Kiev: Russia captures the entire water area of the Azov Sea
68
The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Nikolay Malomuzh, said that Russian border guards in the waters of the Sea of Azov seize the territory of Ukraine, writes the Ukrainian publication Apostrof.
According to Malomuzh, Russian border guards arrange constant "provocations" aimed at causing economic damage to Ukraine. Due to the fact that, as a result of an agreement between Ukraine and Russia in 2003, an agreement on joint use of the Azov Sea water area, according to him, “Russia does not intend to set any boundaries”, there is a situation in which Russia has every opportunity to attack the coast in the area of Mariupol and in other areas. In addition, Russia is blocking Ukraine’s maritime trade, discrediting “maritime trade power in the eyes of international partners.”
Recall that earlier in Ukraine they declared the threat of losing the entire water area of the Sea of Azov due to "the actions of the aggressor country." In addition, the representative of the Self-Help Party, Semen Semenchenko, demanded to adopt a law denouncing the 2003 agreement of the year between Ukraine and Russia on cooperation in the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait.
