Sanctions in response to the ban of the Russian language. The State Duma proposes to punish Latvia

66
In response to the prohibition by Latvia of teaching in the languages of national minorities at school, State Duma deputies adopted a statement on the inadmissibility of such actions and proposed imposing sanctions against Riga.

Sanctions in response to the ban of the Russian language. The State Duma proposes to punish Latvia

The actions of the Latvian authorities violate the rights of Russian-speaking citizens and should entail the restrictions provided for by the law "On special economic measures", stressed in the State Duma

As sanctions measures, the law implies a partial or complete ban on financial operations, a change in customs duties, restriction of tourism, termination or suspension of international trade agreements and other foreign trade agreements.

The deputies proposed to send a statement to the government, the UN, the parliamentary assemblies of the CSTO and the OSCE, the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, as well as to the parliaments of the Council of Europe and the Diet of Latvia, RIA reports News

And how good it was during perestroika - right now we will leave the Union and panama! The bulk of the Russian-speaking in the Baltic states supported the exit. Natsik threw them. Double 2 - Ukraine.

An analysis of the voting results shows that the majority of Russian-speakers (45%) voted against independence, and 29% did not participate in the vote at all or purposefully spoiled ballots. Independence was supported only by 26% of Russian-speaking people, which accounted for approximately 11% of the total population of Latvia at that time.

I don’t know about the Russians in the Baltic, but the Crimean Russians (acquaintances) were very happy when Yushchenko came again, they said so: we will be in Europe soon, and you will stay in ...
though since then the mood has changed dramatically. 180 degrees right.

Exactly. I have seen enough in the Baltic states and Ukraine - everyone wanted to go to Europe, Natsik, like a trifle. And when they began to crush, they remembered about Mother Russia. But first - TRIED.

Yushchenko came right after the third round of presidential elections in Ukraine. Thanks to the velvet revolution of the west
For reference, Yanukovych won in the second round, by a majority of votes in the southeast of Ukraine (mainly because of his promises to direct the vector of cooperation towards Russia)

In Russia in 2012, white ribbons also wandered. The people sent them on an erotic journey. Russian speakers in Ukraine when the "orange" appeared, said - my hut is on the edge. Now get the result. And do not blame everything on Yushchenko. It all started with Kravchuk. By the way, whose officers shot down Russian planes in South Ossetia? Did Russian-speaking Ukrainians strongly condemn this?

Yes, and at the last referendum on granting the Russian language the status of the second state in Latgale, they voted for the Russian language.

I want to add that there is patronage from the UK and the Police.
Article 329 of the Criminal Code of Russia “Violation of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation or the State Flag of the Russian Federation”, it is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to two years, or arrest for a term of from three to six months, or imprisonment for a term of up to one year. Conditional punishment is common in practice.

Second: It is allowed to use the State flag of the Russian Federation, including its image, by citizens, public associations, enterprises, institutions and organizations in other cases, if such use is not an abuse of the State flag of the Russian Federation.

True? And how many rights activist have you created in Russia schools for citizens who immigrate here? You didn’t buzz when you legislated that all immigrants in Russia must pass a language exam to get a work permit, why didn’t you agree to this. You can find out how many schools in Russia drop in the Azerbaijani language, or maybe there are schools that fall in the languages of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan? Why not?
Latvia, this is a sovereign state, the Latvian language is their language, why is it that the person who enters the Russian Federation is all forced to learn Russian, and the Russians, having arrived in another country, do not want to learn the language of that country? Do not want? Let them create how Russian quarters are created in the USA and there schools, shops and create jobs purely in Russian with their own money.

            in particular in Tatarstan

There it is a separate lesson, like a lesson in English, German or French in Russian schools.

Dear, do not confuse tourism with emigration, any emigrant or guest worker must know the language of the country in which he resides, otherwise he will not receive benefits or work. An exception may be a work visa like closed towns in the east in the oil fields where the main population of the town speaks the same language. Only in Russia there are no such towns for their own enough. And the second many Russian-speaking population after the collapse of the USSR remained in the former Soviet republics, mainly the republics where the Slavs and the Baltic states live, so they can not be a priori immigrants and migrant workers. In the remaining republics, the percentage of Russian minuscule, so the rest for Russia TO THE BULB. And no matter how hard Nazarbayev was pushing for the Kazakhs, for example, there’s one hell of specialists who don’t come from Russia and Ukraine. The situation is the same in other former Union republics. hi

As sanctions measures, the law implies a partial or complete ban on financial operations, a change in customs duties, restriction of tourism, termination or suspension of international trade agreements and other foreign trade agreements.

Sanctions in response to the ban of the Russian language. The State Duma proposes to punish Latvia
+++ Damn balabol, today they’ve been promoted, and tomorrow they forgot how many years they’ve been shaking the air, promised to put pressure on the EU for statelessness, now the school reform didn’t help, so the whole fifth column hangs out in Riga and loots are pumped through Latvian banks and until this topic is closed no help will be given to the Russians ...

Hit the saint by purchasing sprats.
Although in boutiques, at least in Moscow, the Latvian ones are slowly being replaced by Kaliningrad and (oh, God) Kazakhstan. I really didn’t know that Kazakhstan has a sea and a sprat industry.

And I only had officers subordinate, and "for service" and on it (to be honest) we did not shy away from switching to you.
You are veiled and rude and demand that you ...
    Do not write to me!

You got into someone else’s conversation, were naughty, indignant and left ... Well, go on.

From the very beginning, Latvians vilely deceived the Russian-speaking population, and only one Latvian apologized to her for that. In fairness, having such a percentage of Russians it is necessary to introduce a second state, if they are afraid of losing their culture, they plant it with a stick, then they will definitely lose it. Many Latvians flee from Latvia and where is their patriotism? And as for the sanctions, it will become worse for everyone in Latvia; one will have to tighten the belt even harder.
