The captain of the Russian fishing vessel “Nord” was released by the decision of the Kherson City Court immediately after the court session. However, it was stated that Vladimir Gorbenko is released “before the main hearing”. According to the latest data, today in 12: 00 local time, the court will convene again to render the final verdict as far as a restraint for a Russian citizen.
RIA News cites the statement of Vladimir Gorbenko:
I feel mediocre. During this time I already had two hypertensive crises. Yesterday, the doctors, after registering me in an insulator, had high pressure - 210 on 100. Some doctors made decisions to hospitalize me, then, when they heard the information that the convoy would guard me, refused to leave me in the hospital.
The Russian lawyer noted that the SBU officers actually ignored the decision of the Kherson court and, violating the law, left Vladimir Gorbenko actually in custody.
From the statement of the lawyer, which leads Interfax:
That is, the security services and border guards, in violation of all norms, continued to hold the person when they no longer had the right to do this and brought him to court, in the hope that the judge would choose a preventive measure, but the judge figured out everything (before the main meeting).
Local media reported that a scuffle took place near the courthouse, during which Ukrainian border guards were called clowns. Frames are represented on YouTube:
