Among the exhibits of the Quisland Institute of Art are knightly armor and weapon represented by the period of the XVI - XVII centuries., that is, the heyday and decline of chivalry. Therefore, among them there are many very specific patterns that previously, in the epoch of “white armor”, did not yet exist. The more interesting to get acquainted with the samples of weapons and armor of this transitional era, is not it? After all, "transition time", as experience shows storiesand there is the most interesting!

    I liked the fashionable and elegant Turkish shishak. The rest of the helmets probably perform their role well on the battlefield, but there is no soul in them.
