Judicial lawlessness in "our Crimea": six years of the zone as thanks for the "Russian world"

180
Truly the most interesting things happen in the so-called “our Crimea”. So funny, that here once again you start to think about the topic: “our” is he for whom, in the end?

With this statement, you can disagree as much as you want and jump with a cry "Krymnash." Yes, Putin said so, and it is difficult to argue with his statement. But you can. If only because Putin is somewhat unaware of some of the things that are happening there.

But it would be worth it.

I'll start a few from afar. From the party "Russian block" in Ukraine.

This party is banned by the decision of the Kyiv District 13 District Administrative Court on May 2014, which already says a lot.

Probably not worth a long talk about this man. Oles Buzin. Whatever his position, killing an elderberry is a loss for the Russian world. To the election of deputies of Ukraine 2013, the elder went just from the Russian Bloc party ...

But we are talking about what happened in the Crimea. Specifically - in Sevastopol. There, the “Russian block”, already banned in the status of a public organization, collected and formed self-defense units. He worked together with all the "Russian spring".

The head of the party, Gennady Basov, was in charge of everything. The man who is looking for all the cases of the SBU under the article "treason."

But the SBU will be left with nothing, because the hands are really short. Basov is located in the Russian continental, as it is customary to say in the Crimea, in a correctional labor colony. And another five years, if nothing changes, will be there. According to the verdict of the Russian, that is, the most fair court in the world.

Last, of course, sarcasm. And that's why.

All the charges for which Basov was convicted are gradually disintegrated like a house of cards. Work friends and colleagues Basov. At the end of the material I will give the film that they shot, there is a sufficient number of documents and statements showing that the case was not even fabricated on 99%, but on all 100.

What is the fault of the supporter of the “Russian spring” who laid so much strength (and the means too: for the needs of his movement, Basov sold his apartment in Sevastopol) to achieve the goal of reunification with Russia?

Six years in prison Basov received for ... attempted fraud! Attempt, because there was no statement of the victim, there was no damage.

And all the accusations of accepting a bribe, abuse of office, on which he was convicted by the court of first instance, unfortunately, turned out to be just bullshit.

Well, how can you not remember some sensational cases like Vasilyeva? Trubnikov? Kulikov? Pisarev?

Oh, yes, the Russians do not abandon their own ... I forgot, sorry. But in order to refresh your memory, you only need to type in a request for corruption scandals in the search box, and you will be provided with fascinating reading material for a long time.

The result, however, so-so. All around the sick and the weak, because they plant and release.

But not in our case. In our case, Basov will sit from bell to bell. Do you know why? And because he dared to encroach on the sacred: on the business, which in the Crimea for the life of controlled judicial and prosecutors. At the cemetery. And the funeral business.

Here, of course, it is worth thinking about the portrait of our hero. Bass uniquely popper with a grenade on the tank. That is, with the sanction of the governor Menyaylo on private businessmen from the funeral, from which they lived in Ukraine for life. And Sevastopol is no exception. But where now is Change and where is Bass?

Especially considering the fact that the predecessor of Basov in this position lasted 9 months. And he was also arrested for a bribe. And also in a very remarkable way, which indicates a certain conspiracy of a group of persons and law enforcement agencies. Painfully all clumsy was done. But Beglyarov was enough.

By the way, about the faces. The faces in both cases are the same. Entrepreneurs from the funeral business Rapoport, Pisarenko, the Queen. They successfully put Beglyarov, they also wanted to remove Basov by the same proven method.

The only problem was that Basov did not take money. Moreover, because of the indistinct babbling of “witnesses” at the trial, it was not at all clear to whom they tried to give a bribe.

Especially beautiful Queen.

Judicial lawlessness in "our Crimea": six years of the zone as thanks for the "Russian world"

She has all the testimony composed of "I think so," "it seems to me," and stuff like that. I don’t really want to lie under oath, nobody canceled the article for giving false testimony, so the Queen is practicing verbiage and speculation.

Well, God bless them, with the leaders of the cemetery theme, let us go to justice.

Here, too, just beauty.

A person, at least a little knowledgeable in jurisprudence, raises the question: why was the case not considered at the Leninsky Court of Sevastopol, in whose territory there was an enterprise that Basov supervised, or at Gagarinsky, in whose territory a "crime" was committed?

Why the case turned out to be in the Nakhimov court? Is it because there "all yours"?

The case in the Nakhimovsky court was let down by the head of the investigative committee, Yuriy Moroz. This is whose "everything is in order, are landing." And who was in the 2016 year was fired by Putin. But Moroz is doing fine, he is now a lawyer and the owner of the Bulava law firm in Sevastopol.

Apparently, “its own” triad was only in the Nakhimov court. And she worked on the conscience. Investigator Maxim Shcheglov tried his best to have the prosecutor and the judge accept the results of his work. And there was nothing that there was no witness testimony, video recording of the moment of transfer of money, too, it is obvious that Mr. Shcheglov has some scent on the criminals. And, importantly, when the raised accusations began to crumble, Shcheglov immediately started thinking about new ones.

“A good investigator should be a competent lawyer, a subtle psychologist and a spiritual companion. In general, I think this is the success of the profession, - says Maxim Igorevich. - I always see when an attacker lies, wriggles and leads his game. Intuition rarely fails me, and in the course of a criminal investigation we get evidence of his guilt. ”
Source: https://sevastopol-24.ru/novosti/novosti-sevastopolja/maksim-sheglov.html.

