Shock forces of Ukraine: readiness for a new battle. Part of 1
The hardest thing in this world is to break stereotypes. And not because these stereotypes are tenacious or attractive. They are difficult to break due to the fact that breaking also occurs according to some previously used or invented script by someone. Stereotype break stereotype.
Once, during the times of the Soviet Union, I was very surprised at the German reaction to the words that the German people were not to blame in World War II. Blame Hitler. To which the German reasonably replied: "But the German people chose him." And I was taught in school that the people and the government are different things. The German people suffered from the power of the fascists.
Exactly the same condition I have today in relation to the Ukrainian nationalist organizations. "Azov", "Donbass", "Right Sector" * ... These names are well-known and have become so boring that they do not cause any reaction. Like garbage in a bin near the entrance to the store.
Meanwhile, many events in Ukraine today are taking place with the participation of completely different organizations and forces. Forces, which in the course of their actions periodically show their own strength, but remain in the shadows. Not really displayed on the media field. Do not march through the streets of Ukrainian cities.
Where did it all come from? And when looking at the Maidan photos of our Colorado Cockroach.
If very, I emphasize, to carefully consider the photo, then you can see one interesting thing.
Ukrainian flags, but inverted.
The blue-yellow flag is the flag of the UNR and ZUNR fans. Basically ZUNR, the West Ukrainian People's Republic. It was a public education.
ZUNR existed from the end of 1918 to the middle of 1919. This is a self-proclaimed Ukrainian state on the territory of the former Austria-Hungary, with its capital first in Lviv, then in Ternopil, then in Stanislav (now Ivano-Frankivsk).
Three capitals are because the government was constantly on the run from the Polish army.
In 1919, the ZUNR lost part of its territory (Poland occupied), and what remained remained incorporated in the UPR, the Ukrainian People's Republic, which was covered with a copper basin in the summer attack of the Red Army of the 1920 year.
Why such a detailed excursion? But to what. If you carefully and with an increase analyze the photo, then there can be counted 19 flags ZUNR. Flags "Right Sector" - all 16.
And here the strangeness is striking. Why is it that at such a rally against the authorities there are so many ... Not even a party. Rather, sect fans of affairs that took place 100 years ago? Strange, right?
We suggested that this is a kind of disguise. And under the flags of the UNR / ZUNR completely different forces and communities are hiding.
Need to dig. And with the help of our Ukrainian assistants, they dug up. It was even surprising how many wonderful discoveries can still be made in Ukraine. How many “original” ideas are implemented there.
But - in order. We will try, nevertheless, to streamline and line up all those we need to know by sight, because after a while this face may have to be beaten.
One of these organizations is already more or less well known С14. An organization that, at the start of 2018, held a series of high-profile events. Starting with the blockade of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra 8 in January and ending with the attacks on the cultural center and Russian banks recently.
Already in January, С14 leader Yevgeny Karas announced that the series of large-scale actions will increase. Up to this point, С14 was perceived as a group of football fans who exist only to poke.
The first reference С14 refers to the times of Maidan. It was there that lit up and Carp. He was one of the commandants of the building of the Kiev Rada. True, then the organization was mentioned only as part of the nationalist party "Freedom".
Svoboda, which is directly connected with the special services of Ukraine, at that time was an ideal cover for all nationalists. Especially for those who were not prepared for PR actions. The same Yevgeny Karas officially held the post only assistant Andrei Ilyenko, people's deputy from "Freedom".
What is the role played C14 on the Maidan? Then I had to communicate with active participants in the coup. Who, if not them, can evaluate the actions of С14? Moreover, the Ukrainian prosecutor's office is engaged not so much in the investigation as in concealing the traces of crimes.
What do the participants of the Maidan tell? There were people, quite "frostbitten", but ready to communicate. According to them, it was representatives of Carp's hundreds that most actively participated in clashes with the 18 Berkut of February. They were the ones who tortured the wounded security officials. Even "pravoseki" C14 called scumbags and ... cowards.
They make such a conclusion from the fact of the disappearance of С14 from the Maidan after the clash with the "Berkut". According to the PS, the heroes hid in the Canadian embassy for several days. Just at the time when the first victims suddenly appeared on both sides. This fact is worth paying attention to.
After the "victory of the people" C14 disappeared altogether from the political arena. And its leader tried to become a deputy of the Kiev Rada in May 2014. He ran for 10 district, but lost.
What happened to Karas and his organization? Why "Freedom" remained on hearing, and С14 went into the shadow?
It did not disappear, but, as subsequent events showed, it has faded. It seems that here it is, the time when nationalism and participation in nationalist organizations makes it possible to get real income. Get a position in government, get a decent salary, get power, finally.
It's time to talk about the hosts. About why and why this organization was created. Moreover, some conclusions may help the Ukrainian prosecutor's office in the investigation of sufficiently high-profile murders. Strange, but the facts that are known to all, for some reason are not known to the investigators of the Ukrainian prosecutor's office.

Recall, the chief editor of the newspaper "Today" Oles Buzin was killed 16 April 2015.
A journalist, a writer, an ardent supporter of Ukrainian statehood, a participant in many talk shows on Russian TV, where he always performed Ukrainian. Yes, Buzin was opposed to the Poroshenko regime. But a supporter of a united Ukraine.
The murder was so loud that even Avakov did not dare to let him down on the brakes. Many people remember his winning record in Facebook. From 18 April of the same year.

