The US unveiled a new state national security strategy. A number of points in it concern and our country - Russia.
The Americans point out that Moscow’s military and political ambitions in Europe and Asia run counter to US interests, and bear the risk of destabilizing the situation in some areas. At the same time, the National Security Strategy states that the created global missile defense system is not directed against Russia and China, but is intended only to protect against Iranian and North Korean missiles.
The document also states that the Russian Federation and the PRC are developing weaponscapable of disabling the entire command structure of the US Armed Forces.
In general, the new National Security Strategy promotes the same idea, according to which, a normal world order is impossible without the leading role of the United States.
