Wounded officers will be able to continue to serve in the military enlistment offices

According to the newspaper, has prepared amendments to the provision on military-medical examination in order to maintain the service of officers - war veterans who have serious injuries. After approval of the amendments, they will be able to continue their service in the military commissariats.

The draft document is currently at the stage of internal coordination. It is expected that the amendments will be approved before the end of next year.

At present, the military medical commission may recognize an officer who received serious injuries unfit for military service. The conclusion is made at a meeting of the commission in the course of an open vote by a simple majority of votes.

At the same time, practical officers who know the state of affairs in the armed forces could help improve the work of military registration and enlistment offices. As the founder of the Russian association of lawyers of law enforcement agencies "Guard" Oleg Zherdev said, in the zero years most of the officers were dismissed (transferred) from military registration and enlistment offices, their place was taken by civil servants with salaries 10-12 thousand rubles. As a result, mobilization opportunities "sunk."

With the return of the officers, he said, two problems will be solved - the department will help the officers to remain in the service, as well as improve the work of the military registration and enlistment offices. Zherdev also added that civil servants in the event of a declaration of martial law may not withstand the psychological burden of the conscription, while the officers, who are constantly taught to solve extreme problems, will overcome such difficulties.

If there is an opportunity for experienced people to put in place of those who do not cope with responsibilities, then this is in the interests of the country and society. Such a document must be adopted. hi

hi Below Smoked cited a shot from the film "Starship troopers" ("Starship Troopers" in our box office), and so in the book of R. Heinlein, on which this film was shot, there are many correct words, including the following (I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the quote):
        - If he has at least one eye and one arm left intact, he will not allow any full-fledged citizen to carry out any work on counting and shifting all sorts of things.

          Hello, Pasha!hi
It is not a civilian’s business to engage in mobilization affairs, they decided to save money, but they could immediately predict the malignity of the decision made.

So it is so, but first, at the legislative level, certified officer positions must be returned to the military enlistment offices. After leaving for the reserve, I had a chance to work for a year at the military registration and enlistment office, where the military commissar himself was already a civilian with the right to wear a military uniform. The main staff consisted of women with iron nerves, who, it must be admitted, pulled the strap quite for themselves in the military, so much so that not every officer would be able to do it, due to the fact that, like any state institution, military enlistment offices were overwhelmed by paperwork. They were on duty, they also "fought" during planned exercises, transmitting data on the mob. Readiness and deployment of forces, they were on duty when alerting and issuing summons, accompanied recruits to the place of assembly, etc. etc. Officers are people of business, not papers, but their return to military registration and enlistment offices will generally raise the prestige of this necessary service.

"Civilians ... may not be able to withstand the psychological stress of conscription, while officers who were constantly taught to solve extreme tasks will overcome such difficulties." The military are also people, albeit military. Why haven't civilians been taught to solve extreme problems? Unfortunately, in my military university there was no discipline in solving extreme problems ... Unless the service itself is considered such a task.

Many of us love this film, so I recalled an employee of the recruiting office from it:
Mobile Infantry made me the man i am today
Who does not know, he also has no legs.

Which will put an additional burden on the military budget of the Russian Federation ...
Yes, and a half solution ....
Ideally, partially replace civilians in the military enlistment office with the military, but only where it is really needed, and not completely disperse all civilian personnel (the other extreme) ...
Then, in schools, colleges and universities (without a military department), enter again:
    - the subject of NVP, let it lead military pensioners and those who lost their fitness for military service as a result of injuries and injuries;
    - OBZH in the above institutions (and not just in schools) let pensioners from the Ministry of Emergencies conduct;
    - Law at schools should be conducted by pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and retired judges.
I assure neither the parents of the children, nor the country as a whole will need to be afraid for the situation taking place in the military commissariats and educational institutions ....

pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are objectively weak in jurisprudence because they worked with the law especially narrowly, plus professional deformation. But the judges - this is not a lordly matter - will not, until the last in positions ... we alone in the deliberation room tended to fall asleep ... had to wake up ...

I do not understand! After the recent "reform" there are no officers in the military registration and enlistment offices! At least in my picture. What service is the author talking about? From there everyone is running, the salary is minuscule, the work is done in bulk, and especially to take into account that everything has been launched + new orgmedical instructions! I was personally offered twice, persuaded, but when I delved into it, my military nature would not have stood it! With us, I see the power of everything at the level of some fantasy lives! If only the question was studied!

A kind of isolation from the realities of life. Will military personnel appear in military enlistment offices? Or will it be military pensioners with disabilities on a penny salary? There is a lot of work! And this is a job for the healthy for a nominal fee.

This is true. These people with blood have proved their loyalty to their Country and their People. I am sure their knowledge and experience will be very in demand, you can not scatter such personnel.

In general, the idea is good. Military personnel should work at the military registration and enlistment office, and most importantly, ACTING, and not dismissed to the reserve, in fact ordinary civilians. But something needs to be done with the salary in the draft board. And with the technical part too.

And what is wrong with the military enlistment offices and salaries? Sitting stumps in the cabinets of the MILITARY to give decent salaries, benefits and privileges? An example of military dancers and troubadours, apparently, animates ....

Yes, that’s what I remember myself, since Soviet times, some girls worked in our military commissariat, only a military commissar was a man. And the girls are young. It was interesting to receive the attribution (1984) - you run half-naked on the draft board, and they giggle parasites.

We have in the military enlistment office worked girls from the medical school. One such student comes, they say:
      - Take off panties!
And his cock got up, sits, blushes.
      - I do not want!
      - Oh, come on, help the head ...
Dude comes with a wet head:
Hey, are you a completely stupid person?

Well Topwar does not let go of childhood memories!
On Tankist’s Day I remembered about Dad, but here’s the topic about the Military Commissariats!
After a concussion during the exercises (head injury), he was sent to serve on the military enlistment office, and in such "remote places", which is difficult to imagine. Takhta district center, Tashauz region, Turkmen SSR, in Karakum.
Oh, and he was tormented with colleagues in front of the draft company to catch camel breeders in the sand.
I remember he brought me into an armory, and there Maxim, and in the boxes of tape the canvas is packed with cartridges (and the dead with braids are a joke).

But I’m curious: how many officers are left who actually deployed PPLS and PPT on the ground, organized the reception of mobresources and conducted combat coordination with them, at least according to the shortest weekly option? Understanding on the move with complete confusion and inconsistency of the Higher education institutions of reality? And also with tents, potbelly stoves, water carriers, boots, jackets, gas masks? I understand that this is the concern of the officers of the deployed units, but if the military commissariat officer with a wound or sores does not have a clue about this, does it make sense? Folders with personal files and computer files women better comb.
And it seems to me that all this work on mobility in deep ... I will not say what. It was like that in Soviet times, but now everything is two orders of magnitude worse.
