Rheinmetall: the hidden side of the deal to create a joint German-Turkish tank Altai

6 January 2018 German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel met with his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt авavuşoлуlu at his private home in Goslar, a city in Lower Saxony Germany. These consultations were conducted with the aim of restoring German-Turkish relations, which were destabilized by the detention of several German journalists in Turkey over the past 18 months. German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel suggested that during the meeting Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu resumed arms shipments to Turkey if Turkey freed the German-Turkish journalist Deniz Yusel from a Turkish prison. This politician, who belongs to the Social Democratic Party of Germany, explicitly mentioned that a sufficiently large amount of weapons could be sent to Turkey after the approval of the transaction by the German Security Council and the Federal Ministry of Economics of Germany, as soon as this journalist is free again. Speaking about this to the public, German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel stressed the importance of Turkey as an ally of NATO and that it is unthinkable to stop deliveries weapons ally. A photo published in the German media about this meeting of Gabriel and Cavusoglu showed that both foreign ministers were standing next to a table with four cups for tea. And the question arose: for whom is the third and fourth cups?

Rheinmetall: the hidden side of the deal to create a joint German-Turkish tank Altai

One of the elements of strategic cooperation between Germany and Turkey on the transfer of important military technologies is joint production tanksorganized by the Rheinmetall Defense Company, headquartered in Düsseldorf in Germany. This German defense company plans to launch production of the German-Turkish Altai tank in Turkey at a joint German-Turkish venture in order to supply these tanks to Turkey, Qatar and Malaysia. The Turkish partner of the joint venture is the Turkish company BMC Enterprise, which is owned by Erdogan's friend Sankak Ethem, who also owns several newspapers in Turkey. The representatives of Qatar are also the shareholders of this Turkish company, who plan to deliver 1000 Altai tanks to Qatar after production is established. There is another Turkish partner company called Etika Strategi and is owned by tycoon Sayed Mokhtar Albuhari from Malaysia. This billionaire finances the Turkish Türgev Foundation, which belongs to the son of Erdogan Bilal. This asset was created in order to open the door to the markets of Asia and the Middle East. After the formation of the production platform in Turkey, tanks will be delivered not only to the armed forces of Turkey, Qatar and Malaysia, but also to all Muslim countries of the Middle East and Asia.

The German defense company Rheinmetall is known for its methods of “buying” high-ranking politicians to make them work for it as lobbyists. As a result of a more in-depth study of the history of the decision on the production of tanks, there is a hidden network formed from various intelligence services and secret societies, which is behind the process of transferring military strategic technologies. Such traces can be traced in Turkey, Qatar, Malaysia and in Germany itself. You can also see the connection with the USA and Israel. This network in Germany consists entirely of politicians who are associated with the German armed forces, the Federal Intelligence Service of Germany, NATO headquarters, US-led security analysis centers and transatlantic organizations. Among them are those who belong to a secret society that operates secretly in the depths of political parties that are members of the German government. And these secret societies are particularly marked by the anti-Russian position, which originates from the Cold War.

With turkey story Started in November 2015 of the year in Istanbul. As described by the German source of investigative journalism under the name “Corrective”, there was a meeting at the Yilidiz Palace in Istanbul between Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and three representatives of the German company Rheinmetall, one of the leaders of BMC Enterprise and one guest from Malaysia also attended the event. According to this source, Ranemetall’s manager Andreas Švery was involved there, who mentioned that they had developed a strategic document for a joint project for the production of tanks with 16 sheets, personally together with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan. Corrective journalists who own a copy of this document suspect that the strategy will be to use Turkey as the foundation for the production, carried out with partners from Qatar and Malaysia, to sell these tanks from Turkey to Qatar to Malaysia and in other countries, without any influence, rather strictly control the export of military technology in Germany itself.

