Congratulations to the Russian people 31 December 2018 of the year
Here, for example, periodic appeals to the people. Some will say that special people are involved. The president in this case is just a repeater. May be. But I don't want to be a repeater either.
Nevertheless, today's life somehow looks boring without systematic and regular appeals of the same president. It doesn't matter to the people, to the Federal Assembly, to the Duma. The fact that from time to time it is necessary to tell the people that everything will be fine.
So we decided to present the President’s New Year’s address. Congratulations on the upcoming New 2019 year, in which the president not only congratulates, but also paints a picture of the near future of the country. And briefly summarizes some of the results.
Honestly, we have already prepared for the shock of pension reform. “Do what you need and whatever happens” nobody canceled. Now you need to get used to 20% VAT. And then, with unaccustomed, 1 January you go to the store, and there is a New Year's gift already. In all its glory, as in a boutique.
After all, in addition to VAT, which will raise prices by at least 10%, we still have to get a present in the form of returning excise taxes on fuel. Well, it cannot (meanly, but we said about it that everything will return) the government will rule without excise taxes.
I wonder how the president will tell us about the need to punch holes in the belts again? But you have to. Fairy tales that the increase in VAT does not particularly affect the final price of goods, no longer attract. Children about Masha and the Bear are more interesting, but give us serious literature.
The president will speak seriously. We sit now and break our heads, as in the New Year's greeting to combine the wishes of happiness and health with the nightmare of price increases? It seems that among the readers the number of people willing to work as president has decreased.
But this is not the most difficult task for Vladimir Vladimirovich for the New Year. There are still problems that few people talk about. But these problems will have no less impact on 1 in January on our lives than 20-percent VAT.
Yes, we are like two woodpeckers, all about these klyatyh hydrocarbons interpret. Or hollow. Not the point. The essence is different.
Does everyone know the component that affects the whole life in the country? Affects the life of any person. From the little man who is just preparing to appear in this world, to the dust that goes into another world. And we voiced this problem. Gasoline, diesel fuel, gas, which we refuel personal cars, multi-ton wagons, trucks that deliver products, tractors and harvesters in the fields, etc.
It is nonsense, of course, that hydrocarbons are a problem in a country that lives mainly due to their production and export.
Many, probably, do not know that our oilmen, in addition to profits from the sale of oil and gas, also receive state subsidies for poverty. This is called a damping surcharge.
In order not to bore readers with smart economic cards, we will explain the essence of the premium in human language. The poor oilmen receive a part of the payment for fuel not directly from our pocket, but from our own taxes. And as soon as the state stops paying tribute to the oilmen, the flow of hydrocarbons for the Russians will dry up.
Or more expensive. Once again.
I wonder how the president in the greeting will explain this tribute? But just recently, the Ministry of Energy, on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, sent a request to the government to increase the "poverty allowance" for oilmen to 200 billion rubles!
And they will give this subsidy to the poor! Or the government will allocate from what we have earned for the state. Or oilmen will pull this money straight from our pockets at gas stations. Also, through the retail chains, they will get a "little thing".
Do not think that we will get rid of such "trifle" from all these Lukoil, Gazpromneft, Rosneft and others. The grip of these guys is iron. Your shirt is also closer to the body. And on the shirt pocket. And not one. And they are used to rustling paper, not wooden bills.
Ruble gradually weakens. It seems to be okay for such giants. No, our giants have long been addicted to imported equipment, imported components, imported equipment ...
One little fact. Ten days ago, wholesale gasoline prices rose by about 7% as a result of reduced fuel production, as well as a weaker ruble and netback growth. Export of petroleum products has become more profitable than supplies to the domestic market. Netback, in a simple way, is the export price of petroleum products minus transportation costs and duties.
Prices for gas stations rose instantly. Thanks to the government, reduced excise taxes on fuel for 2-3 rubles. Well, oilmen are obliged to increase supplies to the domestic market by 3%. It seems to have agreed to freeze the prices at the gas station. Until.
In principle, the government goes to the conditions of the oil industry. Everyone understands that tying domestic prices for hydrocarbons to export leads to a constant increase in prices in the domestic market. The budget even includes this compensation. On the 2019 year - 60% of the export premium. In 2020 and beyond - 50%.
But we will not have peace. The government wants to save. Oil industry workers rightly want to receive an 100 percent export bonus. And we? Ordinary citizens? Those who live in this country?
Even to a person far from scientific institutions, it is clear that tying the domestic market to exports will never create the conditions for a painless cohabitation of the domestic and foreign markets. Never!
So maybe it's time to stop treating oilmen as currency miners? Maybe it's time to make them the same not privileged market participants as companies in other areas?
Moreover, today Russia’s aspiration to withdraw from settlements in dollars or other currencies is already visible. Well, we still believe that we see this desire. In approximately the same way as Nord Stream-2 and Turkish Stream will remove Russia from the oil and gas needle in terms of earnings.
So how will the president of December 31 congratulate us on this? Interestingly in September ...
