in the 90s to pay off Soviet debt to South Korea.

Interestingly, is there a country in the world that the USSR should not have?

Not anymore. So the successor of the USSR-Russian Federation forgave everyone their debts.

And transfer to the DPRK. Now let the North Koreans ride to the joy of the overseas adversary.

And the tanks then obviously went somewhere for the exercises, and judging by the color marks on the hulls, the exercises seem to be bilateral.

Not at all. Most likely the "eighties" were for the evil people in the exercises ....

Last year, Russia's intentions to buy these tanks became known. Somewhere, the news was that the UK did not want to sell, but rather, it wanted to increase the share of Russian armored vehicles in the troops.

It would be foolish of them to return them to the Russian Federation. Where else will they buy such tanks? It is better to order an upgrade from us. And the amount is normal for their patch of land. Perhaps only under pressure from "partners"

I’m talking about that. I don’t have exact data, but on our part there is a reaction not only to modernization, but also to the supply of new ones.
