Russian "Calm-1" will be a hurricane for NATO aircraft

15
The newest Russian air defense system “Shtil-1” is based on various classes of ships, with a displacement of 1,5 thousand tons. The modular design principle of the launcher ensures its placement in any part of the ship.

The structure of the anti-aircraft missile system includes: a three-channel fire control system, a launcher with transport-launch containers and guided missiles. The modular launcher provides vertical ejection of rockets from the deck position. Depending on the layout, the installation can have from one to three modules. The depth of the ship's cellar is just over 6 meters.

The module consists of 12 cells for transport and launch containers. Module weight without ammunition - no more than 10 tons. The mass of one transport and launch container is 1055 kg.

Judging by the cartoon, not only for
will become a hurricane for NATO aviation
But for everything that floats, flies and just stands on the shore. There were targets in the radius of destruction.

A cartoon he is a cartoon, but in reality it happens a little differently.

        And the cartoon is stupid.
        1. Enemy ships are all manufactured in the forties.
        2. An aircraft carrier raises aircraft from a distance of less than 50 km to the attacked guard.
        3. The fighter launches anti-ship missiles from a distance of less than 50 km and from a great flight altitude.
        4. For the destruction of anti-ship missiles used missiles twice as much mass and four times more cost than anti-ship missiles
I wonder who this agitation is intended for. On the Papuans ?.

          For the "Papuans," of course.
          1. The ships of the "forties" are many times more durable than the vessels of the 2000s.
          2. Prior to the start of the war, ships carry out undisguised tracking and tracking of enemy AUGs and KUGs, up to visual contact (this is a standard operational situation). In addition, during a DB, enemy AUGs may have other more important and urgent tasks, besides enemy corvette frigates. not to mention the disguise thereof.
          3. For missiles without a difference from what "height" they launch anti-ship missiles, if the target is in the firing sector and the flight height of the harpoon is within the range of altitude for the destruction of missiles
          4. What is the difference, what is the “cost” of RCC if its purpose is to destroy an expensive NK with other parameters of “cost” rather than self-drowning of RCC? Is it more economical to let your ship sink for "saving money"?

And in general - this video is no different from exactly the same on the sites of the ratheon and the like. This is a standard manufacturer’s advertisement, not a military training film at all. Do not be a Papuan.
