It is about embezzling almost a billion dollars.

Let me remind you that my statement about the theft by Turchinov, Lukianchuk and Shepelev of the “Rodovid-bank” funds Sytnik ignored until the court ordered him to register the proceedings and initiate an investigation. Turchinov immediately demanded that the media not disseminate this information, traditionally accusing them of working for the Kremlin. I had to respond to this. The court ordered to register another criminal proceedings against Turchinov, already for unlawful interference with the professional activities of journalists ...
But back to Sytnik. Complying with the court ruling, he nevertheless registered the case against Turchinov, but didn’t investigate him, but quietly and, as he thought, imperceptibly for everyone. I had to help him. I publish the definition of the Solomenskiy court of Kiev on the abolition of the illegal decision of the NABU on the termination of criminal proceedings N 52017000000000466 on theft in a particularly large scale (part 5 Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). And even though the court for several months and "hid" this definition, but still had to give me a copy of it.
And now the fun part. A month ago, the same Shepelev turned out to be in the SBU pre-trial detention center, who a year ago publicly admitted that he had stolen from Rodovid Bank in collusion with Turchinov and Lukianchuk and transferred about a billion dollars to offshore ...
I would like to believe that NABU is still able to investigate crimes of top corruption, and the illegal termination of the theft case at Rodovid Bank will remain just an unfortunate misunderstanding. By the way, this case could be the beginning of a new investigation against Turchinov, because it was he who, fulfilling the duties of the President and Supreme Commander in 2014, deliberately did not take any measures to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine and surrendered the Crimea without a single shot. High treason, however ...
