The manufacturer explained the shift deadlines for the transfer of patrol ships

20
The transfer of the patrol ships of the project 23550 shifted to 2023-2024 years in connection with the problems encountered in the financing of construction, reports RIA News a message from the general director of the Admiralty Shipyards, Alexander Buzakov.

The dates for the patrol ships of the 23550 project under the HPV program 2018-2027, unfortunately, are shifted by 2023-2024 years due to funding,
said Buzakov.

At the same time, according to him, all current projects are implemented according to schedules. This year, the launch of any ships is not planned.

Recall that in 2016, the military department ordered two ice-class patrol ships from the 23550 project from the Admiralty Shipyards, which, in addition, should combine the capabilities of an icebreaker and tugboat.

As the wound was reported at the enterprise, the “multifunctional icebreaking patrol ship of the 23550 project“ Ivan Papanin ”, designed by the Almaz design bureau, will be able to overcome the ice up to 1,5 meters thick, have a displacement of about 8,5 thousand tons, an 100 hull length of meters, about 20 meters, speed - about 16 nodes. "

The ship is armed with an automatic artillery installation AK-176MA. A helicopter, unmanned aerial vehicles, two Raptor-type speedboats can be based on it.

Yes, who argues ... However, "cuffs" are needed .. More precisely, what these cuffs will give. Yes, and of course, there is no money for everything (well, you hold on!) Yes, and the possibilities of industry apparently do not allow ..

But why there "Raptor" did not quite understand whether to cut through the ice or on a moraine. Can air cushion light be more effective for these conditions?

Something is .... Not much for a patrol boat 100 m. Dimension and 8,5 thousand tons of displacement? With such weapons, this is not an ocean zone, but for OVR it’s kind of cool ...

      patrol boat

read carefully patrol patrol ship ..

moreover, it combines the functions of both an icebreaker and a tugboat .. the general director does not agree on something .. for what reason they cut funding .. either the defense ministry has so far concluded that there is no critical need for these ships or the components and assemblies are damp for them .. because all other projects are financed in full

happy here is it - "The Russian Navy has launched a large-scale program to modernize the main “workhorses” of surface forces - large anti-submarine ships (BOD) of Project 1155 Udaloy. At least five BODs will receive Caliber Caliber launchers""

    Have you tried to plant?
Oh, how much they blew the whole world, that soon, very soon, these watchmen will be with us. And how the Northern Fleet needs them. So what .... cut the funding? The mess, however!

I wrote above .. the managers are very misleading to mine .. after all, all the other projects, from their own words, are fully funded .. so the problem is related either to the stuffing or to the constructive. or maybe they decided to charge the price ..

Do you know the reason for the termination of funding? Perhaps the funds were transferred to something more necessary at the moment. But our bloggers are harsh, immediately - to plant, shoot ... angry

I just don’t understand why such a rather large ship is so weakly armed.
The ship is equipped with an automatic artillery mount AK-176MA.

      No air defense at all

hi ... the ship is patrol, i.e. borderline. Not intended for military operations ... Although they can install modular systems (Club-K, Tor)
        No air defense at all

... AK-176MA. To attack surface or coastal targets, ammunition with a contact fuse is used, for anti-aircraft fire - with contactless radar. The guidance system is now monitored by a digital fire control system. In addition, it is proposed to use the “Sphere-02” complex as a backup guidance system to supplement the radar station. All new devices are combined into a single system and connected to the control panel.

AK-176MA only drive poachers, the guard is more of a military presence in the region than a significant military unit in the Kyrgyz Republic.
