Chubais told Zakharova about his merits in the revival of Russia
Anatoly Chubais, the incumbent head of Rosnano, reacted to the words of Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova, who criticized his statement about poor Russians. In response to criticism, Zakharova Chubais listed the government’s achievements in the beginning of the 1990’s, publishing his answer in Facebook.

He explained that when Zakharova began her professional career 15 years ago, the economy was booming in Russia, the ruble was convertible, inflation dropped sharply, and the deficit disappeared completely. Chubais stressed that this was achieved, in particular, through the creation of a market economy and the revival of private property.
