90's lesson: Thousands of new plants are being built in Russia

257
After the failed 90-x, when thousands of factories and factories were closed in the country, the domestic industry is experiencing a revival. This is noticeable even to the naked eye.

Over the past 5 years, more than 1,5 thousands of enterprises of various sizes have opened in Russia. But in the next five years even more production facilities will be built. Experts estimate that at least 2 thousand, with investment volumes from 300 million to 1 trillion rubles.

The most ambitious projects will be associated with the extraction of minerals, primarily oil and gas. It is understandable - the arrangement of new deposits in the Arctic, due to its climatic conditions, requires large investments. One of them will be the new Arctic gas liquefaction plant Arctic LNG-2, which will be more powerful than the recently launched Yamal LNG. The volume of investment in the project will be 580 billion rubles.

        Thinking - thinking!
This, like the average salary, is 100 for the minister, 000 for the worker. The average is 20. So, here they are building where there is the corresponding infrastructure and staff! Or do you think that a new plant needs to be built in the village of Tmutarakan, then the appropriate infrastructure (energy resources, etc.) should be built, then, to increase the population of the village, to the staff’s needs of the plant, build universities, educate the population in technical literacy and Ur, the plant was built and started to work!
So, the conclusions should be average, and not based on the village of Tmutarakan!

I believe that if they build new plants, that’s good. But I also consider how this affected the labor market, the incomes of citizens. If all the income from the new plant went into the owner’s pocket, then what good is this country?

And the construction of a new plant, in your opinion, does not affect the labor market, incomes of the population ... If I didn’t have a job yesterday, but now I have it, is this a sign of a fall in the economy and incomes of the population? To put it mildly - a funny economic conclusion! If at all, economic!

Do you deny offshore? Interesting! How do you comment on this?
Currently, Cyprus has become the main offshore zone for Russian businessmen. According to experts, about one billion dollars is monthly transferred from Russia to this island and to other countries. For example, Rosneft, according to official figures, has 11 subsidiaries registered in jurisdictions with preferential taxation and offshore, of which 5 in Cyprus, 1 in the Netherlands, 1 in Ireland, 1 in the UK, 1 in Luxembourg and 2 on about. Jersey. Another example is the Russian Technologies company, some of whose assets are located abroad. The owners of Domodedovo are offshore.
Or Sobchachka for all these persons alone should blow off?

You have been shown that the state and the employee have a new venture. The state wants to have more - no questions, encourage owners to withdraw dough from offshore. Actually, as the events in Cyprus have shown, our “partners” are sometimes more convincing in measures to return money to the Russian Federation.

PITs are paid at the place of payment of salaries, i.e. in your region, land tax and property tax at the location of land and property. What is the difference where the organization is registered, it is important where it actually operates.

Russia needs to be written with a capital letter! And about 17 years of persuasion they are convinced that it doesn’t work, the methods seem to be wrong! Or maybe the persuaders do not sincerely convince. Meanwhile, money flows over the hill and people are impoverished.

Yamal LNG implemented an integrated approach to the project of a Russian gas producing company. In Sabetta, a tiny settlement of the local Nenets people, the first shift workers appeared in 1980. But the development of the village and the surrounding territories received only with the development of the project. They began to build a seaport, a gas liquefaction plant, a modern Sabetta airport and the Sabetta village itself, where more than 20 thousand people already live. - Read more on FB.ru: http://fb.ru/article/367419/otzyivyi-yamal-spg-ro

Mr. Chichikovand how then to explain the complete collapse of the existing factories in the city of Novocherkassk, where I have the honor to live. We still have one doing something electric locomotive factory, but its employees are waiting for the closure from day to day. But how much was still. For example, the Magnit factory, which produced permanent magnets of all varieties. And there was also the Synthetic Materials Plant, producing dozens of chemical synthesis products from methyl alcohol to isovinylpyrralidone and lavsan. Closed even those so dear to the heart of every peasant Liqueur-Vodka Plant and two wineries along with the Research Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking.
In short, a lot of things were, but safely collapsed by the current shit and managers, But the city is located just at the intersection of transport routes near the sea and in the presence of a circle of qualified personnel. Well, now all this can be restored only by a miracle, well, or the arrival of Stalin and Beria.

