Having jumped from pleasure, they decided to radically restore the trampled justice, and at the same time squeeze out some green banknotes with a portrait of the dead American president at the restaurant’s owner. The number of these included a certain citizen Edward Budantsev, a man with an exceptional biography, a former commander of the regional SOBR, and also a former, or an active employee of the KGB (although there are no ex in this organization by definition). But on the arrow he asked to represent him as a lawyer. And the delegation of bandyukovs was led by the well-known thief-in-law Shakro Young in narrow circles.
December 14, 2015 was held historical event. The conversation immediately went into an unconstructive direction. Word for word, adult men turned to insults, which Budantsev was not going to bear. And, by some miracle, having escaped from the clutches of the attackers, he restored the high rank of the Russian officer, slamming the two attackers with a trump ace (with him it turned out to be inconvenient by the way weapon). It is understandable - well, what a lawyer without a gunshot under his arm? Two shot at point-blank gangster immediately emitted spirit. Another eight people (including Shakro himself) fell under easier distribution. Apparently, not one patron, released that day by a mysterious lawyer, went into the milk. The "G8" was lucky a little more - they survived. And the “Voroshilov shooter” and all the others were tied up by the police who arrived at the scene.
And then everything went as expected. Court, sentence, state house for nine years. Only all these charms got exactly Shakro, and not the "shooter with Rochdelsky". The latter was placed first under house arrest, and then completely released. And it causes a number of thoughts and assumptions.

The first. It seems that the mysterious lawyer of Budantsev was not just the roof of Zhanna Kim, but quite an intruder of the intelligence services in the criminal world. And it was introduced in order to reformat this criminal world and “drive it into its stall” - controlled by the special services, of course.

The lads ruled throughout Moscow and its “environs”, up to the Pacific Ocean, as in its own pocket. The intelligence services watched powerlessly. Then the bandits concluded that the all-powerful office had previously become a “paper tiger”.
But the situation was changing inside the criminal world. In the middle of 90's, Moscow suffered a violent Chechen raid. Chechens laid a tribute to an overwhelming number of large metropolitan entrepreneurs and began to demolish one Slavic group after another. Security officers liked it no more than fraternity. And they offered their services to solve the Chechen problem. The hand of temporary friendship was tightly clenched. Analysts from the Lubyanka really provided an invaluable service to the capital's criminals at the time.

And finally, the most important thing. The criminal world in the form in which it was going to remain further, ceased to organize both special services and senior police officials. This was also mixed with a national, ethnic factor. Chekists, unlike law enforcement officers, have always been painfully aware of the fact that some left-wing ethnic groups and other authorities — Chechens, Georgians, Kurds (which is Shakro) — are hosting in the capital. And then the Kurd himself was substituted in full. We must pay tribute to the "specialists" - they used the bloody incident on Rochdelskaya with maximum efficiency.
First of all, the KGB was demolished from the chessboard of the criminal world by Shakro, who was pretty much bored with him, making room for Slav thieves in law who would act in accordance with the rules set by them. Secondly, it was made clear to the criminals that times have changed and the office is now not the same as before. Now it is necessary to reckon with her and, if possible, to give her every kind of respect and respect. Thirdly and most importantly: they took control of all global processes in the criminal world. Naturally, no one will interfere with any domestic and current clashes, but from time to time, the “knights of the cloak and dagger” will determine the direction of the main movement for the criminals, whether the bandits like it or not. And periodically, as it was with Jap, use specific services. But Shakro for these services turned out to be too old and not smart enough, shrewd and shrewd. He began to interfere under the feet of serious people. And they decided to take him out of the game - as a warning to other participants.

In this confrontation, the role of intelligence services and special services cannot be overestimated. They are critically important - both for future detente and for the survival of all mankind.

And there seems to be a lot of such actions in foreign and domestic intelligence, in the near future. And the Russian criminals have a special role in it.
