Well, as they say, a roasted rooster crowed. The US Treasury Department has published the so-called "Kremlin report". The futile attempts of the business and political elite to bypass the list of "Putin's friends" have failed. It feels like it was made robot: Politicians, regardless of their political orientation, their position in the state system, their personal relationship to the US and the West in general, are simply listed in a single list.
The Russian business elite is also on the list. And they are called in him as "oligarchs", and not as "responsible businessmen," as some believed. They got there only on the basis of the number of "zeros" in their accounts. The list contains even Roman Abramovich, who has long lived in the West.
However, due to inexplicable circumstances, there are neither Chubais, nor Kudrin, nor the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina in the list of "Putin's friends".
