Local residents report that for takeoff and landing of aircraft, a section of the route is blocked from the 91st to the 93rd km. The total length of the plot is about 2,2 km. It is noted that this section of the highway can be used as a reserve strip for civil aviation in case of emergencies. Also, this site can be used to disperse military aircraft (for example, fighter aircraft).

During the flight tactical exercises, the crews of fighters of the Eastern Military District work to intercept the enemy, using for this, including figures of aerobatics.

Drivers of dozens of cars witnessed the landing of combat aircraft on the highway.

One of the eyewitnesses of the pilots' trainings noted that for the sake of what he saw, "one can also stand."

Also at low altitude over the highway with the subsequent landing, military transport planes and helicopters of army aviation proceeded.