By the way, it was Shcheglov who “worked out” and Ashot Beglyarov, the predecessor of Basov. But it is, by the way had to. So he is the best 2016 investigator of the year.

Go ahead. Prosecutor

Yes, Alexander Gogolev is also a very remarkable person. He eventually received a withdrawal from the defense, since he admitted that he wanted to arrange a “Specialized Funeral Service for the State Unitary Enterprise of the City of Sevastopol” as Deputy Prosecutor’s Basov. Director of the private funeral company "Necropolis" Dmitry Bloch.

It turns out that the prosecutor of the Nakhimov district is not just closely connected with the ritual business ...

Judge. Judge Anatoly Vasilenko is very remarkable, like the previous ones in the top three.

It was he who in December 2014 filed an appeal to transfer him to work in the Kherson region.

But alas, there was no place for Vasilenko in Ukraine, and as a result Poroshenko fired him for betraying the oath. As in anticipation of the transfer Vasilenko continued to work on the occupiers.

Left in Sevastopol, Vasilenko continued his hard work. I will not comment in any way, on the website “Judges of Russia” everything is said by other people.

With amazing hardness, Vasilenko rejected all defense motions, requests for expert examinations and other initiatives. He, apparently, like Shcheglov, had a trained eye.

The result of this action was the following:

The investigator in the indictment did not write what crime was committed by Gennady Basov, leaving it to the discretion of the judge. The prosecutor's office approved this conclusion, closing the circle of mutual bail.

From the materials of the case, it becomes more or less clear that an inaction was committed, but it was not indicated what action was promised, but for some reason it was also not informed what it was.

However, Shcheglov, Vasilenko, Gogolev, and the assistant prosecutor who arrived to replace him, Les B.V. Basov 9 (nine!) years of a maximum security colony and a fine of 17 million rubles were easily and naturally issued.

This was the verdict of the court of first instance in 2016.

There were attempts to protest. Since Sevastopol is a city of federal significance, all complaints were considered by the Sevastopol city court of appeal and cassation instances.

The first appellate court issued a masterpiece decision: to uphold the sentence and increase the fine to 35 million rubles.

But there was also a special opinion of the presiding judge, Eugenia Mudrova, who, although she enjoys a rather terrible glory in the city, indicated that the case was initiated illegally and clearly described all the non-legal aspects of the case. But since the appeals instance is a panel of judges, the other two judges approved the verdict.

Then a cassation was filed. She completely overturned the decision of the court of first instance and the appeal judgment and referred the case to a new appeal court.

The second court of appeal re-qualified the article, canceling the previous ones. Now Basov was accused of attempted fraud under article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It's also nonsense, to be honest.

As a result, punishment was imposed in the form of 6 years of general regime and a fine in 700 000 rubles.

Basov is accused of cheating a person with whom he is not familiar. In the video, Rapoport himself admits that he is not familiar with Basov and did not have any business. An interesting fact is that there is no statement of the victim, no damage has been brought to anyone, but there is an article and a deadline.

Yes, the Crimean court is a very original institution. I recommend everyone who is interested to watch the 40-minute film to the end. There are many interesting things. Most surprising, of course, is how the facts are shuffled. And as far as the court is blind and deaf, if the case is “right”.

For such a conclusion, it is enough for me to cite the documents in which it is said that Basov was arrested by 29.09.2015, and he committed a crime he was charged with by 30.09.

Kind people, and could sew and escape ...

Yes, a cherry on a graveyard cake!

What do you think, and who put in place obstinate Basov?

That's right, Mr. Kuzin, who for the years under Ukraine headed XUPUM for the Data Collection and Transmission Data System in Sevastopol, and with whom, apparently, the roof had no problems!

Kuzin was fired when the Crimea became Russian. But, obviously, not everyone has arranged this alignment. One wants to live well under any authority ...

True, the city is crawling rumors that Cousin still replace Rapoport. In vain that the two directors removed?

Friends and colleagues of Basov gave me a small comment on the situation from him. Yes, in the Russian colonies, oddly enough, you can call. And I listened, very briefly, and even asked a question. Had time to meet three minutes.

A word to Gennady Basov.

The prosecutor's office knows perfectly well that all the charges are illegal. But continues to persist, because if it comes to the General Prosecutor's Office (and I’m sure it will. - Note), then you will have to answer for the falsification of the criminal case.

The presiding judge (Mudrova. - Note) and indicated that the case is ordered and criminal in nature. The prosecutor's office only in court understood the inconsistency of their charges and dropped their charges under Art. 201.

Now, when the prosecutor's office knows that the charges of bribery and commercial bribery are devoid of common sense and their inconsistency is proved, the judges who took the side of the “shadow business”, that is, businessmen engaged in illegal activities - all this proves the loyalty of the prosecutor’s office, court and illegal entrepreneurs.

I asked the question: for what was all this started? Who benefits?

Everything was done to put Alexander Galeyev, former deputy head of the Investigative Committee of Sevastopol, to the post of deputy in the unit of state-owned enterprise-related information systems. (AM Galeyev really hastily left his post and resigned. - Approx.).

What is the result in "our" Crimea, specifically - in Sevastopol?

Having removed the unduly honest and patriotic Basov, far away and for a long time, the investigative committee and the prosecutor's office began to divide money. As I understand it, while SC wins, whose man is now "at the box office." Well, congratulations. There is something.

