Another goal from the government: the VAT rate will increase to 20 percent

315
Following the announcement of the launch of pension reform since 2019, which consisted in a gradual increase in the retirement age, Dmitry Medvedev's government announced tax changes. According to RIA News, Dmitry Medvedev proposed to increase the value added tax. According to the government initiative, the VAT rate will increase to 20%. Now it is 18%.

The Ministry of Finance immediately tried to explain what the increase was aimed at.

Statement by the head of the Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov:
Additional income from the increase in the VAT rate will be more than 600 billion rubles from 2019 year.

Another goal from the government: the VAT rate will increase to 20 percent

Siluanov said that these revenues, together with the additional income from the “completion of the oil and gas maneuver”, would turn into sources to finance the strategic tasks that the President had set in his message to the federal assembly. In other words, the new government signs that he has no tools for solving the tasks set by the president, except for raising the retirement age and tax burden.

A separate question: will the increase in the VAT rate lead to a rise in prices? It is hardly worth cherishing the hope that prices from the implementation of the government’s initiative on the VAT rate will be kept at least at the current level. Economic experts point out that as soon as the final decision on the VAT is made, inflation may jump.

At the same time, Dmitry Medvedev notes that the government will retain preferential VAT rates — for example, on the production of children's goods, interregional transportation, etc.

The government in general today is in shock. Apparently, the expectation is that the Russian team will win the Saudis on the “Luzhniki” field, and therefore pensions and VAT for the Russians will not even be in the background.

Will an increase in the VAT rate lead to higher prices?

Mandatory. It cannot be otherwise. Who will work at a loss? None. This means that prices will increase as a result of higher VAT rates, which will lead to higher inflation.
However, today is the day ... Either raising the retirement age, then raising the VAT. Not sure, but maybe even the football team will cheer up?

I support, the difference is also noticeable in the banking sector, deposits in the Russian Federation above 5% are not easy to find, while in the KZ, all banks have 10%. The economy is slowed down as they can. And income is 13%, not 10%.

                  Attention! Without a calculator.

                  We consider.

330 = 1. Therefore, 158 is in the region of 0,5 from unity.

                  So?

                  Right?

                  So AI 92 costs 48 - 52 cents.

In rubles, about 32 rubles. per liter. Too right?

A little cheaper than in Novosibirsk.

Here, recently, the government wanted to ban the import of Russian fuel because of your price hike. Type struggle with an increase in prices for fuels and lubricants. While our prices were low for oil, the government decided to upgrade the refinery. At the end of last year, they began to be commissioned - at the end of this year, all refineries will work. AI-92 and higher, jet fuel, etc. we purchased about 1 million tons from the Russian Federation - now we will have surpluses for these types of fuel that will be exported to Central Asian countries. Somewhere up to 1,5 mil. tons will be exported. hi

Perhaps it was precisely for these and other similar "reforms" that the Medvedev government was abandoned. Closer to the next Presidential election, he will be merged, since he will need to promote the Successor. For example, the Successor will become Prime Minister for the start after Medvedev’s resounding resignation and the most odious figures.

No Michael, yesterday on RBC there was an article about the fall of the "average check" in the store and the words of the guarantor were quoted
During a direct line on June 7, President Vladimir Putin stated that the real incomes of Russians are in steady growth. The head of state cited statistics and noted that salaries increased by 1,9% and real incomes by 3,8%. “Of course, not every person feels it, but on the whole it’s absolutely objective statistics, and that’s how it is,” Putin assured.

