The Armed Forces of Ukraine are planning information sabotage to form public opinion on the territory of Western countries, as well as Russia. This follows from the intercepted correspondence of the Ukrainian command by special operations forces. Among the nearest provocations, the operation “George Colorado” is planned to disrupt the Victory Parade in Lugansk, writes journalist Dmitry Borisenko.

The plan includes a list of activities for conducting information sabotage, creating info-noise and forming the public opinion necessary for the Ukrainian authorities in the territory of not only Ukraine, but also Western countries, as well as Russia and Belarus.
The main directions are to demonstrate the aggressive policy of Russia and its direct participation in the conflict in Ukraine, discredit the leadership of the LDNR, disseminate information about the disastrous social and economic situation in the republics of Donbass, compromise pro-Russian leaders of the local political elite throughout Ukraine and so on.
In addition, special operations are planned in the DPR and LPR, with subsequent accusations of Russian troops of negligence during the conduct of hostilities. The document outlines plans to accuse the leadership of the LDNR of using prohibited methods of warfare, including using phosphoric and chemical weapons.
The plan was intended for military units in the command structure of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for example, for the 72-center of information and psychological operations of the SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