Now I invite everyone affected by this material to familiarize themselves with the video. It is more than enough documents and confessions to the camera. And then the conclusions.

Immediately answer the question of those who ask it. For "Military Review" topic? We will always have those who are displeased.

So, the topic of national security, and that is how we interpret it, this is our topic.

"Krymnash" is, of course, yes. But when there continue to lead the remaining inheritance from Ukraine and coming from the mainland in the hope of ensuring a comfortable existence for investigators, prosecutors, judges, there will be no good.

After carefully reading the video, reading the submitted documents, listening to Basov, we collectively concluded that all the cases that resulted in the conclusion for the leader of the “Russian Bloc” are lies and falsification.

Therefore, we declare that we will follow the development of events and provide support to both Gennady Basov and the Russian Bloc, which has remained without a commander. This is a war, and they say that the Russians in their war do not abandon.

The admission of guilt before the investigation facilitates the soul and lengthens the term ... how many suckers were caught by spiritual investigators. smile
Well, according to the article, it’s hard to say anything without reading all the materials of the case in great detail ... this is the work of legal experts and not the general public.
Getting into someone else's showdown you yourself can be drawn into them ... slippery situation.

We change the question mark to exclamation. Of course yes. What kind of purges are there, when everywhere "Nothing personal is just business." Hence the cunning plans, and multi-paths, and "pragmatic politics." What kind of purges are there when both of them are of the same field of berries. And they say, "The raven will not peck out the crow's eye."

Of course, it was worthwhile to serve in the army all his life, pretend to be a tough specialist, including in diversionary activities, to rise to the rank of colonel - so that later UNABLE to portray attempt. In real combat conditions, he would have gone there ...

There was no attempt ... More precisely, his staging was. If Kvachkov really planned it, then the red Tolik privatized boilers long ago in hell, where he belongs. am The trick is that Kvachkov grouped around him dissatisfied officers who are much more dangerous for no alternative than all Navalny and Ksyusha combined with Kasparov. It’s strange that they planted, and not like with L.Ya. Rokhlin, who was not just killed, but also as an instruction to others, mutilated the life of his wife and daughter. Probably from the excess of "patriotism" of a certain sacred face.

I would agree if I had not encountered such cases. Citizen A. wrote a complaint to the UK and the Prosecutor's Office about the unauthorized spending of budget funds. The complaint was rejected "based on the results of the audit." And the robber wrote a complaint to gr. And on the "facts of fraud." Investigator Avakyan “blundered” the case, qualifying the labor dispute under Art. 159. And gr. And he got 2 years, because the case blinded the UK, and it is not accepted to argue with him

"For" Military Review "theme? We will always have dissatisfied.
So, the topic of national security, and that’s how we interpret it, is our topic. "

I have long wanted to embed an article on VO precisely about this. The enemy is not at the gate, he is in the rear. And I affirm, the largest organized criminal community in Russia is the Russian court.
I myself have a criminal record for “beating” an old man who tried to squeeze half a house from my parents. Proof of? The testimonies of witnesses who “testified” that they had heard from his wife, that he told her that I had beaten him. And the conclusion of the forensic expert which says "objectively, no traces of beatings were found"
SIX years of appeals, cassations, scribble in all instances. Result 0.
One cannot compare with the described lawlessness, but it is everywhere in Russia.
Judges have long lost fear. All sorts of Criminal Code, Civil Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and CCP have long ceased to be the Law, and have turned into some sacred texts arbitrarily interpreted by priests in robes for "donations" or on the orders of authorities ...

I had to deal with * engineers and doctors *, and of course Poklonskaya, as the most vivid image of * a law enforcement officer *. So it is not surprising that those who have made a career in * independent Ukraine * will hold on to their places * with their teeth and legs *.

In any "fight for ..." there are at least two categories of fighters. The first ones who stood at the origins of the struggle, choosing the only side for themselves, were principled. And there are second ones who joined the winner “a bit later”. There is a significant difference between them. The first are ordinary people who defended the Crimea from the Neo-Bandera, risking their lives. The second, denounced by the authorities and in the situation, simply made bets, as in races, and then, falling asleep under one flag, without any fuss, woke up under another. I was not at all impressed by Poklonskaya's circus performances in a crumpled pea jacket and earflaps, of course, under heavy guard, while ordinary citizens with improvised means and hunting weapons were preparing to repulse armored vehicles. The result was that Crimea, returning home, dragged a portion of easily changing shoes with it. Some of them swore allegiance for the third time, and if the opportunity presents itself, they will swear both in the fourth and fifth. Why did the government rely on them, yes because they are manageable (for the time being), because they are shaking for their own skin and wealth. So to say, colleagues. What about the people? The hope for justice and a prosperous Motherland is warming in him, he is superfluous at the table.
Therefore, such a proven tool as “testimony of witnesses” works when it is necessary to knock down arrogance from “ungrateful citizens,” and there is absolutely no evidence. Who are the judges? See above.
Good movie "72 meters." Very useful right now.

Is there a proposal? In the Russian Federation there is an excess of civil servants who are ready to go to work in Crimea? for resort prices - without housing and with a salary of 12-15-17 000? Out of a sporting interest, I asked friends of the policemen whom I knew — they refused to go to the captain, only on a business trip. I won’t even ask public servants - not a single normal person would go there to work there.
And we provide housing for civil servants - only official and only from the level of deputy head of regional administration.
so change them no one - but not because they are "manageable (for the time being), because they are shaking for their own skin and wealth" .....