And if you read Avakov further, one more fact will become clear. Another man participated in the murder! The third suspect. And Avakov knows who it is. But what happens next? And nothing ... Because it turned out that the detainees are active participants in С14.
A member of the organization with whom we communicated via Skype, I am sure that Karas personally participated in the action. Instead of calling his name and generally making sure that the third suspect has sunk into oblivion, Avakov is “asked” by someone who can do it in such a way that it will be impossible to refuse. It is also necessary to remember.
So is the master? Thanks to the Ukrainian journalists from "Country UA". They conducted a fairly serious investigation on this issue.
And one of the famous nationalists, Dmitry Reznichenko, directly accused Eugene Karas of working for the SBU.
“First of all, 18 February 2014, when you gave your hundred orders to run away from Maidan and hide in the Canadian consulate, you said then that you were called by SBushniki and warned that there would be an execution and a full sweep of the square. I have been thinking about your words for a long time, and you know what thought you came to? That for some reason I do not call from the Security Service of Ukraine, do not give warnings and orders. And they call you. ”
“The second reason is that Sergey Silantyev, an employee of the Peacemaker center, in a private conversation, directly called Karas as an agent of the SBU. "A" peacekeepers "in these matters can be trusted."

“For those who do not know, this open letter is addressed to Evgeny Karas, the head of the organization С14, to which I belonged for several years, right up to the very end of Maidan. Those were good years - and so lousy it ended. It is a pity ... "- wrote Reznichenko.
You can, of course, say that this is the revenge of the leader who left the organization. But in November of last year, Yevgeny Karas himself admitted ties with the SBU. What seems to us informational stuffing, for "maydanutyh" - a serious accusation. Carp simply could not "not notice the letter" Reznichenko.
So, what did Evgeny Karas say about the connections between СХNUMX and the SBU? Not only С14, but also "Azov", "Right Sector" closely cooperate with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine. Security forces resort to their services when they believe that "rallies may arise" at rallies and meetings. Almost by the hands of С14 and similar organizations, the authorities solve the issues of the destruction of dissent. So it was in Odessa 14 May. So it was in many other places.
"Relatively speaking, there is a separatist rally. Then they pass, for example, Odessa, May 2. Everyone says that the Russian loot has gone to destabilize. Therefore, they ask: who can come? Will be ****, help."
“Maybe we use the SBU? But I understand perfectly well that tomorrow they can be given the order to destroy us. Just as the SBU, in my opinion, it destroyed the Right Sector. Part of the SS trusted the secret service, and they turned out to be razvolschikami.”
In general, again, according to Karas, an interesting system of interaction of power structures has developed in Ukraine. What is written above is only part of a coherent structure to suppress dissent. Power, official security officials, not official security officials ... Who is missing? Right!
Not enough lawmakers! People's Deputies! The only way to tie the ends in a circle. Crucian and here "merges" the names of those for whom the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine are native offices. The names are quite famous in Ukraine: Petrenko, Lutsenko, Ilyenko, Sobolev, sometimes Parasyuk, Kostenko, Bublik.
Thus, we have an established structure of influence on the people. Influences in all areas. Up to the violent suppression of speeches by "undiscovered hooligans." A simple question remains. Any system can work normally only when there is a good incentive for participants in the process.
Simply put, where does the money from С14 and the like come from? Here, too, everything is clear. My tongue is my enemy. And the Internet is doubly enemy.
A small, but really existing, feeding comes from government agencies and "public" organizations. Officially, money is transferred not directly to organizations, but to public figures, who are intermediaries.
For example, in 2016, Osvitnya Assembly, directly connected with С14, received 200 thousand from the government of Kiev. Purchased "equipment" for street stocks and some office supplies. There, in various ways, they “pump money” from the fund of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Sometimes state money is pumped into completely odious structures. Like "Union of war veterans with Russia." Do not be surprised, but this alliance has nothing to do with the ATO or any veterans in general. It is enough to indicate the founding fathers of the "Union ...". These are the ones accused of murdering Oles Buzyna Denis Polishchuk and ... Yevgeny Karas!

"С14 works for you. Help us stay afloat. And we will help you. For regular benefactors, open the wish box. Whom of the enemies would you like to see? We will try to do it."
I think you should not comment on the message. Especially reading the photographs that are attached to the "ad". There are burnt Russian flags, broken Soviet symbols, symbols of the Party of Regions, destroyed monuments. True, the price list yet.
In general, after a careful study of the materials of the nationalist organizations of Ukraine, we have to admit the fact that the authorities specifically contain clearly terrorist, repressive organizations that can always be used against their own people.
Organizations capable of mass actions, more precisely, anti-action, capable of murder, mass terror, as shown by Odessa, in the hands of the special services and at the power of the state, are really a serious problem for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. But they are no less threatening for neighboring states.
Calm sitting on the beach in anticipation of the passing corpse of the enemy will not work. The enemy is far from dead. The enemy stinks, but he is alive and dangerous. There is no guarantee that the thugs from the non-advertised С14 will not want to muddle the water in Russia.
We have eyewitness accounts that representatives of С14 were present at the square on the square on the day of the rally. The number of about 500 people. Private gangster company С14 received an order, and, as you know, it worked out.
