The report’s authors are confident that Beijing has identified US military bases as priority targets and is currently working on strikes against them. According to American experts, American military bases and armed forces located in the Pacific Ocean, including the island of Guam, are being hit.
It is noted that the Chinese army is trying to improve the ability to deliver bombing strikes against targets "significantly distant from China." At the same time, Washington stated that "they have not yet understood what kind of signal China is giving the United States, demonstrating its capabilities."