and here is an example for you too (well, in the sense of how to explain it): I live in the countryside. So, there were 11 households in the area. Well or not, they survived badly 5. so: one thing - in the leaders in the republic. milk yield-in social time-and did not dream. livestock - 3 times more than Soviet times. yields up to 40 centners receive (stably). in Soviet times, 25 you are already a hero. The predecessor, the very last (well, if you do not take lazy people and drunkards) built himself a new house. And in the neighboring ones, on the contrary, first of all, the forefathers built houses for themselves. At the expense of the economy, essno. Conclusion? there must be a master, but not a grabber. Well, the specialist, of course, with a team of specialists. And then how one got angry, I arrive in Yekaterinburg, and there is our milk. Well, what are the costs, and so on. I ask, have you bought milk? at normal cost? with cost recovery plus profit? Yes. so I ask - what a nah. difference to you, even if they pour it at the threshold !!! yes, he says ... But what are the costs .... these are our specialties, and not only in agriculture. And after all, they are still sitting. In the EdR and in the governing bodies ... this is how we live ... ku

What money are these plants being built ...)))
For oil and gas, as well as grain, and also ... print 200 and 2000 rubles. The government has the right to print 30% of the paper pulp from budget funds.
Two important conclusions follow from the budget constraint of the government. If the state budget deficit is financed by increasing the volume of government bonds in the hands of the population, this does not affect the monetary base and, consequently, the money supply. But if the budget deficit is not financed by the sale of government bonds to the public, the monetary base and money supply increase.

There are several answers to the question why the budget deficit leads to an increase in the monetary base when the volume of government bonds in the hands of the population does not increase. The simplest case is that the state treasury has the legal right to print cash to finance the budget deficit. Then the state simply pays for those expenses that exceed its income with new money. The increase in the amount of cash directly increases the monetary base, along with which the money supply grows by repeatedly creating deposits.

= The most ambitious projects will be associated with the extraction of minerals, primarily oil and gas. = Not tested. Do Russian citizens lack oil and gas? Is both the cheapest for them in the world? I would be more pleased with the construction and commissioning of enterprises for the production of innovative equipment. So that we buy domestic PCs, programs for them. And so forth, and so forth, and so forth. We drive oil, gas, timber, etc. minerals abroad without processing them at home. I understand that in a short period, it is impossible to build enterprises for the processing of the same oil, gas, etc. But the desire for this should be seen in the activities of the "party and government." So far, one thing has been observed - to get and sell. All.

It turns out all the development is an increase in the extraction of raw materials. This is the usual type of news from the Russian Federation, peppy reports about peeling off an oil needle, and the next story is about a new pipe and well.

The question is different, and who will work for them? Effective managers, or maybe a herd of restless lawyers of all stripes, or there’s still a human "klondike" of officials, various deputies and traders, or maybe we’ll recruit from the mass of our bomber-garbage? if vocational education is cleverly and successfully destroyed? Turner, who at least knows what tool for what, is to find a problem. Young people, educated as an "advanced consumer", in advertisements and Hollywood, consider workers and peasants for losers and, as they put it, suckers. The main criterion for their success is loot, it is planted from the cradle and TV and cinema, and the environment. If dad and mom are not from this cohort, overseas universities can not afford and do not give Ferrari for his birthday, then all the ways lead to the first table, there everything the loot of the country, somewhere to catch on and be noted, sing, dance, you can be active at party rallies, there is no such possibility, there is crime for a beautiful life, it is shown so beautifully in series and films, whatever it is to get animated, but I won’t work with my hands anyway. So, back to the original one, who will work for the beggar in the factories for beggar, again we’ll pick up from villages and villages (in the villages it’s all over, everything in the capital), like in the 20s, from plow, but only today the requirements are different and it’s not enough to be able to read and tell a poem about Masha. And factories can be made up of 2-10 thousand, this is not a problem, only it takes 18 years and 10 years to create a normal system of upbringing and education , and most importantly, a unified society of citizens of their country. But we have a problem with this, the self-appointed elite of Liberia is resisting and preventing this, destroying our future and development prospects.

To the most severe personnel shortage. But we did not need a locksmith, engineer, etc. And if you look deeper, it turns out even more interesting. Our population essentially feeds foreign industrialists. And the fact that something is localized in the Russian Federation means only a reduction in cost for business owners. Tell me, do we have gas and KamAZ? But just who are their final owners and from what components do they assemble? And who in turn owns these manufacturers? When, under the BNE, these companies were privately owned. everyone was silent. everyone was silent. when the ships were cutting on metal everyone was silent. Almost all were destroyed. They said that we will all buy abroad. . and got it. And now we scream the Sentry. and blame the authorities .. Here is a comrade writes in Novocherkassk closes the company. dahk there private owner. what he wants is what he does. someone went bankrupt. someone sawed and sold everything. and that now as private as possible. prohibit the owner. If I decide to sell a free car. what anyone can forbid me. This is my property. So it is here. what do you offer. again the state to buy everything from him .and restore. and then again to sell to someone. We have Gaidar privatization. all economists are screaming. that only the owner can manage. and what a habit of comparing different countries. We all have different things. different story. different culture. different mentality .. and we compare. With us, no one will surrender his friend who is drunk and will drive. we do not miss the ambulance, we throw cigarette butts on the street. we ourselves violated the rules of the SDA. he gave a bribe and then you yourself blame the cop. So how to compare it is possible us and them. You can not compare 1 km and 1 kg. here.

