Therefore, it is here that Russia creates a reliable milestone, massively introducing high-intelligence technologies. The state border in this direction is literally crammed with video cameras, seismic and laser sensors. At the turn are observation towers of a new type, in the sky there are always balloons with optical technology. Border assistance is provided by air, surface and underwater special forces. All units are equipped with the latest technology.

There is no such amount of forces and means collected on one small part of the border in Russia anywhere else.