I know firsthand the problem of ordinary and junior command personnel. At the very same place, friends constantly wander south on long business trips. They have a salary and really high only in the assurances of the leadership. I, in fact, about the leadership itself. They certainly will not swell from hunger, especially judges and prosecutors.

        Alexey!
And why do you think that China is ineffectively fighting bribery? If from publications in our media, then they, to put it mildly, brazenly lie. From the UN data (which not only loves Russia, but also China), from 180 anti-corruption sites, China on 80, and Russia on 130, first place in Denmark. In China, the legal revelation of our two main lawyers does not work: "The main thing is not punishment, the main thing is inevitability," which applies only to our Vasiliev and Serdyukov. That is why the labor productivity of the Chinese worker, like the salary, is higher than ours. By the way, corruption in China was officially allowed for a century, i.e. in China have changed the attitude of the people to bribes!
        And generally speaking:
Our E (!) Litas are sometimes shy, but less and less often, and no longer us.

          - only at the same time they forget that:
          1) Moscow area (only its oneth !!! Not to Russia) - 2561 sq. km in 3,6 times more than Singapore (719 sq. km)
          2) the population (even according to relatively underestimated, not taking into account newcomers) Moscow is 4 times the minimum of Singapore
          3) the number of police in Moscow is about 60 (together with universities / military staff / departments and the ministry) - the number of police in Singapore is 000
          4) 40 000/719 = 55 people per sq. Km
60 000/2561 = 23 people per sq. Km - thus, in order to reach the density level of Singapore, the number of Moscow police must reach at least 160 people.Increasing the total population by 12 000 in 1980 (the Olympics), it led to a decrease in crime by almost 40% (I was in Moscow, I really remember that they stood on every corner, and in such zashniks - where there were no people).

In no case do I urge to increase the number of police - I suggest that you understand that Singapore, in principle, cannot be a model for us: the scales and scale of measurement are too different

And a little for those who think that under the USSR there was no corruption:
“The appointment in December 1982 of V.V. Fedorchuk, a military-hardened person, tough and principled, to the post of Minister of Internal Affairs, undoubtedly pursued one goal: to establish tough order among the police. They sent 150 KGB officers. The result of the hard work on cleaning personnel was the following: in Kazakhstan in 1980-1983, 135 police officers were held accountable in the courts, in the Sverdlovsk Region - 121. A number of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were liquidated (After the Collegium, which criticized the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, literally overnight, everything that he managed to build during his 16 years as minister was eliminated: they dispersed the crime prevention service, closed the organizational and methodological center for advanced experience, the scientific center for research on management problems in the Department of Internal Affairs, the All-Russian Road Research Institute, and others.
The new minister was by no means a villain; he seriously believed that it was possible to redo what had been created for decades with one swoop. For example, in the Irkutsk region, under the slogan of fighting the mafia, out of 29 chiefs of city departments 28 were dismissed, a total of 103 employees, 56 were demoted, more than 100 were punished in a disciplinary order, 56 communists were expelled from the party, 162 received party penalties. The response was an outbreak of crime in an area that the demoralized police could not oppose.
These measures were aimed at improving the quality of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but they could not significantly increase the effectiveness, but they created a nervous atmosphere in the teams. Interior Minister Fedorchuk even canceled the right of free travel in public transport for police officers, however, the decision was appealed by the Union Prosecutor's Office, as it violated the Police Law. In addition, the situation in the police was due to a multi-level social crisis. And the root of evil was not only the moral decay of ordinary police officers.
A criminal case was opened on Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow Region P. Sukhov, who, being Head of OBHSS near Moscow, conducted grandiose “gold” operations at a jewelry factory in Bronnitsy, at a porcelain factory in Likino-Dulyovo, Karaganda, from where the operatives brought 32 kg of gold, and it had to be mined with firing."

Oh, calm down already with executions. They haven’t helped anyone yet (and China is a prime example), and even with our “fairest court in the world” this can slip into the banal elimination of objectionable persons. And on average, 5% of sentences are pronounced innocent (assuming that there will be no malicious intent). So the death penalty is not an option.

And who checked something, in today's Russia, did executions help or didn't help? And where does such theoretical assurance come from that they won’t help? Under socialism they helped. And, under sovereign capitalism, it is a necessary necessity. At least in relation to terrorists, drug dealers, pedophiles, state corruption and, what is important, in relation to such judges and prosecutors.

On average, around 5% of prisoners in the world are convicted of nothing. And when the supreme measure is passed, the situation does not change dramatically (there are quite a few examples, for example, "the most democratic state in the world"). The only question is how the certificate of rehab will help the family of the victim (and now they do not make me any calmer than the statements about the admissibility of this). Not, if you look at the level of development of the United States, then the mb penalty should be introduced, but I don’t remember that people were killed there for economic crimes.

But for example, what responsibility will the judges bear for a miscarriage of justice resulting in the death (execution) of the defendant? A similar punishment?