At the end of 2015, the Rheinmetall defense company announced that it would produce 1000 Altai tanks for Turkey with the help of the aforementioned German-Turkish (Qatari-Malaysian) joint company with a contract value of seven billion euros, which led to substantial profit after the start of preparatory work. This tank is specially designed for warfare in urban environments. And after the Rheinmetall defense company informed investors at a conference in Vienna, by the end of 2015, Rheinmetall shares on international stock markets under the identification number DE 000 70 300 09 went up from 30 euros to 115 euros in January 2016. It is interesting that these shares rose in price even in 2017, despite the rather poor development of German-Turkish relations in this period of time. This indicates that investors believe in tank production in Turkey, that it is implemented even after the publication of negative News reporters. Maybe these insiders have some special knowledge? Only shareholders, as part of internal meetings of company owners, often reveal company secrets that are not disclosed to the public. The author of this article has been participating in the purchase of shares since the age of 30 and knows about the practice of such meetings of shareholders as well as conferences on investor relations. Owners have access to the company’s business secrets that are not public. And one may suspect that those who once held shares of the Rheinmetall defense company and, perhaps, bought them once, despite the negative development of the news flow on German-Turkish relations, will know what they are doing. Even after German media published at the end of October 2017 that the Rheinmetall deal with Turkey was frozen as a result of the German Security Council not issuing permission, these stocks continued to go up. Maybe this is a kind of guarantee, given unofficially by several high-ranking politicians?

The above-mentioned Malaysian billionaire Syed Mokhtar Albukhkari joined the Rheinmetall-BMC joint venture located in the south-eastern part of Istanbul in the autumn of 2016, after an attempted military coup in Turkey, which took place on June 15 of 2016. Thus, it was when there were thousands of prisoners in Turkey who caused damage to German-Turkish relations. And this lobbyist was hired as an investor in order to use him as a channel of communication directly with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan. The son of this billionaire heads the aforementioned Türgüv Foundation. And he donated large sums of money to the Turkish university in favor of Bilar Erdogan. This donation was sent by this Malaysian billionaire Syed Mokhtar Albukari immediately after Bilal Erdogan visited him in person in Malaysia. There is a direct link between Rhinemetall and the leadership of the Turkish government and many officials inside Turkey. Director of the German defense company Reinmetall Armin Papperger is the head of the Federal Association of Enterprises of the German Defense Industry and a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. The German news agency Spiegel stated that the Social Democrat from the SPD, Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel is well acquainted with him. Faced with this network, one can see that the German defense industry is behind the Rheinmetall deal with Turkey, and there are also direct links between this network and German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel personally.

But there are connections with the former high-ranking politicians of the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany and the Christian Democratic Union of Germany party with pro-NATO and extremely pro-American views, as well as with Israel. These politicians were hired by the Rheinmetall defense company precisely at those times when it was necessary to develop strategic German-Turkish relations.

It was at that moment when the Rheinmetall defense company began to grow that politician Dirk Niebel was hired as a consultant and member of the board of directors of this defense company in 2015. This politician of the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany for eight years served in the armed forces of Germany as an officer in the military police. Moreover, he served in the Air Force, as well as in the reconnaissance unit of the Airborne Forces in Calve. After active service, he continued to work as a retired officer in the Special Operations Division in Regensburg and as an advisory officer to the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Airborne Forces in Saarlouis. In May 2012, he visited the contingent of German troops in Afghanistan as the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development. He was brought there incognito by airplane military transport aviation German Air Force along with the President of the Federal Intelligence Service of Germany. As federal minister for economic cooperation and development, he joined the German Society for International Cooperation and the German Atlantic Society on January 1, 2011. All these organizations are a cover for use by the German Federal Intelligence Service with the aim of pursuing a secret foreign policy in the regions of the Third World and in areas of crises and wars. Since 2000, he is a member of the Rheinmetall Council and is the general director of the German Atlantic Society, and also belongs to the German-Israeli society, of which he was vice president from 2000 to 2010. His very close relationship with Israel has been traced since 1982. In 1982, at the age of 18, he studied at the Israeli Kibbuse school, near the border with Lebanon.

