The head of the For Life party declares that the approval of receiving the next credit tranche from Europe will be announced only after the lifting of the moratorium on the export of round timber.

Rabinovich:

Europe gives us a manly shoulder a billion, which we will immediately return as a percentage to international organizations, and for this we must lose the Carpathians. Is this a fair exchange? I think not.

Ultimately, Rabinovich urged to declare a default in Ukraine, so as not to hang more and more debts to Western creditors on Ukrainians.