If you are interested in learning about liability for a MANDATORY unjust sentence, you can read the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, everything is written there. Moreover, the mere sentence of a higher court with the acquittal of the defendant does not mean that the judge is automatically guilty of something. The court evaluates all the evidence presented, which may be falsified by the investigation or the prosecution, or the defense (of the other defendant, for example). Or maybe a reservation of the innocent by some kind of ill-wisher: the neighbors gathered and slandered the boy. Or even simpler, the girl said. that she was raped, ran to take tests on time, instructed herself with a bruise, and scratched the guy's back, imitated resistance. Her friends confirmed that she was pushed into the car by force and taken away. May be? Yes. I think it will not be difficult for you to provide statistics for at least the past 10 years, and even for Russia, which would prove that every 20 prisoners sentenced to imprisonment and serving a sentence are acquitted every year due to newly discovered circumstances. Since you say that 5% of prisoners (that is, those sentenced to real imprisonment and whose sentence has entered into legal force, otherwise these people will not be in prison) are “convicted for nothing.” I look forward to hearing from you proofs.

The more I read such materials, the more often the question arises - how will it all end? If so, as in France under De Gaulle (when De Gaulle simultaneously dismissed ALL judges of ALL French courts, putting law graduates in their place) - it would be great. Only our guarantor, unlike De Gaulle, does not seem to have internal security tasks, as it were, to put it mildly, a priority, and therefore gloomy thoughts come to mind about "how will it all end."

And at least a little read the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure - they did not justify it, but stopped the business - completely different things. Justified - means innocent. The case under Art. 28 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it means guilty, admitted guilt, but repented, made amends for the harm, committed a minor offense. It is not surprising that the judge gave you a fine - you have a lot of ambition and zero knowledge.

According to law enforcement agencies, in total since February 2010, the coastal group carried out at least four attacks on police officers, as well as stolen, set fires and hijacked cars.
In February 2010, an attack was carried out on police officers on Davydov Street in Vladivostok, during which one policeman was killed and one wounded [13]. During the attack, a service pistol of Makarov was stolen [13].

On May 10, members of the group robbed two young men and a girl in a suburb of Lesozavodsk. The attackers tied the girl with a jacket and took the mobile phones and wallet from the victims.
On May 16, 2010, members of the group hijacked a car. The woman, the taxi driver, was first locked in the trunk, and after a few hours they were released on a deserted road, threatening reprisals in the event that she reports what happened.
On May 24, members of the group stole a car, while beating the driver.
On May 25, 2010, members of the group set fire to the internal affairs department at Varfolomeevka station.
On May 27, 2010, members of the group killed a policeman on duty in the building of the police department of the village of Rakitnoye, Dalnerechensky district. The attackers stole a police uniform, body armor and a radio station and stole the car of the murdered.
On May 29, 2010, on the 61st kilometer of the Spassk-Dalniy-Varfolomeyevka state highway section in the Yakovlevsky District of Primorsky Krai, members of the group fired at a traffic police car and one policeman was injured.
On June 8, 2010, not far from the village of Khvalynka in the Spassky district, members of the group fired at a traffic police unit, as a result of which two police officers were injured.
In addition, members of the group committed several thefts from apartments and shops. They took food, clothing, and hunting rifles.

They are engaged. What makes you think that you are paying them money? They were hired by the ruling class - the bourgeois. He pays them money. You, by the way, also - in the form of the price of your workforce, i.e. salary. If you yourself are the owner of the means of production, then this is not for long with your naivety. Look for work and read Marx. Everything will be much clearer in this world, the world of CAPITAL.

It was about the fact that the UK, the prosecutor's office and the courts are paid from our taxes. Accordingly, it is we who pay them the money. It is another matter who manages them and for what purposes.

I mean, as the author correctly noted, here on the site it’s not entirely appropriate to make this information out unless you have the goal of convincing everyone that the government is ... bad ... but this we all know the name.

After the annexation of Crimea, alas, not the best shots from mainland Russia flocked here (law enforcement and judicial only a special case). Those who were not able to make a career (enrich themselves) in their native lands rushed to catch up with what was not received for us. It's a shame, disgusting and ... fraught.

What is curious (!) ... I.V. Stalin is not tired of blaming ALL crimes committed on the territory of the USSR during his tenure as Secretary General. And now in Russia? Including Crimea. Country MYSELF in crime at ALL levels! Especially "in power" structures at all levels. From the Kremlin to the district. The embezzlement of capital has flourished and knows no analogues not only in the history of Russia but throughout the world. Just think - 50% of the gross domestic product (GDP) goes to offshore !!! They plundered and plundered literally EVERYTHING. If they don’t steal something, don’t take it away - they break it and destroy it. But the curious, funny thing is that Putin and Medvedev are good. Like - ... they have nothing to do with it, not in the know. Although the journalists after each appearance VV in public they invariably say that He, de, is fully knowledgeable. It seems to me that Putin, as the leader of Our Country, should first of all be responsible for all crimes that occur in the Country. Or is it his initiative and it is He who “protects” this whole mess? !!!

