In connection with the holiday 23 February, a summary of the six days.
This week, the situation continued to be tense, with shelling below average. But, unfortunately, it was not without victims, three servicemen of the Armed Forces of the DPR were killed.
Militants from the 93 separate mechanized brigade under the command of the war criminal Klochkov fired at our positions near the town of Dokuchaevsk with mortars of 120 mm. For the evacuation of the wounded through the republican representatives of the JCCC, we requested a “silence” mode. The Ukrainian side, through the OSCE, confirmed its readiness to provide security for the removal of our serviceman and his delivery to a medical facility. Such arrangements are quite common in world practice and comply with the Geneva Convention, which provides for a humane treatment of the wounded. But, as I have already said, the Ukrainian militants are not an army, and the Geneva Convention, like the Minsk agreements, is an empty sound for them.
A UAZ ambulance car carrying a wounded serviceman was cynically shot with an anti-tank guided missile. For the guaranteed murder of our servicemen, Ukrainian insurgents insured themselves and fired at the evacuation group with additional mortars of 120 mm caliber. The result is obvious, the ambulance car, which had easily distinguishable signs with a red cross, was shot down, three people were killed: a medical instructor, an orderly driver and a wounded soldier. Having committed this war crime, the commander of the 93 Brigade Klochkov violated the Geneva Convention.
The Ukrainian military command did not even bother to hide the traces of the crime. On the contrary, propagandists of the headquarters "ATO" presented the Ukrainian audience with a murder, as the destruction of our BMP, which allegedly carried out reconnaissance. At the same time, the video material posted by Ukrainian propagandists is cut very carefully. One can see the moment of the launch of the rocket, the explosion and the ignition of an indefinite object.
DNR:
The enemy continues to build up the grouping in the zone of the so-called ATO and to pull heavy weapons to the line of contact, thereby violating the agreements reached. So in the areas of settlements:
- Dzerzhinsk marked the movement of four tanks and six 120-mm mortars on cars to strengthen the 24th OMB units in the Gorlovsky direction;
- Yelizavetovka, Mariinsky District, marked the arrival of a self-propelled howitzer artillery battalion to reinforce the 30 of a separate mechanized brigade;
- Krasnoarmeysk marked the arrival of tanks, artillery and personnel;
Our intelligence also noted the arrival in the ATO zone of representatives of the UK to provide military assistance to the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in preparation for offensive operations in the Donbas. Now it is known that British advisers have also joined them.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continued to deploy weapons and military equipment prohibited by the Minsk Agreements along the line of military contact. So, in the area of settlements:
- Myronovka marked the placement of four tanks T-64;
- Novoluganskoye revealed two 122-mm towed howitzers D-30 from the howitzer artillery battalion of the 54 brigade;
- Lugansk noted the location of the five firing positions with the calculations 120-mm mortars;
