Kiev said there was no civil war in the Donbas
An article about the negotiations of the foreign ministers of the countries participating in the "Norman Four" in Berlin was published on June 11 in the English version of the Deutsche Welle publication. In particular, the article says that this meeting may involve renewed efforts of the Russian and Ukrainian sides "to resolve the civil war in the east of Ukraine." Moscow denies all the accusations of Kiev and states that it is not a party to the conflict in the Donbas. For all the time of conducting combat operations, Ukraine has not presented a single evidence of the presence of Russian troops in the territory of the republics.
Recall that the situation in the Donbass remains tense, despite the declared truce. The Armed Forces of Ukraine violate the Minsk agreements by firing heavy weapons from the Donbass and provoking conflicts on the line of demarcation.
At the same time, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Klimkin tweeted that in order to achieve peace in the Donbass, there are “only” three conditions - real security under the control of the OSCE and peacekeepers, the release of Kiev security officials in captivity, and “real” elections organized by Ukraine and by the international community.
Vitaly Milonov, State Duma deputy, responded to Klimkin’s post, saying that “this absurd idiot and misunderstanding on Ukraine’s body, which calls itself the foreign minister, is trying to impose Ukrainian elections in the Donbas together with international forces. DNR and LC.
Kiev is not talking about peacekeepers, Milonov added, Kiev is talking about punishers, with the help of whom he wants to crawl into the territory of the people's republics and clean up all those who disagree.
