Four fighters of "Rosguard" died in the mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria
In the mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria, four Rosgvardi employees were killed due to an avalanche during scheduled classes, the press service of the North Caucasian District of the National Guard reported.
According to the report, contract servicemen conducted scheduled exercises. Being in a bundle at an altitude of 4,5 thousand meters, by tragic accident, the military personnel fell under an avalanche and died. The instructor who was with them survived. To clarify all the circumstances of the case, a commission of the central office of the Rosguards was sent to the scene. The descent of the bodies from the mountain began on Thursday morning.
Earlier, preliminary information was received that in Kabardino-Balkaria four people had broken off from a height of 4500 meters in the Mezhergi glacier between the Dykh-Tau mountains and Pushkin Peak. The cause of the tragic accident was not called.
