Death penalty for participation in the IG *. Iraqi court verdict against Russians

49
From Iraq comes information that the central criminal court in Baghdad sentenced to death a former ISIS terrorist (* banned in the Russian Federation), who is a citizen of the Russian Federation. It is known that he is from the North Caucasus. His last name is Khasanov (Hassanov).

The Arab edition of ArabNews writes that only from the beginning of the year about 300 people were sentenced to death for participating in ISIL gangs in Iraq. A third of those sentenced are citizens of foreign countries. The exact number of Russians in these lists is not given.

Death penalty for participation in the IG *. Iraqi court verdict against Russians

A few hundred more people were sentenced to life in Iraq by the Iraqi courts. It is noted that most of them are citizens of Turkey, subjects of monarchies of the Arabian Peninsula, as well as citizens of the CIS countries.

The actions of the Iraqi court suggest that all those who decide to choose the terrorist path for themselves, after moving from Russia to the Middle East, will eventually say goodbye to either life or freedom.

Ah ah ah! How intolerant! Interestingly, the best thing is death or an Arab prison after all crimes.

Everything is normal and tolerant. Those who are in pants and with a beard to death, those who are in skirts to life imprisonment. An Iraqi court recently sentenced 5 Russians to life imprisonment. One of them is definitely a native of the Yaroslavl region.

I do not agree. This is a citizen of Russia and only we have the right to condemn, pronounce and execute the sentence to our citizens. Issue to Russia with evidence. And so anyone can be executed, and then say - a terrorist.

Did he do it? Are you absolutely sure about this? A tourist (for example, your friend) in Turkey is accused of complicity in terrorism and shot. Do you know that he is not a terrorist - your reaction?

Okak you come up with, only WE. OK, let's imagine the situation that a platoon of law-enforcement officers breaks into the territory of Russia, captures the village, there they rape, execute, rob, we storm them and lose several soldiers. And then (according to your logic) we give them to Kiev with evidence and let them judge there themselves ??? so it turns out ???

Punishment must be committed at the crime scene. And criminals, to know that no one anywhere to hide. It would be good if all countries would do this.
Or do you want the opinion that the country is covering its own, even if it is a cannibal, strengthened around the world? Will we entrust the trial at our home with a Pole, or a Canadian who, for example, detonated a bomb in the subway? Why should the victims believe us?

This will work at most once. As a result, they will cease to give up, and they will have to be picked out from the cities with battles. And so they are taken to Idlib, where there is nothing other than a sheep’s sheepskin, as a result the greens are already clutching each other in the throat (and the Air Force, by the way, they hammer it there every day).

Take it out and dig it in once it will banish then there will be no faith, and there will be many more cities to be liberated in Syria.
Konev used this tactic during the Second World War against the Germans, rightly believing that it is easier to let the enemy calmly leave the city avoiding the unnecessary victims from all sides, and only then see how easier it is to shatter it than to smoke those who have nothing to lose from the dense city building.

And what are they chasing all over Syria? Better to concentrate in one place, so that later, when the time comes, deal with them quickly and reliably. laughing But now in the territories freed from barmalei, at least hold referendums, everyone will vote correctly. yes And in Idlib, there will be no voting before stripping.

Do not mix professing radical Islam and terrorist action. The line is thin, but it is. As soon as I took up arms (explosives), then a terrorist. With the selectiveness of justice, one should not give him the death penalty, there will only be a tool for werewolves, and the inevitability of punishment will not appear.

According to this logic, we also do not have the right to judge and punish citizens of other countries who committed a crime on our territory, but must send them to their homeland so that they would be tried there according to the local laws. And there, according to their laws, they can just fine for rape. And the criminal turns out to be released immediately.
It is necessary for the person who committed the crime to answer first to the justice of the country where he violated, and then optionally you can be sent to your homeland although this is no longer necessary.
