Knowledgeable experts say that this is a huge failure for our defense industry. And it’s not even the helicopter carriers as such, but the technologies that we would get in place with them.

They returned everything and money and technology remained, the Russian Federation paid in full for the project and received a full package of documents, since they were built to the demand of the Navy. They simply did not want to build and did not intend to, they needed technology ..... they deceived the Russian French, Russian-French love, she is so .... Yes

Do not write nonsense. Still hiding behind some experts who are probably as well informed as you. But the main thing is not to reflect, but to distribute!
And on the topic - it was ASSUMED that we would get not only helicopter carriers, but all the equipment on them, but as it turned out later, no. They were intended for us without equipment and we would not have received any technology. This became known several years ago, but knowledgeable experts are not yet in the know? Poor things. In general, it’s interesting to write different nonsense and be covered by experts, like I have nothing to do with it, they are all :)))

Yugoslavia in its best years "showed its teeth to Stalin," and after Khrushchev came to power, together with Albania, she left the OVD ...

Yugoslavia has never been a member of the ATS! In 1951, the SFRY signs an indefinite agreement "On Mutual Security" with the United States, and with 1953, it is a member of the Balkan Pact (NATO affiliate) together with Greece and Turkey. In the meantime, it is through the territories of Yugoslavia that saboteurs and materials are being transferred to support the remnants of the Bandera formations in Western Ukraine. Only thanks to the active opposition of socialist / then / Hungary, is it possible to block this channel.

Yugoslavia could not leave the ATS because it never entered it.) Albania actually stopped participating in the ATS in 1961, but formally left it in 1968, after the introduction of the ATS forces in Czechoslovakia. They did not like Dubcek in Albania, but they believed that the socialist countries should not interfere in each other's internal affairs.

This is actually not true. It can be said in another way. Large countries such as the USSR are always not opposed to having faithful vassals like Cuba, but when it becomes not very profitable to jump off and leave it to disintegrate the consequences.
Somehow you need to be more consistent. Relations between countries are built differently than between people. He is a living organism of the state, it doesn’t matter whether Stalin is there or Khrushchev, Gorbachev or Yeltsin. If there is less movement from the very top there are movements from lower heights and so on. People are changing, circumstances are changing, the state is moving. And if it becomes unprofitable and the leadership of Serbia decides the question this way - can this be reproached to those who came before it or will be after it? If there are no binding agreements for which you can ask, then you have to count on it, otherwise it is blindness. As it was not said by me, large states are like bandits, and small states are like prostitutes.

You obviously do not know anything about modern Bulgaria. The export of electronics, machine building, and the automotive sector bring tens of billions of euros to BG Hazna. By the way, and Bulgarian electric cars are produced, but you do not ride them. These are very expensive super-electric cars. SIN CARS from Ruse, on the Danube.

In, the tractor driver Vasya will definitely approve your words! They are constantly repeated by our ex-brothers who have fled to the Baltic states to live and repeat like a mantra - where you go with an unclean snout, you need to deal with your country, distribute Caliber to pensioners and so on. Part of it remained and it is also sincerely advised to withdraw everyone and everything from Syria, there is nothing to do there, not our mind, everything is there, we must deal with our country. I am glad that you are a devoted follower of the affairs of these people. at least ideological!
For the rest, I will once again reveal a secret - not a single country lives separately from the world. If you lock yourself somewhere, then one day you will find that all around you suddenly become opponents - all of a sudden? Any large country influences neighboring countries in something stronger in something weaker and the more the world develops, the more this influence can be. And you have to deal with and do your country, but you cannot listen and follow in the spirit of our dissidents and just enemies of the country. At one time, people like this speaker betrayed all our interests abroad, and what did we get in return? A complete loss of the ability to influence somehow even in those regions that were considered ours. And to influence this does not mean something so strange and we do not need. This is support in world institutions, this is joint economic. scientific, military and other projects, these are trade and production markets. The fact that we were artificially blocked, here, to the applause of such readers, there’s something to ourselves. And I don’t know who is more of a traitor - the one who did it or the one who now offers to return to this.
