The American President presented to Congressmen a report on combating “pernicious Russian influence,” as required by the US defense budget, reports RIA News Post press service of the White House.
The text of the report itself has not been published, and is unlikely to ever be made public because it contains secret information.

Recall that the above item of the defense budget requires the president to provide a report on operations in cyberspace and in the information field. In particular, the State Department and the Pentagon are obliged to submit "proposals for strengthening joint and regional information operations and plans in the field of strategic communications aimed at confronting the information war, pernicious influence and propaganda activities of the Russian Federation."
