Weather forecasters warn: deadly warming is coming

At the same time, only 37% of respondents are confident in Trump’s adherence to the policy of sanctions pressure on Moscow!
There is nothing surprising that Ukraine, like a rapidly aging kept woman, not only fears, but is also convinced that the rich “sponsor” will sooner or later certainly abandon her, replacing it with a younger and more attractive one.
Despite the bravura claims of Kiev propaganda that Ukraine plays almost a key role for the West, many Ukrainians are convinced that, if Trump, in order to make a deal with Moscow, he decides, like Sharik from Prostokvashino, “to sell something Something unnecessary ”, this“ unnecessary ”will be their unhappy country.
However, fears are hardly justified. With almost absolute certainty, it can be argued that Washington will not “give up” Ukraine to Moscow in exchange for Syria, Iran, Venezuela, or anything else. For the simple reason that it is almost his main trump card in the game against our country.
And strictly speaking, the meeting of Trump and Putin is much more dangerous for Russia, rather than for the Kiev regime.
Speaking on the Russia-1 TV channel, military expert and editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko, said that the United States had to negotiate with Russia due to the fact that our country has weaponmaking war against our country impossible for Americans.
He said that the CIA director held closed briefings for Congress and the White House office, at which he confirmed the reality of the video shown by Vladimir Putin with a presentation of the new Russian weapons capable of reaching the US territory.
“And immediately went. Trump wanted to meet with Putin, the congressmen came to express their approval to us, ”said Igor Korotchenko.
But I must add that the newest weapon is not all.
Today, there is little doubt that the West’s recent confrontational policy with respect to Russia is failing.
The expectation that the deterioration in the lives of Russians, provoked by the imposed sanctions, would push them to mass demonstrations against the authorities, did not materialize. Moreover, the obvious pressure on the country and the increased military threat rallied Russian society and provided another “credibility” to the Russian authorities.
Suffice it to say that the presentation by Vladimir Putin of the newest models of armaments mentioned by Korotchenko raised his rating in Russia to transcendental heights.
It was precisely the fears to weaken the country in front of an external enemy that kept and keep millions of Russians from protesting against the package of “antisocial reforms” promoted by the government and causing general indignation.
In all other cases, the confrontation with the United States and its allies extremely complicated the work in Russia of pro-Western agents of influence (not belonging to government structures, the Central Bank and the HSE), which are perceived by the population of the country as enemy accomplices.
Their assurances that the West is a friend to us and only good wishes, are not only not taken seriously, but also seriously discredit the liberal idea and the Westernist position.
In addition, the game of exacerbation and increased confrontation showed the scarcity of the Western arsenal and extremely limited the possibility of maneuver.
And what to do now? Start a real war, to which the West is not ready and which can lead to the death of mankind?
Trying to continue the game of exhaustion of Russia? But the years of sanctions have shown that this path is not very effective.
The political and cultural ostracism to which our country is trying to expose and “example” of which became the BSF 2018 leads to the fact that Moscow is trying to launch its own global project and begins to reformat the world space for itself and by its rules.
By the way, a number of Western policy gurus, such as Henry Kissinger or George W. Bush, recommended avoiding confrontation with Moscow in every way, arguing that, contrary to Al Capone's testament, our country "to achieve with one kind word" can be incomparably more than and a gun. "
And it’s difficult to argue with this position, because it was she who at one time ensured the coming to power in our country of the pro-American leadership dancing to the western tune.
Recall that a significant part of the population of Russia, even in those bad times, was inclined to consider the West as the main friend, ally and teacher. Then the agents of influence was easy and free to live.
After all, anyone who doubted the purity of Western intentions and the correctness of the government's pro-Western course was immediately declared a "scoop" and obscurantist obsessed with conspiracy theories.
And today, due to the obvious failure of power pressure, elements of “soft power” are again being introduced into the “Russian” policy of the West.
This, in particular, is evidenced by calls to start a discussion on the possible return of Russia to G8, voiced by the leading politicians of the West.
Actually, there is every reason to believe that as his “contribution” to the “deal” with Putin, Trump sees not a “surrender” of Ukraine to the Kremlin or Syria, but Russia's offer to join the “civilized world” through membership in “prestigious” global supranational clubs and organizations. From this she will not get the slightest benefit, but she willy-nilly will have to play by the imposed rules. Which no one except her will not abide.
And if the current “hawks” in Washington and Brussels turn into “pigeons” and supporters of “soft power”, it cannot be ruled out that our leaders may well return to their “youthful dreams” about the “European way”, about convergence and integration.
With extremely dire consequences for our country. However, there is great hope that the past years have given them the opportunity to believe in our self-sufficiency and ability to impose their own rules of the game.

Recall that the meeting of the Russian president with his American counterpart is scheduled for July 16 and will be held in Helsinki. The agenda includes perspectives of bilateral relations and topical issues of world politics.