The tractor plant is destroyed (literally), aluminum (one small workshop is operating), KhimProm (closed), Barricades (a couple of small workshops for the defense industry are working), etc. etc.

Exactly. This is the whole essence of what is happening. Western puppeteers got a market, plus a buffer between east and west. They do not allow Russia to die completely, because it brings them resources and can be used as a military force. Therefore, the people at the helm of the country are those who, on the one hand, announce patriotic slogans, and, on the other, send maximum profits directly or indirectly over the hill. We have a good president and a bad government. But this does not happen.

It is beautifully written, but it is not said, but how many enterprises have closed in these five years. Well, one can tell the following from history, during the period of industrialization, when the situation around the USSR was much worse, under STALIN, so many enterprises were introduced in ONE YEAR, so compare the work efficiency of one and the work efficiency of the other with its “top managers”, I don’t think about the level of corruption, Vostochny Cosmodrome, as an example of disorderly and irresponsible construction and theft

The article is a typical example of propaganda: it talks about how many factories have been built, but it doesn't say how many factories are closed, what is the balance of Putin’s rule. And the numbers themselves are not impressive: 1500 plants versus 9 during the first five-year plans. Not to mention the fact that Magnitogorsk and Kuzbass were built then, and now - breweries. Zil and Moskvich closed, 000 breweries opened

by 2030, Russia should be among the poorest countries in the world

our benchmarks are already starting to scare.
At the very end of December 1999, two days before Yeltsin's “I'm tired, I'm leaving”, Nezavisimaya Gazeta published a programmatic article by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, in which he outlined his principles for the development of the country and set the goal for the first time to catch up with Portugal. The promise of "catching up with Portugal" was once fulfilled or nearly fulfilled. According to the World Bank, in 2013 Russia almost caught up with the poorest country of “old” Europe ($ 25144 versus $ 25654), and according to the estimates of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, it equaled the difference of $ 50.
Before ending his second term, Putin reiterated that Russia needed a long-term strategy. This time - until 2020.

“Russia should become the most attractive country for life,” he said.

Before his third term, Putin announced program goals:
In the next five years, to ensure almost complete independence of the country for all major types of food.
Due to non-resource-based growth, "untwist the flywheel of economic development of growth rates of up to 6-7% per year, and in the next five years enter the five largest economies in the world."
Taxes for people with high incomes, for the rich should be higher than for the middle class and the bulk of citizens.
By 2012, the salaries of school teachers were supposed to equal or exceed the average salary for the economy in all regions of Russia without exception. In 2012, the income of teachers from all Russian universities was also expected to reach the average level in the region.
Ensure civil society control over bureaucracy. "We should not be afraid of such an activity of society, but, on the contrary, strongly support it."
As you can see, the goals are achieved.

My good friend, an employee of one municipal administration, said: during the municipal elections of the head of administration, one of the candidates promised:
    - build sewage treatment plants;
    - asphalt parking lots;
    - build a hockey box and tennis court, well, etc. all that, as they say, was sore.
But he promised to do what the current administration ALREADY allocated funds.
Maybe that’s why NOW so the sternum and the Yavlinsky began to break into power? We would not have such agriculture as it is now if 15 years ago the state (cabinet) had not allocated funds for this. Industry is an even more long-term investment, which will emerge in 10-20 years ... So, the time has come and this is where the next “saviors of Russia” appeared who know how and what to do.
Where were the Zyuganovs, when in reality did people need to be led out onto the square to save the country or challenge the rigged election results? Why is it now threatening to bring people to the square ... I sold the Zyuganov, first at retail, the authority of the party, and when the communists grew old and the natural decline began - I decided to wholesale my old men to sell to the communist capitalist ... 1500 enterprises are good. This is just great. And 2000 is even better. But where exactly are they built, what are they, and who built them? I live in Vladivostok, sail the seas, and I see that our local exports so far are firewood, coal, oil and gas, and scrap metal. Still, of course, fish-caviar-crabs. Moreover, the scrap metal deposits do not dry out at all, rather, even new ones are being discovered. They bring it (scrap) to Korea and China, although we have an Amurstal plant. Okay, let's say that scrap is contraindicated for him, I don’t presume to judge. Good. We arrive in Plastun, ship the technological chips to Japan. Terneyles produces wood chips. Well done, they seem to be developing. However, we look at the available information - the chip production workshop is 45% owned by Sumitomo. Clearly, they also take part of the profit for themselves, for their loved ones. Naturally, I don’t own information throughout our vast country, but based on local experience I strongly suspect that everything is the same there as in the Far East. Can this be called a breakthrough? Again, I strongly doubt it. This approach to business was justified in the 20s of the last century, when we needed new technologies and training new personnel. And now? Well, as for the personnel in the Far East, everything is clear, they died out and moved. Ended, in short. In the city of Arsenyev resumed production of combat helicopters. Shouting cheers, just keep quiet that there is no one to produce them. What about technology? Surely too dried up? Or are they all with the prefix nano, that is, invisible to the naked eye? And you want to tell me that everything is fine with us and will be even better. Sorry - I believe what I see.