I am from the year 1955 Actually, theft, theft - the difference ... For me, Russia is 1917 (February), Russia of 1927, 1945, etc. Today's Russia is the "stub" of Russia. Big but stub. I now do not care, Gorbachev, Yeltsin or Putin. All links of one chain. "Steps of stairs" leading DOWN. Do you compare, or rather, put an equal sign between 1987 and the current year of 2017? And let's compare in another way the years 1961 - 1981, 20 years. Compare the rate of economic growth then and the same indicator from 1997 to this day ... I note that already in 1999, our "light" Putin served as Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. Not the last person in the state and the FIRST in the economy. Next is the President, again the Prime Minister, and again the President. So, the collapse of the Russian economy is entirely on his conscience. Or even HIS handiwork. (sewing needles, damn it, from China - SHAME!) In 1981, the minimum wage was 70 rubles, it was not even taxed, and this, at the same time, do not turn 1000 liters of gasoline (TON!). For the theft of 10 rubles, not immediately - in aggregate, "HSE" was written out. Today's thefts are not comparable to the 000s. Now 80% of the DOMESTIC PRODUCT (GDP) is exported to offshore. The org crime general resigned and in the United States bought real estate as much as 50 mil. dollars. Continue to continue? If those rates of economic growth were preserved, those of the 40s, 60s, then where would Russia and the USSR be now? West - resting. All the best, thanks for the response.

Shortly, unfortunately it will not work
Actually, theft, theft is the difference

The 3,14ndos I hate have an excellent saying: Konokrad is hanged, not because he stole a horse, they hang him so that others would not steal "... in the 80s they no longer" hung "... I would I didn’t say it if I hadn’t seen it personally. I just worked in road construction at that time. I just didn’t otmazyvat stupid or lazy. It completely corrupted people. You ask: how many were stubborn ... a lot ... although it doesn’t It’s important that it was fixed in the minds: “no matter how much you don’t lie with the state, you won’t return yours anyway.” The people entered the 90s already prepared. Of course, they stood out already more arrogant and cunning. They tidied everything up in time ” wild market. "I saw how they got up in a couple of years from the mud ... and how they came back in half a year (not all). You can write for a long time, but if you look objectively and remember what a humiliated and ruined state Russia was in 2000 ... you will agree that Russia, as a state, was preserved only by Putin’s efforts, I will never mention in this series Medvedev ... and it’s understandable why ... But VV really saved the country ... You can argue about this for a long time. I would love to hear your recipe, as in 2000 it was necessary to revive Russia ... let's from the source data:
          1. The judicial system is completely corrupt 70s - 80s
          2. The law enforcement system is completely corrupt. No funding. Employees go on calls refueling and repairing cars at their own expense; this is the 90s
          3. Crime surpasses. Pushes his people into power. Orders, raider seizures, withdrawal of money from the country ... in general, in lush color, and everything has already been put on stream 80-90s
          4. Business for the most part buy-sell ... press-strip-sell ... grandmother-people-kin-svalizabugor ... who needs production ... we had a foundry - now a beautiful Armenian shopping center ... was a factory unique - now warehouses are located on its territory, the manufacture of monuments, but there are all kinds of offices in the factory’s office ... this is the 90th
          5. Education ... who needed it at all if a diploma in any transition was acquired for quite reasonable money ... 80s 90s
          6. The army ... well, how it was humiliated in the first Chechen one, let's not remember ... just, I don’t want to mention many worthy people next to that shit that got out there. I remember how, under the guise of tractors, they tried to transport tanks over the hill. Isn't that theft? This is to what stage rorizheniya had to get ...? What have you done with the GSVG, and not only with the GSVG? Is Putin to blame? Yes, you are simply relaying what a foreign country piles on you ...
          7. International relations ... remember how Clinton laughed at a dancing Borisky wino ... like anyone, but I was disgusted. The country was sold at all levels, it’s enough to recall the memorable “Production Sharing Agreement”, when more than 250 resource-mining enterprises didn’t bring nifig to the treasury at all.
Here you can write for days ... This is not all ... you can recall the growing separatism, and the activities of various funds in the country. But the question is one: did all the aliens sent to us do this? or did people who grew up brought up and received their education, and learned the rules of how to live in the 60s, 70s, and 80s ... do this?
As a summary ... let's still be fair ... on such initial levels more or less equalizing the situation was almost an impossible task. VV, I think, managed on 5+. It’s easy to sit and reason: everyone stole everything, destroyed ... well, let's take everyone out, we’ll shoot everyone who’s not happy, we’ll put them in the seats that are free .. we’ll see no better year — we’ll get them shot ... well, etc.

the people didn’t have cars. Look at what traffic in Moscow in the films of those times is 1,5 cars on the road ...

did GDP grow in the 60s and 70s? In development of the proposal of individual commentators on that. that you need to dismiss all the judges at once and to recruit university graduates in their place, and then the court will become very fair and will not make mistakes, I suggest:
    1. Dismiss all doctors, paramedics and nurses - after all, with the wrong diagnosis, untimely provision of medical care, rudeness and lack of professionalism of health workers at least once in my life, but everyone came across.
    2. Next - also to dismiss all drivers, and to take away all the cars - well, it’s understandable that each of them violated the DD rules in life, and people die in traffic accidents every year more than 13 years in Afghanistan.
    3. Dismiss all pilots of all aircraft - there is no need to prove cases of air accidents. And if several pilots make mistakes every year, they must be urgently replaced.
    4. Well, I’m not talking about the police and the prosecutor’s office with the Investigative Committee - they investigated those issues, supported the prosecution, for which it was proposed to dismiss all the judges.
You can continue further, although I think it is obvious to everyone that it is indiscriminate to blame the entire Russian system of justice for one article on the Internet, without even reading a single line from the sentence. and not just look through the case, frivolously and stupidly

Why blame the judicial system? The Supreme Court gathers a meeting, indicates how to judge in certain categories of cases, the chairmen of regional, city, and regional courts give instructions to the district and this is the result: in the glorious city of Kaliningrad, district courts began to make decisions with a SAME GRAMMIC ERROR in a certain category of cases.

