and after half a year, without asking anything, they were sent to Chechnya to jump in the mountains... And where are the Chinese soldiers fighting? On some kind of tatami? Under the rays of the sun and the eyes of spectators... We have quite a few Avgans left, and a ton of men from Chechnya, Kosovo and other assholes. And they, in hot spots, felt the war, understood what it means to sacrifice your ass for your homeland... So China doesn’t have any chance against us, there are just a lot of them, I’m considering the option that we are more likely to run out of ammunition than soldiers... But the USA, yes, this is a probable enemy... Which has soldiers with baptism of fire, has excellent weapons, a nuclear shield, the Americans are great in this matter, the only thing they don’t have, Well, this is the fighting spirit of the soldiers... If a marine infantry arrives at a point and there is no nanopush there, then he will not go into battle, he will tell you “You are not fulfilling the terms of the contract”... But try our contract soldiers whining that they have something I don’t like it...But let’s say you saw a push from ours in Chechnya? There’s a trench and there are two tiles on it...I respect ours for this, they won’t shake their license, they won’t whine or cry to someone about something. -that’s not true...They were told to go into battle, they go into battle because they understand that they are fighting for their homeland. These are real men!

It is not possible for China to fight with us, let alone for us with China - there are enough “eagles” around who are ready to tear apart Russia and the Celestial Empire, which have weakened in mutual struggle.
Again, it is more profitable for them to buy our resources, and it is more profitable for us to buy their goods.
Which does not at all negate caution in relations with this cunning eastern partner and the intensive development of one’s defense industry and armed forces - so, just in case, this will never be superfluous. Yes, and our government itself puts “big hair with a parting” on the development of the Far East - this must be corrected without fail! And not only in the Far East, but throughout Rus'; Russia is not limited to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