The apogee of the struggle against the proletariat in Samara reached its peak in 2013 - when the most industrialized region of the Middle Volga Samara region became unprofitable - like Chukotka, yes, for 5 years we have not been a donor region, but a recipient region.

There are no horns or hoofs left from the wonder milk farm
Five years ago, a dairy complex was built in the village of Repyatkino, Samara Region. Today it is no more. The cowsheds for 600 elite cows are empty, the former machine operators and cattle either drink too much, or stand on the stock exchange, or goad in neighboring farms.

Back in 2004, the village of Repyatkino, Klyavlinsky District, was booming throughout the entire region. The opening of the reconstructed farm was held with great fanfare, all the local media trumpeted. Symbolic ribbons effectively cut the ceremonially dressed governor and other important regional people.

Millions from the budget, eight young specialists and builders from the company with the romantic name "Dream" got into the household. The farm was to be transformed into a paradise for 600 cows. To repair and refurbish the premises, to equip the system of manure removal and ventilation, in short, to bring the economy to the forefront of animal husbandry. Who would have thought that in five years from the farm horns and legs would remain. More precisely - no horns, no hooves.

Under Merkushkin, all the poultry farming of the region, including the Obsharov poultry factory, was destroyed ...
These are agricultural enterprises - which democrats were already enthusiastically creating; they are not there.
And from those farms and factories that were in every village 30 years ago, I won’t write the words "in the USSR" so frightening to the current authorities - there are no more traces - they were destroyed on the basis of 4 GPPs - only shopping centers in villages are not built on ruins.

This is the first comment reflecting reality.
And this whole article - a fake stuffing before the election - there are fake comments of arguing people right away, is it good that they are building 1000 plants, are they building there, will the workers of these plants be happy. In this case, even a thought does not arise - and lay out the guys the addresses of construction sites, the names of these 1000 plants - the number of jobs in each.
??? Guys!!!! We are waiting for photos of construction projects. As far as is known, the eastern spaceport has not yet been completed.
Justify that all this is being built and completed and there is a return.
So far, we see the heyday of the Moscow region and the complete destruction of industry throughout the country, and not in the 90s, but in the 2000s, that is, under Putin. In Samara, I posted a photo for you, but it’s enough that the most industrially developed region of the Middle Volga Samara region has become unprofitable - like Chukotka, yes, for 5 years we have not been a donor region, but a recipient region. Than you will cover the guys.

“The most ambitious projects will be associated with the extraction of minerals, primarily oil and gas” - this is the essence of the “Cheers-article”.
In fact, a lot of things are being built, but all this is “a lot” for the extraction and transportation of oil and gas abroad by Russia in one way or another.
Among the "thousands of new factories" I would like to see, for example, factories for the production of mini-tractors for farms, washing machines, shoes, laptops and mobile phones, etc. About mechanical engineering and do not ask.
    Sell "public treasure" may and!

