The Russian military department intends to provide its civil servants with fur hats and women's hats, reports RIA News with reference to the draft order of the Minister of Defense.
The planned date of entry into force of the order is March. The order must approve the norms for the supply of articles of clothing.
The document amends the annex to the 595 th order of the Minister of Defense of 2015, “On the approval of the norm for the supply of articles of clothing of the federal civil servants of the Ministry of Defense.”
According to the draft, the federal civil servants of the Ministry of Defense will be issued a “fur hat, fur hat, dress hat, casual hat, shoes or boots”.
A cap with earflaps is introduced into the supply in addition to the everyday cap, and the “earless” fur cap is introduced into the everyday cap. As for everyday and ceremonial hats, they will get them instead of women’s hats.
“The uniform of the federal civil servants of the Russian defense ministry is almost the same as for the military. The insignia of civilian personnel with ranks of ranks is silver. The soldiers (with the exception of wearable on camouflage field uniform) - golden. Free provision of overalls to employees of the Armed Forces of Russia without class officials is not provided for, ”explains the publication.