Hauvari, a former corporal of the Foreign Legion (after taking power, he proclaimed himself a marshal and a day later awarded himself with new orders through the Ministry of Differences), did not condemn the general desire to settle at the expense of others. On the contrary, he first came up with the idea of nationalizing corruption.
After reading through the exchange of experience the biographies of Napoleon, Genghis Khan and other statesmen, he began to encourage his subordinates to rampant robbery, certainly on a large scale. As a result, the government quarter was built from materials stolen by the Ministry of Construction from the Ministry of Water Transport, which was going to build a marina on Wambesi from them; capital for railway construction was stolen at the Ministry of Coconut Turnover; only abuses allowed to raise funds for the construction of the buildings of the Court and the Investigation; in short, theft and misappropriation yielded excellent results.
Hauvari, who by that time already bore the name of the Father of Eternity, personally opened a Corruption Bank with great fanfare, in which every serious entrepreneur could get a long-term loan for bribes, if, of course, the directorate established that his interests coincided with state ones.

bureaucrats bred — when Putin came there were 100 thousand officials — before the election was drawn, it was necessary to reduce — in three years they became a million, and so on, the upper house. lower house, measures, feathers, governors of deputies, deputies — who should feed them and for what?
we don’t even have a road in the city center, the factories are closed. the factory is closed .3 convoys are closed (worked in 3 shifts), agricultural enterprises are 90% destroyed by your worries - everything is fine!
and really why whining, then what joy.

They live in Belarus. And the President, when visiting for a cordon, does not ask for money, like Poroshenko, but offers - buy our products, buy ... And there is something to offer: Belazy, Mazy, tractors, trolleybuses, buses, agricultural machinery, fertilizers, agricultural products. I learned at VO - the Polonaise rockets were recently sold to Azerbaijan ... And these are jobs, salaries ... And compare pensions. Today at VO there was a table: the average for Russia - 8400, Kazakhstan - 9200, China - about 10 thousand. My wife, an ex-worker of a shoe factory, gets 10037 Russian at the rate for today ... Not everything is so good, but we live. And there are a lot of decrees 9, what are you talking about? hi

First you write that they have everything OK, and now:
And Belarus lives on Russian money. In different years, Russian aid ranges from 11% to 27% of Belarus per capita GDP!

Turkish Stream "will not reach breakeven for almost 50 years even without inflation," its negative NPV will be $ 13 billion. And Nord Stream-2, when using capacity by 60%, "will not pay off within 20 years" .

Tens of billions of dollars are swelling up without any payback in order to cut loot between contractors, and people are paying.

Additional income from the increase in the VAT rate will be more than 600 billion rubles from 2019 year.

At the same time, the construction cost of the Turkish Stream will be $ 20 billion, and the Nord Stream-2 - $ 17 billion.

37 billion dollars is how many rubles? Not to mention losses from loss making?

Not afraid. Absolutely. And all because our government is absolutely ready to work according to this scenario.
In the 1917th, the tsar lost all support and could not rely on anyone, but we have a “close circle” around GDP, everything is pretty monolithic there, personnel are selected on the basis of personal loyalty, and not management efficiency. In addition, there was an organized opposition in the country represented by many parties - that is, there were real forces capable of waging a struggle for power.

I don’t think that the government is so strong, it has no support among the people. If there is a leader capable of leading the masses, they will sweep it away. Neither the guards, nor the Ministry of Internal Affairs and others will help. Since they themselves are part of the people and are far from contented.
The whole question is in the leader and organization.

Then the tax increase will fall on the profitability of the business.

The amount of profit is the factor that leads to the crisis of capitalism. The higher the profit, the faster the crisis.

Than taxes are higher and unemployment is lower. The further the crisis of capitalism. Moreover, the economy is balanced.

Do you think why the simultaneously lost G7 sovereignty, the Bilderbirgs and the SCO countries meet. Why does D. Trump suddenly become an outcast in the G7.

Because "the ghost walks in Europe, the ghost of communism."

            This is a classic.

And the reality is that the Americans want to survive, they want to regain production. Trump is ready to sacrifice his financial system. He wants to return power to his industrialists. Profit.

The Bilderbergs, who own money, the media, public and private secret services, PMCs and ISIS, want to maintain power over the United States.

