US Congress Special Commission: Trump did not enter into a deliberate deal with Russia
24
Information Agency Associated Press announces the completion of the investigation in the framework of the special commission of the US Congress on the case of "Trump's ties with Russia". The investigation was conducted by congressmen from the intelligence committee.
Republican Mike Conaway, in an interview with American media, said that during a lengthy investigation, "there was no conspiracy in the actions of Donald Trump during his early contacts with Russia." According to Conavey, the commission found no evidence of Truly Conscious Collusion with the leadership of Russia.
Conaway:
Those who continue to believe in it, apparently, are big fans of spy novels. We found some inappropriate meetings of Trump in the commission, but it was possible to build some kind of espionage chain out of them, perhaps, Tom Clancy and Vince Flynn (writers in the genre of the mentioned spy novels).
According to the representative of the commission, before publishing the report, it is necessary to agree on which parts of it can be made publicly available and which parts cannot.
Recall that the investigation into the "case" of Trump about his alleged ties with Russia in the United States lasted more than a year. Trump was blamed for being almost an agent of the Kremlin, immediately after he began to pull ahead during the election campaign.
