Poroshenko: "We feel very strong and powerful support for Kuwait"

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Kuwait and Sweden, being members of the UN Security Council, support the initiative of Kiev to introduce UN peacekeepers in the Donbass, reports RIA News.
According to the press service of Poroshenko, "the president of Ukraine in Kuwait met with the emir of Kuwait Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah and the speaker of the Swedish parliament Urban Alin."
We feel very strong and powerful support for Kuwait in international organizations,
said the Ukrainian leader.
He noted that Kuwait is currently "a member of the UN Security Council together with Sweden."
And two members of the UN Security Council (Kuwait and Sweden) clearly noted that they would firmly support the initiative of Ukraine, the Ukrainian president to make decisions and give peacekeeping mandate to restore peace and tranquility in the Donbass and the first security package to restore sovereignty and territorial integrity,

In addition, during the negotiations, an agreement was reached on “simplifying the visa regime” between Ukraine and Kuwait.
