In Minsk, they agreed on another truce in the Donbas. Official site OSCE reports that the truce will take effect from March 30. From the message:
A trilateral contact group with representatives from individual regions of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions (DNR and LNR, note “VO”), recognizing the positive impact of confirming the 2 ceasefire regime in March 2018, emphasizing the importance of ensuring peace and tranquility Easter holidays and guided by earlier agreements and commitments of the parties, identified:
reaffirm its full commitment to a comprehensive, sustainable and unrestricted ceasefire, starting in March 30 on 2018 in 00 hours. 01 min. (Kiev time);
underline the importance of issuing and complying with relevant cease-fire orders; effective use of disciplinary measures for ceasefire violators; avoid moving forward and launching intelligence missions; not to shoot, including not to return fire; abandon shooting from settlements and at settlements, including the use of heavy weapons.
reaffirm their joint and firm commitment to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements.

The military have fulfilled the standards for nomination to the firing position, orientation in the direction of the gun, bringing the gun to battle and practicing the target without firing.
In the OSCE SMM, the appearance of large-caliber guns of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the conflict zone was ignored and not a word was said about disciplinary measures against violators of the Minsk agreements.
