Australia will allocate $ 50 million to investigate the MH17 crash. Why during 4's?

The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs publishes particular information. The material of the press service of the Ministry said that the official Canberra is going to finance the progress of the investigation of the case of the crash of the Malaysian "Boeing" in the Donbas. Recall that the Netherlands Commission of Experts has been involved in the investigation for more than 3,5 for years, which has not yet announced final conclusions.
Australian authorities intend to finance a commission of Dutch specialists and the work of their embassy in Kiev in the amount of 50,3 million dollars. What attracts special attention? The fact is that the allocation of these funds will not be a one-time. The Australian government intends to transfer these funds to the Netherlands in parts during (attention!) 4 years. In other words, on the Green Continent they make it clear that the investigation should be completed no earlier than 2022 of the year - after 8 years after the tragedy in the Grabovo area ... When few people remember what is being investigated at all.
The item on the allocation of funds for the work of the commission to investigate the causes of the collapse of MH17 is contained in the Australian budget for the 2018-2019 years.
The submission says that the funding “is intended to help Dutch experts to identify the perpetrators of the tragedy and to bring them to criminal responsibility in the future.”