There is nothing supernatural in this publication. The author sees the problem in the judicial system and considers it necessary to write about it. He does it right. Believe it or not, it does not matter. It is important that each fact of violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure indicated by him is verified, for example, by way of supervision and the interested party is notified of this.
And the words "lawlessness, our Crimea, the Russian world", etc. Is this how the facts of violation of legal proceedings relate? All the more reasoning, - "but in China ...", and which of you lived there? I am not, and many are sure not lived. Maybe it’s good there ..., or maybe xp @ n knows him, they’ll quickly shoot him while holding some kind of company to combat ... anything!

A fair and honest justice system is the foundation of a strong state! Today we see a low 000,1 percent acquittal! Practically, what the investigator writes is no longer changing and can only be slightly corrected! All human rights ombudsmen have no real ability to fix anything! A lot depends on lawyers and relatives, just as you are lucky with the prosecutor and the judge, I have repeatedly observed how the unwillingness of the prosecutor and the judge to go into the matter affected the length of the accused! A separate topic is fabricated criminal cases, such as the case against the national hero of the Russian world, the hero of the Russian spring GENOVA ANATOLYEVICH BASOV! Fighting the third year for his release! He studied the justice system, defending BASOV in court! I am personally in shock, complained about this case to the General Prosecutor General, Head of the Investigative Committee of RUSSIA, wrote letters personally to President Putin VV. everything comes down to those who fabricated this criminal case! I filed a criminal case with the Investigative Committee of Sevastopol against all who fabricated the case, but the investigator for particularly important cases, Colonel Bezbaby, refused the material, saying that Basov was convicted of a bribe and that’s all my thoughts and assumptions. In a personal conversation with me, he added that there is a whole army of such Basovs in Russia, and who needs them! I was ready to give my life, like most of my comrades, to escape from the * paws of banderlogs *. He personally accompanied with a friend the BTR of the Russian army, driving journalists away, drove ahead with the bandage of the party of the Russian bloc, escorting them to Simferopol to seize the building of the Parliament of Crimea and block key strategic objects of the Crimea on the instructions of Basov! I saw everything that is now carefully hidden from everyone with my own eyes! I personally came to the commander of the Russian army and asked to give up weapons under my responsibility, stormed the headquarters of the Ukrainian Navy, the military units of Ukraine! And now I can’t afford to leave Basov who inspired me and other people to rise against the state of Ukraine and return Sevastopol to the most RUSSIAN city on earth as part of my homeland of Russia! We will fight to the end, but Basov must be released, and customers and werewolves in uniform must be deservedly punished! ELSE WE ARE NOT RUSSIAN PEOPLE, BASURMAN!

So for this, the court exists. Have you read the case yourself? Or a verdict? The height of incompetence for a lawyer is to make a judgment on the issue of a person’s guilt or innocence without examining the same amount of evidence as a court. Yes, and on a custom article.

Hand, hand washes. This is also corruption. People with clean hands should work in the prosecutor's office and in the investigation, so they launder them, now I mean, not hands, but money. Everything is tied to them and do not care about honor and conscience. And if you do not dig deep, then everything will be legal. It would seem that we have a rule-of-law state, but no, a legal state is not for everyone, there are those who themselves rule where they need to. Here, just the fourth power is important and can help a person. Glasnost is a powerful thing; even corruption officials are afraid of it.

I can answer not for the author, but for myself. I’m more than familiar with the case materials. I will give you one example. During the investigation, an operational experiment was conducted. He was put forward as evidence of Basov's guilt. At that time he was accused of a bribe. What do we see in this amazing video? We see how a certain citizen Rapoport passes a certain package to citizen Koroleva. There is no dialogue between them, but there is (if you may say so) the Queen’s monologue, which pronounces one word: “Come on.” Having received an incomprehensible bundle, she leaves. Lawyers ask the court to show the properties of the file. It turns out the funniest thing! It turns out the file was made THROUGH six months of Basov's arrest. That is, Basov honestly sat in a pre-trial detention center, there was an investigation, and suddenly a video was born))) Lawyers ask the court to conduct an examination of this file with questions: is this the source, or a copy, if there is a copy, then how many were made. What does Judge Vasilenko decide, so dearly loving "nenka"? He refuses, stating that the court already understands everything. And this evidence lies with Basov. I can continue for each not only episode, but even the sneeze of the persons involved in the case))))

Let me explain: the lawyer's petitions were dismissed at a time. None were satisfied. The court (all instances) did not hear the arguments of the lawyers and Basov himself. Do you think justice is possible when the judge takes the position of the prosecutor. The sole appellate judge ruled (in her dissenting opinion) that in this case she was in complete violation of the law. But she was in the minority.
I will explain more. Basov was initially accused of not interfering with the economic activities of entrepreneurs. Here a tragicomic situation arises. If he had interfered, he would have gone according to Article 169 of the Criminal Code, but the prosecutor and the court accuse the person of not violating the law. And passes with a whistle!

Well, write this in a cassation appeal, and not on the forum. Write complaints to the qualification board if you think that the judge deliberately condemned the innocent. It is in Ukraine that you can gather a crowd at the courthouse and drag the defendant out as a "patriot." In Russia, such a trend will not pass.

