So where did the Soyuz ship get damaged. Media on the findings of the commission of RSC Energia

The internal commission of RSC Energia voiced the preliminary findings of the investigation into the causes of the depressurization of the Soyuz spacecraft, which was discovered after it was docked with the International Space Station. RIA NewsReferring to the findings of the commission, reports that damage to the integrity of the plating of the Union was done in Korolev - in the general assembly shop.
Recall that all kinds of versions of the causes of depressurization were previously put forward. It was noted that the crack appeared during maintenance work at the Baikonur cosmodrome. According to the head of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, traces of sliding of the drill were found on the casing.
A State Duma deputy (pilot-cosmonaut) Maxim Surayev said that "a psychologically unstable cosmonaut could drill a covering."
The internal commission of RSC Energia actually refutes these judgments. The material states that at this stage there is a study of the book of comments. This book is compiled for each released spacecraft by industrialists of an experimental mechanical engineering plant. It contains all the comments on how the spacecraft was tested, including at KKS (space control booth). After studying these data, it will become clear at what stage it was decided to “overlook” the emerging crack or the reason for its possible appearance.