It seems that the very gentlemen from the CPSU who have tarnished the country now from the new government and continue to finish off the remains !! Hitler wanted us to have a population of 10-15 million people to pump resources to the west - everything seems to be coming to this! Maybe it's time we all open our eyes? Personally, nothing has been built in our region, now the only factory will cease to exist! besides military !! Putin’s stooge boast only of increasing tax collection numbers! Type in a search engine. how many factories are built in Russia. there you will see everything. so for example. .. April 13 - in the city of Kurgan, the first stage of LLC Kurgan Drilling Units Plant was opened. The company manufactures heavy-duty mobile drilling rigs.
This factory assembles drilling rigs on the MAZ chassis (manufactured in Belarus) from Chinese-made car kits. In fact - the Chinese manufacturer is crowding out the domestic. In Kurgan, the Kurgan factory of non-standard equipment was declared bankrupt. This plant produced Construction drilling rigs based on ChTZ B 12 and mobile drilling rigs on a chassis of its own manufacture. And about 10 years ago, the Russian government acted as a guarantor of the transaction: Gazprombank finances the purchase of drilling equipment manufactured in China, as a result, the Chinese received a portfolio of orders for 5 years without any tenders.

Maybe somewhere around 1,5 enterprises didn’t argue, but it’s specifically in our Volgograd Region that enterprises are just closing. The tractor plant is destroyed (literally), aluminum (one small workshop is operating), KhimProm (closed), Barricades (a couple of small workshops for the defense industry are working), etc. etc.

The "Effective Owner" of the Volgograd Tractor Plant is Tractor Plants OJSC. For non-repayment of loans and huge debts, the state withdraws from it those factories that the concern has not yet managed to ruin to the ground. This is an example of the fact that a private owner is not always effective.

Oh yeah! The growth of industrial production in Russia in 2017 amounted to as much as 0,9%. At this rate, the doubling of industrial production will occur very soon - already by 2118. We have no growth in industrial production. If you have any doubts, go ahead to any hardware/electronics/tools/clothing/etc store.

We have 7 out of 10 machines that are imported. But that's not what we're talking about. I meant simply household tools: mowers, drills, chainsaws, gas generators, hammer drills, screwdrivers, and so on. Even those products that have a Russian name and the manufacturing company of which is registered in the Russian Federation are usually assembled in China. I already wrote here about how I tried to buy myself a domestic gas generator. I haven't found any for sale. There are all sorts of Foreman/Bears/Boars/etc., but in fact, all of them are equipped with units either purely Chinese-made or manufactured in China under license from Honda. A couple of our companies produce diesel generators based on YaMZ engines. But this is for backup power supply of non-residential or industrial facilities. And these companies were on their last legs. Or were in the process of switching to Chinese assortment.

It would be nice to have a list of all these new factories/enterprises. The list is convincing.
Maybe something is opening up somewhere.
BUT, what I see with my own eyes: over the same years in Sibay, the capital of the Trans-Ural region, a dairy canning plant, a meat processing plant, a clothing factory, an airport, a beer and soft drink plant, a brick factory, "Bashmedstroy" (SU-1, 2, 4, reinforced concrete plant, brick factory, UTM, etc.), Uchalinsky reinforced concrete plant, Baymaksky incubator, Zilair grain state farm, Sibay state farm, Irandyksiy state farm, collective farm named after. Frunze, Suvanyaksky state farm, two sausage shops in Baymak and a couple of dozen more enterprises that employed 80% of the working population.
Did you notice that most of the enterprises were supposed to be associated with the import substitution program?
Here it is before our eyes, the import substitution program - dying cities, poverty and hopelessness.
Of course, I would like to see “thousands of new businesses,” but where are they?

Yes, building at least 10 is not a big problem, the question is different. How much will be, to put it mildly, “developed” for “non-targeted” purposes, or as our authorities usually state, has disappeared in an unknown direction and it is unclear how, allocated budget funds (i.e. our people's) during construction? To what offshore will the new owner of the enterprise (and by the way, who will he be, what foreign guy will we give it to) be sent to, built with people's money? And most importantly, who will work for these enterprises, with the destruction of vocational education and when all the youth from the periphery (colonial territories) moved to the capital (metropolis) to study to become a manager, an official or an artist, or perhaps to become a bandit, at worst?

Here is a different approach, snatch, wash, sell and scrap, Novokuznetsk shakes every day.

If the owner takes “all the income,” he will go bankrupt tomorrow! The profit or part of it is withdrawn (as the owner or the board of directors of the joint-stock company decides) And the country receives a tax and the employees receive a salary. Otherwise, never! We understand the “statistics” of current officials and journalists! Factories? or handicrafts made from Chinese parts? Today we received the parts - the “factory” was opened! Tomorrow the parts did not arrive - the “factory” was closed. And the day after tomorrow they opened again! It means that two factories have already been opened!!!! It’s just that my matchmaker has such a “factory” - it opens and closes, so I understand what we’re talking about, and I myself sometimes order something on AliExpress. It’s also probably considered a factory.
