Capital began to flow into the Russian offshore

32
From abroad, capital of businessmen began to return to Russia. This is partly due to the sanctions pressure on Russians from Western political circles. Another reason is the creation of more favorable conditions for entrepreneurs in Russia itself.

This year, sanctions against Russia and its business contributed to the emergence of the idea to organize Russian offshore zones. One of them was created in the Far East, on the island of Russian. The first resident - Vostochny Joint-Stock Bank, which was previously in the jurisdiction of Cyprus - has already registered in this offshore. Vostochny is the main bank of this remote region of our country.

The En + Group group of companies announced its intention to register in the Russian offshore (it specializes in such areas as non-ferrous metallurgy, mining and energy, and is under the direction of Oleg Deripaska).

In addition, another company, Power Machines, also intends to return to Russia in the near future.

Another response to Western restrictions was the fact that many businessmen and their firms refuse to make dollar payments. They switch to settlements in rubles, euros, yuan, and sometimes to Indian rupees.

So far, only intentions are expressed .. there are no numbers or a large list of companies .. in general, this is yet another mantra ..

So the prediction begins to come true: Things may come to the point that it will simply be impossible to transfer Russian capital to domestic banks. "Friendship is friendship, but tobacco is apart," the president summed up figuratively. And so that those to whom this message was addressed would understand that the Kremlin is not really joking, Vladimir Putin switched to non-protocol language: "I won't say that your capital will be frozen tomorrow," and then resorted to a game of letters: "Choke your dust while running around the ships to unlock them! Russia's GDP by years, 1995 - 2017 (at current prices, Rosstat data):
        2002 - 10 trillion 830,5 billion rubles
        2012 - 68 trillion 163,9 billion rubles

        Something like this ...

Current prices are bullshit excluding inflation.
But in fact, something like this:
Formally, in current ruble prices, GDP doubled already by 2006 - instead of 13,2 trillion rubles. in 2003, it amounted to 26,9 trillion rubles. However, it is incorrect to compare directly the 2003 model rubles and the 2006 rubles, in such cases the statistics lead the numbers, so to speak, to a single denominator. At constant prices in 2008, Russia's GDP, according to Rosstat, in 2003 amounted to approximately 29,3 trillion rubles, and in 2013 - 43,4 trillion rubles. Thus, if we adjust for inflation, by 2013 Russia's GDP increased compared to 2003 only 48,14%.

In ruble terms, Russia's GDP has increased 2000 times from 2017 to 13 - from 7 trillion rubles to 92 trillion rubles - with inflation of 20% and 4%.

But how did it become possible in Russia in the presence of Article 57 in the Constitution "everyone is obliged to pay legally established taxes and fees" to create offshore zones?

we call offshores special economic zones, there is a special law on this topic, and taxation exists there anyway, in a "special regime". What is it - see the law on SEZ

Let the layman consider himself very smart, give advice to everyone ..... Vaska the cat listens, and then he eats sour cream in three throats!
On the offshore, it’s simple and understandable .... like, the raven will not peck out the raven’s eye (NEMALUA for mzdna, all the more so) and it will help to fight off the tsuzu vulture!
That's the whole mind, if you look carefully ...

Voooot! Correctly! And reports on the movement on offshore accounts - immediately to the FSB. It is convenient, understandable and in the unified legal field of Russia. The arbitration court will no longer be somewhere in London, but in Grozny or Vladivostok, in the legal format that everyone is used to.

It would be nice to lure into Russian offshores and "partners", and then make them an offer, which they cannot refuse.