The SCO countries, which have twice as much industrial potential as the G7, want to get out of the dollar dictatorship. Get out of the influence of the Bilderbergs.

And why? No one can rule and live the old way. The crisis that always provokes the rise of the left. There is a need for revolutionary transformations. Tie this to the rise of information technology and you get an explosive mixture.

Sometimes it seems that in the 90s we still lost sovereignty and fell into occupation. But not the same as in the 41st, but in a more sophisticated one. Lurking. But this is no less terrible. And we have an occupation administration set up by transnational corporations and consistently implementing their plans. And to hide real dark affairs, a patriotic chewing gum and various kinds of shows are actively used. Either the Olympics, then the Championships.

Therefore, he was interested in the increase in milk yield. So it invested in the development of the country. And these bugs are temporary workers. their psychology grab as much as possible, and "we will live in Israel, America, Germany and other London." How so the people do not understand that Putin took the oath of the USSR, was a pioneer, Komsomol member, communist, sang songs about Lenin, and so on. We all did this, there was no other. He was both in the party and in the KGB, and “officially” did not believe in God (although he says the opposite now, it means he lied when he was Soviet), and was everywhere of his own free will. And then just like that he became a liberal, a democrat, a believer, and wanting his USSR homeland. Although everyone calls on the motherland to love.

In fact, this is either a split personality, or betrayal. If the USSR magically came back, then Putin, his patron, drunk Yeltsin, and all the other clowns sitting in the government would go to court and either to the gallows or to the camps for treason. So what do you want from such people. They do not have a homeland, they have a homeland where the loot is hidden. And according to the laws of the USSR where these people were born and they grew up criminals. By the way, no one dismissed the USSR under the constitution.

And the masses with brainwashed voted, jumped, the rotters of the Communists, called them "oligarchs", thieves, well, they chose who they chose. Well, “break through now. The main thing is that there is no war, isn’t it? And why is war? They themselves will die either from work or from“ improved well-being. ”So the pension reform has arrived in time for the topic.

I have a personal version of who rules. Well, or it can affect GDP. Conspiracy theory. When the EBN appointed a successor, i.e. GDP, then I couldn’t do it so easily, without guarantees. And the comrades surrounding EBN would not have allowed this. The best guarantee was a receipt (of course in the form of a voluminous document) that the new president guarantees to a certain circle of people, and possibly what policy he will pursue. And I kept wondering who could be the owner of such a “golden share”. And I see only one person for this role - Chubais A.B.. I have always been in the inner circle of EBN. So, the EBN has been gone for a long time, but this one is still unsinkable. It seems that he is in the shadows (well, his people don’t like him, so why stick out), but always close to the authorities and certainly with cash flows. Although he doesn’t seem to show success in his positions, and there are never any complaints against him from the GDP, and money is always allocated (maybe, of course, I don’t remember). And then many, at first glance, illogical steps for GDP become clear. (This in no way removes the blame for the country from the GDP. I knew where I was going). I can’t prove it, that’s why I say it’s a conspiracy theory. If you hanged someone “with your discovery”, that’s not bad either. There must be at least some positive.

Come on... Wrong figure format. I believe that the holder of the “shares” is not Chubais. Maximum - controller, supervisor. And it is unlikely that a “receipt” with guarantees exists. This looks more like blackmail. It all looks like someone is holding GDP tightly by the balls. It is not without reason that he is quite actively trying to distance himself from his own family. Or tried to. Well, who has the opportunity to hold the udder of a person who is by no means the last largest person in the world?.. My knowledge is not enough. Consciously, without jingoism (for Crimea, Putin can be forgiven for any mistakes), we hoped for a correct foreign policy not only guaranteed by our leader.
Now I feel deceived (almost like after the Belovezhskaya Sabbath, three less people).
LADIES announced an increase in the retirement age!
Is our leader not familiar with the bitter statistics: 38% men in our Great Country do not live to see 60 years old!
He doesn’t know that the budget is in surplus, and the National Welfare Fund (NWF) is bursting with money.
He doesn’t know that our Central Bank has piled up US treasuries to support the economy of its main potential enemy. $105 billion.
Doesn’t our leader really know that his subjects, the oligarchs, are dividing Norilsk Nickel at a price of $30 billion, purchased at the shameful loans-for-shares auctions of the 90s for $ 175 million for loans issued by the state?
    He knows!
And he remembers well all the numbers from economic statistics, he is well versed in it.

