What is dangerous is the rapprochement of Russia and China

12
The trade war between the two economic powers of the United States and China has not begun. After announcing measures against each other, Washington and Beijing were silenced. The war of nerves began, the outcome of which, apparently, will be the concessions of one of the parties. And although China says it will not allow US pressure on its economic interests, the Middle Kingdom is actively seeking a replacement.

The other day the ministers of foreign affairs and defense of the PRC visited Moscow. The latter, by the way, delivered a speech that became a sensation. The Chinese defense minister called Russia an ally, and outlined his visit as direct support for Russia in its confrontation with the United States. This is the first time that the Chinese leadership has so clearly defined its priorities in foreign policy.

However, the reasoning that the Celestial Empire is seeking a replacement for the American market in Russia is erroneous. Rather, we need Beijing as a source of breakthrough military technology. And therein lies some danger for us.

I didn’t know that the Chinese were putting their hand to an empty head .... I thought that if they once copied our emblem, form and technique, then the etiquette is also similar, but no --- there are nuances!

We arrived to smell the atmosphere. Is there a panic? We can buy if something has fallen in price.

China is on its own mind. And we actively depict from China our ally against the United States. We really want the United States to believe it. Good idea, but very doubtful. The British great inventors upset other people's plans by pushing their allies with their noses. They will always be aloof with clean hands.

Just without Russia, China has nothing to catch at all. Hopelessly. Although heaps of any technology, but alone against the Anglo - Saxon world is impossible.
So .. not in technology business.
And by the way, and Russia without China also nothing to catch!
    -----------------------------
China is not the USSR. China does not have sufficient geological resources on its territory for its autonomous development. In addition, China does not have its own historical scientific school. Traditions.
And Russia (in its present form) is also not the USSR. Too small population. Lost 5 million square kilometers of territory with irreplaceable geological resources, and an educated population.
    ------------------
    So that ...
And Napoleon himself was afraid of China. laughing What was he afraid for? China has never attacked anyone.
And just ... China is so awesome .. like small groups of 8 millions of soldiers. -))) It's terrible.

I see the only danger from China is whether perestroika will begin there tomorrow? Then we will find ourselves in a mirror position relative to the 90s: the Russian Federation will pursue a relatively independent course, and in China there will be a pro-Western lobby advocating for a "united front of civilized peoples against the enemies of progress."
Optimism is inspired by the fact that under Yeltsin the anti-communist course did not in the least affect relations with “communist” China. So in the case of a turn in China, the actual relations are likely to remain friendly.

I would like it to be said as soon as possible to be further developed not in words, but in concrete deeds.

we must always rely on ourselves, and the Chinese people will not go to us for technology and they will not stop screaming with pindos because they have nothing to do with it, but when the post office and its followers start to climb China, Russia will not endlessly fight

China Empire with a thousand-year history. The same age as Ancient Egypt. From here it is necessary to proceed.

And China has just begun to accelerate properly. Who knows, maybe China will eventually become not much better than the same US or Great Britain.

I haven’t laughed like that for a long time wink The Chinese are climbing to Russia for certain technologies ... This is a masterpiece !!!!!
Back in the 80s, China was lying on the sidelines of the global economy, occupying a share of 1,7% of world GDP.
Today, China's share is 17%. Fights with the USA for leadership. China made this breakthrough only for Western money, with the help of Western investors, and on Western technologies. The contribution of the USSR - Russia is zero. Absolute zero.
Currently, the Chinese have created their engineering school, create their own high-tech products.
High-tech destroyers like Arly Burke rivet like packs of noodles. All military technology from Russia that they needed, they have long received. There is nothing more to please them.
And why does everyone just remember military technology? Look at the share of arms in the overall export structure. Only 4%.