In 2017, former German Federal Minister of Defense Franz-Joseph Jung was hired by the Reinmetall defense company as another such council member. This politician, who belongs to the Christian Democratic Union of Germany, was forced to leave 27 on November 2009 of the year, as he was responsible for the so-called “Kundus incident” when civilians in Afghanistan were fired upon by the German 4 air force on September 2009 of the year, resulting in several people killed and injured. He ordered the German Air Force to observe the G8 summit at Heiligendamm in 2007 using Tornado aircraft, despite the fact that the German Constitution does not allow the use of military forces inside the country. This member of the Rhine Metall Defense Council seems to be closely associated with the so-called “German Foreign Policy Society”, which is nothing more than the German branch of the Foreign Relations Council, headed by former US foreign secretary Henry Kissinger. Last but not least, he is suspected of being a member of an underground society in the German CDU party called Andenpakt. According to research by the German newspaper Spiegel, there are 17 high-ranking politicians from the CDU, members of this underground society. As well as several others, among which the author wants to mention: former federal president Christian Wulff and board member of several American investment companies, such as Blackrock, Friedrich Mertz; Prime Minister of Hesse Volker Böffer, EU Commissioner Günther Oettinger, as well as Elmar Brock, Christian Behr, Matthias Wiessmann, Wolf Schunbohm and others. The law of this secret society prohibits the membership of women and men from the former German Democratic Republic.

After analyzing all the information, it can be concluded that the transfer of weapons technology by the Rheinmetall defense company in the form of an “Altai” tank to Turkey with the help of a German-Turkish (Qatari-Malaysian) joint venture can be organized to support the concept of large-scale geopolitics throughout the Middle East, up to Malaysia: in order to make these areas controlled by Western countries, when the states of the Middle East region will buy only NATO-style weapons.

Successful car turned out. By the way, based on the South Korean K-2. But they can not yet determine the engine. The Germans, as a capricious woman, either refuse or agree.

Yes, if it is thrice a failure, you will shout about the opposite. The Turks never knew how to make weapons, and nothing has changed - I'm sure of that.

Actually, the Turks began to develop the motor with the Austrians. But Vienna imposed a ban at the end of 2016. and in 2017 the contract was terminated for diesel (1500-1800hp). The gun there is also German, 120mm Rheinmetallovskaya .. The transmission and engines for the first 250 cars were agreed with the Germans, but it was broken off too.
I do not think that Altai can be put on a par with the T-90. It is not clear what kind of armor there is and what other protection systems there are. What sores come out, there are up to 60% of Korean technologies that have not yet shown themselves in tank building. It must be assumed that after testing it will be sent for revision. hi

In my opinion, a “school” is needed here. With a snap, the most complex combat vehicles do not work out of the category of the best. When firing a tank (and getting into it), it suffers the greatest overloads from the entire range of BTTs - a million little things and immutable truths - without experience in designing and using, they will surely fill up cones. hi

This is a simplified K-2 and the original also had an MTU engine, like the SAU-155mm. What the Turks could have mastered, they sell everything to them for their needs, but not for export. The Germans do not give permission to re-export engines to third countries. Why open the way for Leo-2 competitor? Need another engine. And there are difficulties with this. There are not many manufacturers. China / USA / Germany / Britain / Sweden / Ukraine / RF Of the many Westerners bought up by the Americans and the British .... The circle narrows.

No, the question seems to be about the German MTU engines and the tank itself on the Korean 2 Bose which is based on a leopard and an Abrams

What is it good? Now everyone is working, after the advent of Almaty, on a platform with an uninhabited tower, and here, in fact, a tank with the concept of the 70s. It costs as much as three T-90s.

maybe I don’t understand something, but Altai is a joint project of the South Korean team that created the black panther with the Turks, and not the Germans at all. Germans act only as suppliers of spare parts, for example, an engine module.
Moreover, this is a significantly truncated version of the panther and not a copy, because For many years, work only on the chassis lasted.

A company cannot be defense. Defense is the prerogative of the state. Obviously, a system of "regional superpowers" is being created around the ruins of the USSR, which will pursue a policy aimed at weakening and absorbing parts of the USSR until the destruction of the nuclear potential of the USSR. Rear support will be provided by Germany and the United States. The Russian Federation is already devoid of strategic depth, and the Ukrainian SSR, in general, has been turned into a bridgehead and resource. It will only get worse. The name of the tank indicates this.

I agree ... partially! But compared to the Indian, Pakistani, Iranian and some other osyb, this is a revolution. And the Turks are also working on the "uninhabited tower", this is a different project and they do not particularly extend to it. You can google ...