If you believe that we write only on the forum, then you are deeply mistaken. The amount of circulation can be measured in tons. The only problem is that we receive (at best) unsubscribes to them, and at worst, we are answered by those whom we complain about. We write to the Prosecutor General’s Office on the prosecutor Gogolev, and Gogolev replies to us: "Ryabya, I’m a cool guy! I didn’t violate any law." We write to the illegal decision of Judge Vasilenko with distorted testimonies of witnesses and get a phantasmagoric response, the judge has the right to misinterpret the case file, the judge can also be unqualified, and this is not punishable. So say hello to the family and our best wishes. These are the answers to all appeals.

With such articles in the late 80s and early 90s, “renewed” Russia was drawn into a wonderful organization called the European Court of Human Rights. to say the ECHR. And howls about the innocently executed in the Chikatilo case, Russia was deprived of sovereignty over the judicial system. Moreover, the ECHR operates very selectively - it is precisely those complaints that are of political importance for the West that are recognized. But an ordinary person who considers himself to be offended by the court, in principle, because of the complicated procedure, he will not reach him. So let's see if Mr. Basov is lucky as well as Navalny. And do not forget about dozens of decisions of the ECHR, when Russia was forced to pay compensation to allegedly victims of the actions of federal troops of citizens in Chechnya. Thank God even now the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation can impose a moratorium on the implementation of certain decisions of the ECHR. Although it is necessary to leave the ECHR, as well as from PACE and from the IOC. But it is likely that the Americans will use our way out of such organizations to squeeze us out of the UN Security Council. the court is definitely "humane"
For Polonsky, who stole billions and did not sit a day.
for governor thieves that "sit" at home for stolen millions
for the daughter of the head of the election commission of Irkutsk, who crushed two girls, calmly left the scene of the murder and did not sit a day
for Vasilyeva, who spent 6 months in the zone for stolen billions. And then the prosecutor asked her to give conditionally.
for the “judge” Khakhaleva, whose husband, with her help, continues to quietly squeeze the land from farmers and she will celebrate more than one holiday for 5 lyam greens

But the court is not very humane to us, ordinary people. And this "court" hates the country's patriots very much.
For example, do you really believe that the hero of Russia, General Special Forces Kvachkov, was going to make a coup using a sawn-off shotgun and a gas pistol?

Everything is clear with the judges. They are "independent" with us. That's just they are "independent" from us. And they are very dependent on uncle from behind the hill. There is their loot, over the hill. And over the hill on them compromising, just in case.
So they spoil the quiet, because their foreign master ordered them to spoil our country.
Or does someone think that in our country only Rodchenkov turned out to be a pest?

Everything is clear with the judges. They are "independent" with us. That's just they are "independent" from us. And they are very dependent on uncle from behind the hill. There is their loot, over the hill. And over the hill on them compromising, just in case.
So they spoil the quiet, because their foreign master ordered them to spoil our country.

Oh how, now with justices of the peace from Turukhansky district. for example, the CIA sends bills abroad and directives to them.))) As they said in one good movie, "You have to have a bite"

I’m not too lazy. I’ll ask the Kostya from Turukhansk how things are with the judges ... the opinions of ordinary people are always much more interesting and truthful than officialdom ...

At the same time do not be lazy and find out. that a person who has accounts with foreign banks and non-real estate abroad cannot become a judge.

Judge by yourself? Both judges and a huge number of civil servants annually submit declarations of their income and expenses. If you don’t indicate an immovable in Russia, and not that abroad, the dismissal is guaranteed. Plus, if property is acquired that exceeds the three-year earnings of the official and his wife, and it is not indicated in the declaration, they are taken away through the court in favor of the state. There are already many such cases in Russia. You can easily find out for yourself. but you are too lazy))

I completely agree with you. He probably cannot become a judge. So, where will a former law student get everything that you listed? Unless, of course, he is the son of some Chaika, or something like that.
Accounts in foreign banks, real estate over the hill, they appear after many years of hard, backbreaking work, when every day, and even at night, they are forced to choose which weight to put on the scales of justice, so that the guilty would be innocent, and the innocent would go to prison. And they are tormented by their conscience, after they are forced to peek from under their blindfold of impartiality in order to determine from whom to snatch more.
And after many years of such physical, and most importantly, moral torment, (oh, how hard it is!!!) they have everything that you wrote about.
Although, if you’re lucky, you can get all these benefits in one high-profile slippery business.
After all, it’s so elementary. Didn’t you, with your powerful intellect, know this yourself? I do not believe ! I think they knew, he’s a disgusting pretender... feel

Do you accuse all Russian judges of corruption? Are you ready to prove it?

Yes, by the way, there is a discussion on the next thread.. Topic-
The Penza court of the city of Moscow sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest 3 members of the ANTI-FASCIST group SERB who disrupted the screening of the PRO-FASCIST film "Flight of the Bullet", glorifying the militants of the Ukrainian punitive battalion "Aidar", at the art and documentary film festival "Artdocfest".
Well, Commander, yours distinguished themselves here too. They imprisoned anti-fascists, acquitting the fascists. am

Why are these mine right away? And there’s no point in poking, they didn’t drink for brotherhood. Or are the real boys from Perm poking everyone at once? I can't say anything about this matter. And yes. There is no need to run headlong to me if you find an incorrectly placed comma in a court decision, prosecutor’s submission or investigator’s resolution.