It is likely that events will develop only according to one of two well-developed scenarios.
Option №1: people distracted by football, vegetable gardens, hours-long zombie talk shows about how bad everything is in Ukraine, etc. waves his hand.
Option №2: the people will be indignant, will begin to write to the authorities, reception offices of deputies, newspapers and radio, finally.
Then will our leader send the hated DAM and the government to resign (but after the irreversible entry into force of the law on raising the retirement age, raising taxes, introducing new taxes).
We prepare popcorn and sunflower seeds and watch the match in a detached manner, watching the development of events.

It's time to sell for export, instead of hydrocarbons, maybe then there will be enough for everyone in retirement? “Our prime minister,” instead of finding this money, and that’s what his salary is for. receives, and not a little, he found the easiest and most vile way - to rob old people who hoped to live like a human being at least before death, receiving a salary. and a pension from the state for conscientious work in life... Only with this state all the benefits are for the oligarchs and officials, and everything else is at our common expense... But we must keep quiet and be patriots of Russia. am

I have a feeling that the government is tired of working and is doing everything to get them fired.
    Gasoline prices, VAT, retirement age...
Starting next week, oil production will begin to increase and its price will creep down.
This means that the dollar will be stable at 70+/- by autumn.
In short, nothing simple and easy awaits us.
And no amount of buffoons with a ball will fix this.

The country needs money; for large-scale construction projects and the May decrees, the minimum is 25 trillion, and the maximum is 70.

An increase in VAT will hit the common people. Businesses will simply cover losses by rising prices. And small businesses will simply go bankrupt.

An increase in VAT by 2% will not make anyone go broke.

Don't talk nonsense, VAT will increase by 1/9. This is more than 10%. It was 18%, but will become 20% - that is, a one-time increase in VAT by 11,1%.

Count on the cost of the goods - 20%, and not on the rate itself.

Well done Vovan! He said that during these six years he will think about the people and he does! His people are friends from St. Petersburg and neighbors in the country. And the remaining 140 million are terpils. Anyone who is thinking of retiring, for example, at 65, can accelerate to 5 in 75 years. Or up to 80. Why not if they swallow it? I guess I made a bet with Dimon for a yacht. “I bet Dimon says that they will endure this too. I have been managing them for a long time. They were serfs - and remain the same. They will also thank you for their wisdom.”

Why are you complaining, in the same Ukraine, for example, all my life there was 20% VAT. And nothing, people lived.

You will be surprised, not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia, VAT was 20% for a long time.
The issue is that only those measures are taken that create a burden on the less affluent sections of the population.
In general, VAT is an extremely difficult tax to administer; there has long been talk about the need to replace it with a sales tax.

Statement by the head of the Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov:
Additional income from the increase in the VAT rate will be more than 600 billion rubles from 2019 year.

this money will be used for the construction of a bridge and railway road to Sakhalin.

Are you seriously? Why, then, is the progressive scale of income tax rejected, the reduction of salaries for deputies and the government is not even considered, and export duties are zeroed out?

More than seriously, they are not introducing a progressive scale, because they are afraid of a decrease in tax revenues to the budget; in our country, 30 percent of the population already does not pay taxes, and there, all 60 percent will not pay.

So, what does it mean to increase the welfare of the people.

They don't tighten the nuts like a child, is there enough thread on our bolt? I'm very angry...
